The invention relates to medicine, specifically to hygienic absorbent product having wings, which essentially continuously diverge from their nearest edges on a large part of their length, preferably up to their peripheral edges. Essentially continuously diverging parts preferably are essentially straight. Background of invention Hygienic absorbent articles, in General, are the products of mass production, is used to absorb and hold the same disposable, these include sanitary napkins, baby diapers, pads for use in urinary incontinence in adults.

Over the past two decades achieved a number of successes in technology relating to sanitary absorbent articles and in particular to women's sanitary pads. One such achievement was the addition of wings projecting laterally from each longitudinal side of the product when it is in a flattened condition. These wings can be a made in one piece, the protrusions of the material from which the product is made, or, on the other hand, can simply be an additional material added to the product after its formation.

Thus, according to the present invention as it is implemented and broadly described herein, serves hygienic absorbent product, comprising: A) a main portion having a first longitudinal edge, a second longitudinal edge, essentially opposite to the first longitudinal edge, two essentially opposite transverse edges and the longitudinal center line, and (B) a first wing, combined with the specified main part, and the specified first wing protrudes sideways from the first longitudinal edge of the specified main part when the product is in a flattened condition, and made with the possibility of clinching on the perineal portion of the subject underwear of the person wearing it, with the specified first wing kawogo wings, the nearest edge is adjacent to the first longitudinal edge of the specified main parts, 3) the first transverse edge, 4) a second transverse edge, essentially opposite to the first transverse edge of the specified first wing, and
5) facing to the garment surface containing fastening means for attaching the specified first wing to the subject of underwear,
the first transverse edge of the specified first wing and the second transverse edge of the specified first wing are essentially continuously diverging from the nearest edge of the specified first wing to an imaginary line parallel to the longitudinal center line of the specified main parts in approximately the midpoint of the specified first wing.

In addition, the hygienic absorbent article preferably contains:
C) a second wing, combined with the specified main part, and the specified second wing protrudes sideways from the second longitudinal edge of the specified main part when the product is in a flattened condition, and made with the possibility of clinching on the perineal portion of the subject underwear, but such second wing has:
1) the peripheral region,

the first transverse edge of the specified second wing and the second transverse edge of the specified second wing are essentially continuously diverging from the nearest edge of the specified second wing to an imaginary line parallel to the longitudinal center line of the specified main parts in approximately the midpoint of the specified second wing.

Mainly:
A) the first transverse edge of the specified first wing and the second transverse edge of the specified first wing are essentially straight from the nearest edge of the specified first wing until it is an imaginary line, and
B) a first transverse edge of the specified second wing and the second transverse edge of the specified second wing are essentially straight from the nearest edge of the specified second wing to his imaginary lines.

Another advantage:

Preferably, the main part of the product had, in General, the shape of an hourglass with rounded ends. When the product has such a shape, the first and second transverse edges are shorter opposite edges and will usually be curved. Detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention
As shown in Fig.1, the preferred embodiment of the present invention is a sanitary gasket 20. According Fig.1a, the gasket has a layered structure and preferably contains permeable to liquid covering layer 22, the absorbent structure 24 and is impervious to the liquid blocking layer 30.

Covering layer 22 can be made from a large, very soft non-woven material with a relatively low density. Covering layer 22 may consist of fibers of only one type, such as polyester or polypropylene fibers, or it may consist of two-component fibers having a component with a low melting point and a component with a high melting point. The fibers can be selected from a range of natural and optomega, acrylic and other fibers and combinations thereof.

Bicomponent fibers can be made with a polyester core and a polyethylene sheath. The corresponding two-component fibers are used in fusible non-woven fabric. Examples of such fusible fabrics are described in U.S. patent 4555430, issued on November 26, 1985 in the name of the Maze. Using fusible fabric increases the ease with which the covering layer can be attached to the adjacent transfer layer and/or barrier layer.

Covering layer 22 preferably has a relatively high degree of wettability, although individual fibers that make up the lining may not be particularly hydrophilic. Tuck the material shall also contain a large number of relatively large pores. This is because the covering layer 22 is designed to quickly absorb body fluids and its removal from the body to the place of storage. Such high porosity of the film performs the function of the rapid transmission of body fluids to the inner layers of the absorbent structure. Perforated, co-extruded films, such as "RETICULE" (trademark), for example, described in U.S. patent 4690679, useful as a covering layer in the absorbent structures according to the present invention.

