Tent material and method for its production

(57) Abstract:

The technical result is the achievement of good stability to ultraviolet radiation and resistance to weather conditions at a low weight per unit of surface. Tent material is made of polyester filament yarn and/or monovacancy thread and subjected to wet the color, mainly by means of disperse dye, namely, nitro-, azo-, and antrahinonovye dye. Tent material according to the invention is woven from polyester filament and/or monovacancy thread and subjected to wet the color, mainly by means of disperse dye. Awning, mostly manual folding tent for the winter garden, includes awning material on one of the PP.1-5. 3 S. and 6 C.p. f-crystals.

To awning materials to meet high requirements in terms of resistance to ultraviolet radiation, tensile strength, resistance to various weather conditions, and requirements for water repellency and gazettelive. In connection with the above requirements, these materials are usually made from polyacrylonitrile fibers, which use twisted dyed yarn 342 Nm (dtex 588; dtex - value, pokazhi type color longitudinal stripes are about 30 major threads/cm and about 15 filling threads/see Then finalize fabric artificial resins, improving its quality and water-repellent properties.

Famous tent fabric, made of composite polyester yarns and mixed polifemo-viscose yarn (see, for example, SU 1567673, IPC 7 D 03 D 15/00, 30.05.1990 year). The fabric is subjected to a wet coating and finishing drying and tentering machine. The disadvantage of this tissue is insufficient tensile strength.

Known also technical fabric formed by weaving woven polyester filaments and polyester monofilaments, the surface density which is 530 g/m2(see EN 2135655, IPC 7 D 03 D 15/00, 27.08.1999,). A disadvantage of the known fabric is a high density unit of its area, and not beautiful appearance.

In some cases tried to use other fibromatosis, but due to the lack of resistance to ultraviolet radiation fibers and dyes they had no success. The weight of a unit area of such materials is in the range of 300 g/m2or higher.

Thus, the aim of the invention is the creation of tent material, which, along with good resistance to ultraviolet radiation and atmospheres is of

This task in accordance with the invention is solved by making the material of polyester filament yarn, i.e., filament complex (infinite) filaments and/or monovacancy thread, which is exposed to the wet color, mainly by means of disperse dye, namely, nitro-, azo-, and antrahinonovye dye.

The essence of the invention also lies in the fact that not only applied appropriately used polyester thread, but also in the fact that instead of the commonly used yarns of staple fibers or a mixture of specially applied to the thread in the form of filament and/or monovacancy thread.

Thanks to the use of such composite yarns, the surface becomes smoother, which prevents contamination. Thanks to the use of polyester yarns is achieved very high tensile strength. In addition, this achieves a very high resistance to ultraviolet radiation, so as polyester filament yarns have a circular cross section, a matting agent and technological additive for improving the processing of plastics, which in turn form a substance that prevents the decomposition of the fiber under the action of ultrafina is 1.5% for the matted fibers and 0.3-0.5% for semi fiber.

Mostly it is assumed that the density of the main thread was in the range of from 35 to 50 threads/cm and the weft yarn 20 to 25 strands/see

According to the invention preferred and achievable weight of a unit area is in the range from 200 to 250 g/m2. Due to lower weight per unit area of the tent material at the storage shed in the back case has a smaller thickness, and this led to the possibility of increasing the interval between the joints, than is usually taken so far 120 see This cost-effective control coatings for roofs, as well as the entire canopy can be thin and light. This prevents the occurrence of known so-called "Christmas tree effect" caused by the overlapping each other thicknesses of seams during the winding operation.

Provided that tarpaulin material has a weight per unit area of from 200 to 250 g/m2. The weight of a unit area is clearly lower than with conventional awning materials, whose weight per unit area of 300 g/m2.

Tent material best way exposed to wet painting, preferably a dispersion dye-based anthraquinone. Used as dispersion dyes are as microcrystal, isocratic the study is carried out in aqueous solution in the processing, that gives the opportunity to expand strongly limited still colors.

In addition, with the advantage provided by the protection from ultraviolet radiation, which allows you to paint with a wet method provided by the invention polyester yarns with the required stability. Suitable means of protection against ultraviolet radiation is based on is derived from triazine. This means of protection from ultraviolet radiation can be entered into the dye bath.

The invention also concerns a method of manufacturing a tent material, which provides that it is woven from polyester filament and/or monovacancy threads, put the wet paint and then fix in stretching (tension) frame at a temperature of about 185o. As a matting agent and technological additives to improve the processing of plastics in the fiber used titanium dioxide in amounts of less than 0.05%.

The object of the invention is an awning, made of the above tent material.

The invention is further explained in more detail with the aid of preferred examples.

The weight per unit area of about 235 g/m2.

Example 2

The density of the weft yarn 19 strands/cm, polyester filament yarn dtex 167/2.

The weight per unit area of about 240 g/m2.

Example 4

The density of the main thread 38.5 threads/cm, polyester filament yarn dtex 167/2.

The density of the weft yarn 21 thread/cm, polyester monovacancy thread, the diameter of 0.18 mm 334 dtex.

The weight per unit area of about 235 g/m2.

In all the examples thus obtained tent material is subjected to wet the color dispersion dyes based on anthraquinone. In the dyeing bath added protection from ultraviolet radiation on the basis derived from triazine. In the tentering frame at elevated temperatures, the fabric pull, and then cooled. This is fixed tension in the tissue.

One example poliefirnaya properties and benefits resulting from the invention consist in the following.

Damp staining fibers completely independently of the production of these fibers, so you can get the colors according to client's wish for his tents, regardless of the colors available manufacturer fibers.

The surface of the fabric is smooth as silk. Therefore received a very neat appearance, which was not known for tents still, in addition, the smooth surface prevents contamination.

The elasticity is higher than previously known, so the creases formed in the case of a winder awning, can be avoided.

Tear resistance is twice more than in the known tents.

There is a certain transparency to visible light, which leads to a friendly atmosphere, while ultraviolet radiation is delayed.
