Disinfectant approved for use in the food industry, biotechnology, when disinfecting tools, equipment and production facilities. Disinfectant contains the active substance, a nonionic surfactant, inorganic salt,1-C3-monohydroxy alcohol and water. As the active substance it contains a clathrate didecylammonium bromide with urea as the inorganic salt is a mixture of potassium pyrophosphoric acid with potassium carbonate, or phosphonate, sodium, or potassium citric acid, further comprises triethanolamine in the following ratio, wt. %: the clathrate didecylammonium bromide with urea 6,0-40,0; nonionic surfactant 0,02-0,6; a mixture of potassium pyrophosphoric acid with potassium carbonate (7: 3), or a mixture of potassium pyrophosphoric acid with sodium phosphonate (3: 7), or a mixture of potassium pyrophosphoric acid with potassium citric acid (3: 7) 0,07-0,13; triethanolamine 1,5-7,5;1-C3-monohydroxy alcohol 5,0-20,0; water - the rest. As the nonionic surfactant disinfectant means is malonamide aliphatic acids WITH10-C16or polyglycolide esters of fatty acids WITH10-C18. The invention relates to disinfectants and can find application in the food industry, biotechnology in the disinfection of equipment, inventory and production facilities.

Known disinfectant, representing the clathrate didecylammonium bromide (30-35%) with urea (65-70%) (TU MU-36-l13) [1].

However, this known tool when it is used in the form of aqueous solutions has a poor wetting ability. The uneven contact of the tool with the workpiece surface reduces its disinfectant power.

Known disinfectant, received the name "Sebastien", containing the active substance, neinogennye surfactant, inorganic salt, saturated WITH1-C3alcohol and water (TU 9392-002-31404040-00) [2] is a prototype.

As the actual beginning of this known composition contains benzalkonium chloride.
