The invention lies in the fact that the proposed composition comprises ascorbic acid and/or sodium ascorbate or potassium ascorbate, and/or calcium ascorbate, rutin or quercetin and L-lysine or L-lysine monohydrate. It is known that to prevent heart disease, you can take enough antioxidants (like vitamins C and E), minerals and trace elements. This task is solved in that the proposed composition for the prevention of atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease and maintenance therapy of viral diseases, consisting of ascorbic acid, rutin or quercetin and L-lysine or L-lysine monohydrate in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Ascorbic acid and/or sodium ascorbate, and/or ascorbate, potassium and/or calcium ascorbate - 38-45, Rutin or quercetin - 15-20, L-lysine or L-lysine monohydrate - Rest.

The composition may be in the form of capsules.

The proposed structure is named "Vitality-1".
