The invention relates to medicine and can be used to obtain oral granules dosage forms of mite allergen Dermatophagoides farinae. The method consists in the fact that conduct water-salt extraction solution of the allergen from the culture of mites of the genus Dermatophagoides farinae, centrifugation allergenic extract, sterilizing filtration of the mother liquor of the allergen, eight decimal dilution of stock solution of the allergen in ethanol solution, application of the resulting dilutions of sugar grains, pre-soaked in 45% ethanol, with periodic shaking grist for 10-15 min and drying sugar semolina with the drug until complete evaporation of the alcohol. The technical result is the creation of an effective and easy to use granular dosage form of mite allergen of the genus Dermatophagoides farinae.

Invention can be used in radiation biology.

Daphnias are used as initial raw material, preliminary degreased with ethylic ether, dried up and crushed up to powder condition. Allergenic extract is centrifuged at 5000-6000 rpm within 30-40 minutes with sterilizing filtration following until ready form of diagnostic allergen being obtained. The produced preparation has been studied according to methodical instructions to primary experimentally-clinical approbation of new forms of allergens.

EFFECT: reduced risk of adverse side effects; high specific activity; no animal sensitization when given in the diagnostic doses.

SUBSTANCE: method comprise salt-water extraction from raw material using Evans-Cook extraction liquid, mites cultivation during from 3 to 4 months, at temperature 25±2°C and relative air humidity 73±3%, on house dust and bristle.
