The presence of threads, with which the mounting of the rocker arm to the ceiling, complicates the Assembly-disassembly of the lining elements and reduces the reliability and durability of the fastening elements of the nodes section, especially when operating in the mine conditions, the characteristic features of which are high humidity and dust, corrosive environment.

Closest to the invention by the technical nature (prototype) is a shield, comprising a base, a transfer mechanism, the overlap with the hinge attached consoles, the hydraulic jacks, pivotally connected with the rocker arm, through which the hinge pins are installed in the bores overlap with the opportunity to interact with consoles and embodied through the axes (see the patent of Ukraine 11914. The length of each axis should be less than the width of the beam, which hinders erection and dismantling in Stopes, because of the overlap of adjacent sections prevent installing and removing the axles. It should be noted that the rocker is heavily loaded node and it has a slot to accommodate the head of the rod rack. The presence in the beam pass-through holes for the axis leads to a decrease in strength of this node. In addition, the design of the prototype is not provided by the non-rotation of the axes of the mounting arm from longitudinal displacement. The appearance of the longitudinal force in the axis, due to the lateral displacement of the overlapping section relative to the base and the resulting transverse inclination of the legs, can lead to the shift axis and the failure of the swivel the hydraulic jacks with rocker and overlapping.

The basis of the invention of pooramise and swivel between them enhances the reliability of this connection and the rocker arm, as well as reduced labor costs and loss of time in the conduct of Assembly and dismantling.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the shield includes a base, a transfer mechanism, the overlap with the hinge attached consoles, the hydraulic jacks, pivotally connected with the rocker. The rocker arm by means of trunnions pivotally mounted in the bores overlap with the opportunity to interact with consoles and secured by the axes. According to the invention the overlap is made with grooves axis provided with eccentrics placed with the axis rotation and fixation of the eccentric between the walls of the groove. Distinctive features of the prototype essential features of the invention are grooves overlap; eccentrics placed on axis with the axis rotation and fixation of the eccentric between the walls of the groove; the execution of the slots in the arm for placing the ends of the axes, and the possibility of withdrawal of the pins from the bores overlap with the offset on the magnitude and is Ino to reduce the amount of necessary offset during installation-dismantling of the connection, that provides, in particular, the possibility of carrying out these activities on a separate partition regardless of the position of its overlapping and neighboring sections. For fastening the rocker arms do not require the presence of through holes therein, and two nests of relatively shallow depth, in which are placed the ends of the axes, which increases the strength and reliability of the rocker and swivel overlap. Finally, the presence of the groove, the walls of which are poles placed on the axis of the eccentric, ensures the reliability of the connection under the action of axes in substantial longitudinal force.

Shield (see Fig.1, 2) consists of the base 1, the transfer mechanism 2, an overlap of 3 with the hinge attached consoles with 4 legs 5, pivotally connected with the rocker arm 6 mounted on the ceiling 3. The overlap provided with grooves 7 (see Fig.3, 4), and each arm 6 is fixed on the ceiling 3 by means of two axes 8 with the eccentrics 9 placed between the walls of the slots 7. The ends lnany holes 11 and 12, combined axis and connected by elastic retainer 13. The trunnions 14 of the rocker arm is placed in the bores overlap 15. In the bore 16 of each rocker arm 6 (see Fig.1, 2) set the ends of the rods 17, the other ends of which are in contact with consoles 4.

Shield at its disposal works as follows.

Thrust force of the jacks 5 creates pressure overlap 3 on the roof of the reservoir and causes rotation of the rocker arm 6 relative to the hinge created by the pins 14 in the bores 15 overlap (in this case the axis 8 is unloaded from the perception of effort props 5). Rocker, turning, pushing the bores 16 of the rod 17, which, moving in the direction of the face, interact with consoles 4, resulting in the console turn up in the joints overlap and pressed against the roof.

When the folding section of the force rod hydraulic jacks 5 through the swivel is transmitted to the rocker arm 6, which causes it to rotate relative to the hinge created by the axes 8, placed in the slots 10 of the rocker arm 6. When this force folding legs 5 through axis 8 is transmitted to the overlap of 3, leading to its isolation from the roof and lowering. The bore 16 of the rocker arm 6 is rotated in the opposite direction from the bottom side, which removes raspornye and away from the roof.

In the operating condition of the shields possible longitudinal displacement of the axes 8, due to the action of the longitudinal force in the axis by a lateral displacement of the slab 3 and the legs 5, limited by the stop Cam disc 9 in the walls of the slots 7.

When removing such nodes section, as the legs 5, the arm 6 or rod 17, it is necessary to remove the clamps 13 and to rotate the eccentrics 9 in the lower position. Subsequent displacement of the axis 8 by the amount of their landing in the nest 10 rocker allows the removal of the beam from the bores 15 overlap for dismantling the specified nodes. The small size of the required offset for easy dismantling without additional operations with overlapping sections.

SUBSTANCE: device for connection of covering with enclosure of powered support section includes coaxially located eye-lugs of retractable sides of the covering and enclosure, which are hinged with pins, the diameters of holes of which are larger than the pin diameter. Two coaxial cylindrical bushings with projections and cavities are installed in eye-lugs of retractable sides of covering and enclosure. At that, bushings are provided with possibility of being attached to each other by turning the external bushing, the projections of which are engaged with projections of internal bushing, thus preventing their axial displacement relative to each other, with further fixation of that position by means of fixing pin. The proposed collapsible prop comprises a first metal pipe extending from the base of mine opening, having a first part with a smooth first outer diameter and a second part with a second outer diameter. And the second part comprises at least one metal roller welded to the first part, and a metal ring welded to the first part. The height of the second part from the first is greater than inner diameter of the second pipe by at least 0.15 inches (4 mm). The yield limit of the first pipe is greater than the yield limit of the second pipe.
