Usage: mounting agricultural implements with tractors, the links of the articulated truck - tractor and trailer link. The invention relates to coupling devices of the type.

Known four three-point hitch, containing two longitudinal lower links and one upper Central longitudinal rod, pivotally connected with one side of the tractor, and on the other, with the axis of the fastening trailer link, with the upper longitudinal rod connected with the axle mount trailer link by means of two transverse vertical sections, racks, forming together with the axis of the fastening trailer link connecting the triangle. The disadvantage of this coupling is the inability optimal turning radius of the trailer link, because there is no possibility of changing the effective attachment point of the level trailer - instantaneous center of rotation.

Closest to the proposed invention to the technical essence and the achieved result (prototype) is hitch tractor, trailer containing the bracket associated hinge izanau bracket, which is the open part toward the trailing link is relatively located on the front surface of the trailer bracket lugs, made with the possibility of interaction with the side surfaces covering the trailer bracket element. Covering the trailer bracket element is rigidly connected to the drawbar trailer link. Lugs rigidly attached to the front surface of the trailer bracket at a distance from one another corresponding to the width of the covering element. The stops serve to prevent movement covering the trailer bracket element in the transverse direction and have a beveled surface (see USSR author's certificate 1409477, M CL 4 60 D 1/00).

The main disadvantage of the hitch of the tractor is the presence of large gaps in the horizontal plane between the covering element and trailer bracket, necessary for the operation of the coupling device when turning. The consequence of this is the lack of a rigid connection between the tractor and trailer link at clash of the latter, leading to lateral movement, wobbling trailer link, and consequently, to reduce the stability of movement of the tractor and trailer link.

The invention solves the problem of increasing ustoichivosti element and trailer bracket, appearing in clash of the trailer link.

To achieve the technical result in a coupling device of a tractor trailer containing the bracket associated cylindrical hinge pins with rear hinge on the lower linkage, front ends of which are connected to the frame of the truck, covering the trailer bracket element rigidly connected with a drawbar trailer link and interacting with their surfaces with lugs clamps, stops made in the form of through notches formed in the bracket intersecting a vertical plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bracket, and symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the bracket cylindrical surfaces with axes passing through the point of intersection with the vertical plane, and the radii of the radial cross-sections, equal to the length of the vertical plane.

To reduce friction losses and increase the durability of the hitch of the tractor can be equipped with intermediate elements, mounted in a through recess between the surfaces covering the trailer bracket element made in the form of a fork, with the possibility of rotation about their axes placed in the aligned through holes covering the trailer bracket ELEH the elements may be made cylindrical.

Eliminating gaps in the horizontal plane between the covering element and trailer bracket arising from the clash of the trailer link is achieved through the execution stops in the form of through grooves formed in the bracket intersecting a vertical plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the bracket, and symmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the bracket cylindrical surfaces with axes passing through the point of intersection with the vertical plane, and the radii of the radial cross-sections equal to the length of the vertical plane, resulting in an enclosing element abuts against the side surface of the through-cut brackets, which stops at clash trailer link and is unable to move in the horizontal plane in the direction of crowding trailer link.

Eliminating gaps in the horizontal plane between the covering element and trailer bracket arising from the clash of the trailer link is also achieved through the use of intermediate elements, installed in the places of contact of the covering element and stops, causing the covering member through the intermediate elements rests on the surface through wiem the through plane direction of crowding trailer link.

When the movement of the pulling force from the Prime mover is transmitted through the lower longitudinal thrust 1 by means of ball joints 5 on the cylindrical trunnion 6 and trailer bracket 7. Next, the force is transferred back through the arcuate recess formed by intersecting surfaces and a plane, covering the trailer bracket element 11, which tractive effort is transmitted to the shaft 12 of the level trailer. At clash of the level trailer on the tractor force from the trailer link is transmitted to the shaft 12 and then for covering the trailer bracket element 11. Covering element 11, abutting their edges 15 or intermediate elements 16, in the case of their use, the lugs 9 trailer bracket 7, transmits the force from the rolling trailer link through the trunnion 6 and the ball joints 5 on the lower longitudinal thrust 1, which in turn, through the head 2 and the lower axis 3 and the bracket 4 transmit it to the truck.

When driving close to a straight line, the angle of folding of the level trailer and tractor is small and does not exceed the angle 19. Coupling compensates for this angle by rejecting the lower longitudinal rods 1. An effective point of the trailer drawbar 12 to the tractor is a point 20, offset, length 21. This increases affectionate acceleration and drift. The angle 19 can be pre-set by adjusting the length of the bounding chains rear hitch depending on operating conditions.

When the angle of folding between a tractor and a trailer will exceed 19 and will be equal to 22, for example during a headland, further rotation is possible only by moving covering the trailer bracket element 11 in the recess formed by the intersecting surfaces and a plane. Thus the effective length of the drawbar 12 is increased by the value of 24, much less 21 that provides good maneuverability of the unit.

When leaving the unit from turning covering trailer bracket element 11 due to the resistance force returns to its original position.

To connect the tractor and trailer link the shaft 12 of the level trailer still attached to the covering trailer bracket element 11 by means of the fingers 13.

The use of the invention in comparison with the prototype provides increased resistance movement by eliminating gaps in the horizontal plane coupling between the covering element and trailer bracket that occur when nabeganiya

According to proposed method, prior to moving the tractor, pontoon with platform held by wire rope is hinge mounted on tractor tube-manhole and ladder is hinge secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is fastened on pontoon. Other end of rope is connected with wire rope arranged on tractor. Towing ropes are secured on towing hooks of vehicle, and free ends of towing ropes are connected by ropes with floats. Tractor is moved under water to vehicle. Wire rope is released and pontoon is rigged out. Pontoon remains afloat. Operator passes from tube-manhole along ladder to pontoon, end of wire rope arranged on tractor is pulled out by rope and is secured on pontoon. Tractor is stopped at bogged vehicle. Standing on pontoon, operator pulls out of water the float, rope and end of vehicle towing rope, connects ends of wire ropes of tractor and vehicle and drops connected ends of wire ropes in water, and tractor is moved out of water to bank. Device for implementing the method contains tractor equipped for moving under water and provided with wire rope, pull winch and tube-manhole. Pontoon with plat form held by wire is hinge-mounted on tractor tube-manhole. Ladder is hinge-secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is secured on pontoon whose other end is connected with end of tractor wire rope.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear has ball head consisting of upper and lower parts intercoupled by means of boss and recess made on head parts and provided with vertical coaxial holes in which cylindrical connecting pin is fitted by round slot with lock in lower part of ball head whose upper part is arranged in drawbar body. Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Connecting pin in this section is provided with projection of shape identical to said slot and at other side, semispherical cavity for lock. Cross slot is found in upper end face part of connecting pin, and drawbar body in zone of slot is provided with cylindrical hole.