In order to increase hydrophilicity, covering layer 22 can be attached to the rest of the absorbent structure 24 by means of welding of the plates of the next layer.

The absorbent structure of the transfer layer
To the inner side of the covering layer 22 is adjacent the associated layer for transmission fluid 26, which forms the and of the covering layer 22 and its retention until while high-density absorbent core layer 28 will not be able to absorb the liquid.

The transfer layer 26 preferably is thicker and has a greater proportion of smaller pores, the covering layer 22. The transfer layer 26 may be composed of fibrous materials, such as wood pulp, polyester fibers, viscose fibers, flexible foam, etc., or combinations thereof. The transfer layer 26 may also contain thermoplastic fibers to stabilize the layer and maintain its structural integrity, the transfer layer 26 may be treated with surface-active substance with one or both sides to increase its wettability, although usually the transfer layer 26 is relatively hydrophilic and may not require treatment. Suitable fibrous component is a natural or synthetic textile fibers, such as viscose, polyester, nylon, acrylic, or other fiber, having a length of from approximately 0.62 to 3.75 cm and a denier from about 1.0 to 5. The fibrous component may be present in an amount of from about 2 to 20 wt.%, nabti, namely, wood pulp, synthetic pulp, thermomechanical wood pulp, mechanically comminuted wood pulp, polymers, surfactants, overabsorbed etc.

In another alternative embodiment of the invention absorbent structure 24 contains a single layer of cellulose fluffy material (the transfer layer is absent). Absorbent core layer 28 preferably contains cellulose fluffy material and optionally may include other absorbent materials or non-absorbent materials, which contribute to the stabilization of the absorbent structure, namely two-component fibers, fusible fibers, binder, particles of sphagnum moss, overabsorbed, etc. and combinations thereof.

Blocking layer
Under the absorbent structure 24 is blocking layer 30 containing impermeable to liquid film material to ensure that the liquid entrained absorbent core layer, did not leave a sanitary pad and since the subject of lingerie polzovatelya. Hygienic absorbent product under item 1, characterized in that it further includes a second wing, combined with the authorized main part, when the product is in a flattened condition, and made with the possibility of clinching on the perineal portion of the subject underwear, but such second wing has 1) a peripheral edge, 2) the nearest edge, essentially the opposite peripheral edge of the specified second wing, the nearest edge is adjacent to the second longitudinal edge of the specified main parts, 3) the first transverse edge, 4) a second transverse edge, essentially opposite to the first transverse edge of the specified second wing, and 5) facing to the garment surface containing fastening means for attaching the specified second wing to the subject of underwear, and the first transverse edge of the specified second wing and the second transverse edge of the specified second wing are essentially continuously diverging from the nearest edge of the specified second wing to at least an imaginary line parallel to the longitudinal center line of the specified main parts in approximately the midpoint of the specified second wing.

3. Hygienic absorbent product under item 2, wherein the first transverse edge of the specified first wing and the second transverse edge is specified the second line of the first transverse edge of the specified second wing and the second transverse edge of the specified second wing are essentially straight from the nearest edge of the specified second wing to an imaginary line.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with binding material out of alginate foamy composition which should be manufactured at applying or without applying a foundation. The suggested foamy binding material is of unique property to include soluble or insoluble medicinal preparations as the part of alginate foamy composition being not characteristic of alginate binding materials manufactured due to formation of fiber. Such binding materials, also, exclude the necessity to apply adhesives and secondary bandages for keeping alginate bandage in wound area.

According to the invention, there are provided methods of obtaining the said compositions and their application.

Member-carrier (10) including first and second impenetrable for water steam layer (12, 13) of fabric, at that layers of fabric are tightened with compression (11) with formation of impenetrable for water steam volume between them (9), withholding humidity-sensible additive (8). Member-carrier (10) is situated on the first or second side of adsorbing structure (4).

EFFECT: invention allows protecting susceptible to humidity additive (8) in order to ensure that no harm can be caused to this additive or it can not be destroyed at that properties of the product are preserved.
