The invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles, namely trucks. The rig consists of a truck tractor and semitrailer, interconnected anchor hitch. Anchor hitch has the ability to provide angular rotation and linear movement by installing toothed sectors are interrelated with racks arranged movably in the longitudinal plane of the frame of the tractor. The invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used, for example, in the construction of road trains with trailers.

Known combination consisting of the truck tractor MAZ-6222, can be mounted on a semitrailer MAZ-9398 (see the book Brief automotive Handbook - 10th ed., revised and enlarged extra - M.: Transport, 1983, page 91).

A significant drawback of this combination is that its capacity is used for partially due to the "empty" space available between the body of the trailer and the cab of the towing vehicle. This is essentially the situation.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency tonnage of trains by reducing the overall clearance between the cab of the towing vehicle and the front part of the trailer.

This objective is achieved in that the supporting hitch rigidly attached to the annexe, with the possibility of angular rotation and simultaneously linear movement in the horizontal plane of the rails of the frame of the tractor, respectively, relative to the vertical and longitudinal of its axis, additional housing provided with a rigidly attached thereto a toothed sectors and interact with spring-loaded on one side and overtime in the frame of the tractor with the other racks mounted movably in the guide frame of the tractor, and on the supporting sheet of the trailer in its longitudinal plane and in the longitudinal axis of the trailer is the king pin and the finger in contact with the hitch of the tractor.

Combination hay on the secondary housing 4, located using a thrust bearing 5 in the guide rails 6 of the frame 7 of the towing vehicle 1. Additional housing 4 is attached rigidly to the gear sector 8 which engages with a toothed rails 9, which are slidably accommodated in the guide rails 6 of the frame 7. One ends of the rails 9 are biased by compression springs 10 with respect to the frame 7, and the other operty the stopper 11. With car-truck 1 coupled to the trailer 12 by means of bolt 13, is rigidly fastened to the supporting sheet 14 of the frame 15 of the semi-trailer 12. Works in combination as follows. In straight-line motion of the train, when clearancedetermining the minimum distance between the trailer 12 and the cab of the towing vehicle 1 (see Fig.1), the rack 9 operty in limiters 11 of the frame 7 of the towing vehicle 1 under the action of compression spring 10, and the pin 13 and pin 16 are located in the longitudinal axis of the trailer, i.e., the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the frame 7 of the towing vehicle 1 and the frame 15 of the semi-trailer 12 are the same. When turning trains, for example, as shown in Fig.2, the trailer 12 is rotated on the saddle 3 reference coupler device 2, but because the finger 16 is connected with the seat 3 of the supporting wheel of the mouth of the local housing 4 in the same direction in their guides 6. As well as additional housing 4 is rigidly connected with a toothed sector 8, and they make angular rotation in the direction of arrow N (see Fig.5). In turn, through engagement of the toothed sector 8 with racks 9 moves right toothed rack 9 in the direction of arrow M (see Fig.5), by its compression spring 10, and moving the toothed rack 9 to the left in the direction of travel of the trailer, can't happen, because under the action of the left gear sector 8 it its end abuts against the stopper 11 of the frame 7 of the towing vehicle 1. As the left toothed rack 9 at this time is stationary, the gear sectors 8 (left and right) get a linear movement in the direction of arrow G (see Fig.2, 4 and 5), which provides increased clearanceexcluding the impact of the trailer 12 to the cab of the tractor 1. After a turn, the trailer 12 together with the coupling device 2, additional housing 4 and the gear sectors 8 returns to its original position, the compressed right spring 10 contributes to returning the above details. At the same time, the spring 10 at the time of a sharp hill start assist trailer play the role of a damper, contributing to the damping of the longitudinal stress, perceived the co in this case "work" left toothed rack 9, clutching his spring 10.

Feasibility advantage of the proposed technical solution is obvious, since it can significantly reduce the structural gap between the cab of the towing vehicle and the body of the trailer, and this in turn will allow you to use this space for additional cargo.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer by pivot rigidly secured on support plate of step of semitrailer frame, and pneumatic brake system including compressor, connecting pipelines, brake cock, air cylinders, air distributing valves and wheel brake chambers. SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. Turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover is provided with vertical hole accommodating movably fitted-in pin spring-loaded relative to turntable, one end of pin has flat to engage with support sheet of semi-trailer frame step, and the other has conical section to engage with grips spring-loaded relative to each other by extension spring. Said spring-loaded stop engages with one arm of spring-loaded bell-crank hinge-mounted on frame of semi-trailer, other arm of bell crank being coupled by means of flexible tie with frame of semi-trailer engaging with bracket rigidly secured on one of posts of support gear of semi-trailer.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in trailers. Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.

EFFECT: provision of damping of impact loads at collision of passenger car and trailer-train.

SUBSTANCE: proposed hitch for connecting wheeled tractor and trailer has rigid draft connecting trailer pole with hydraulic hook of tractor and flexible draft bar connecting crossmember of lower longitudinal links of tractor mounting with front axle of trailer. Device is furnished with additional flexible draft bar including spring fixed on crossmember and connected through connecting link and feedback with draft control connected with hydraulic cylinder.
