The task of the invention consists in the intensification of the process of stabilization of a substance with a slight movement of the container.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the stabilizer of temperature, pressure and sootnoshenie is displaced within the cylinder, according to the invention a solid object or each of solid objects composed of flexible sheet elements with curved and/or straight surfaces.

Solid object or each of the solid-state objects can be built from flexible sheet elements or made as one piece from a flexible material.

The cylinder 1 contains, for example, a substance in a three-phase condition: solid - 2; in liquid - 3; in gaseous or vaporous state - 4. Inside the cylinder 1 is placed a solid object, made in the form of spheres 5 (Fig.1) or ellipsoid 6 (Fig.2).

The stabilizer works as follows.

The container 1 containing the substance or substances with heterogeneous composition, in particular substances in two - or three-phase state, is set in any mechanism, for example as an energy source.
