The invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for producing compositions for injection, for use in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. The composition includes CMC, ringer's lactate, ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid, methacrylate microspheres, calcium gluconate. The composition has a viscosity of subcutaneous tissue. 1 C.p. f-crystals.

The present invention relates to a new method of obtaining a composition used for medical purposes, in particular used in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of small parts of the body surface with grooves through injections in the affected tissue (especially in places of folds, wrinkles, lips, nose, hands and other parts), with a unique distinctive characteristics relative to the prior art, and are practical and functional advantages, providing a set of conditions that satisfy the requirements of patent protection.

Acrylates opened in 1902 in Germany, and the beginning of their application in medicine refers to 1935. For about 12 years, they are used in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.

The methacrylates of predstavili used two solvent: 1 - bovine collagen, long-chain protein, which is associated with greater risk of allergies and can be an infected person, as recently happened with bovine encephalitis; 2 - liquid silicone, which is however not widely used because its use can cause siliconomas.

In accordance with the method according to the present application as a solvent used colloidal solution having a viscosity, adequate viscosity subcutaneous tissue, so you can use it to practice and perform safe recovery of small hollow parts of the body by filling a tissue without the above restrictions.

The composition obtained by the declared method contains carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), ringer's lactate, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTU), methacrylate microspheres, calcium gluconate. Mainly methacrylate microspheres microspheres are of polymethacrylate.

For a better understanding of the invention reference is made for a method of obtaining a composition comprising a colloidal solution of a magnesium salt carboxylmethylcellulose acid and methacrylate, whereby in a sterile container load of perejil EMA from the time the mixture is placed in a vibrating stirrer and heated to 50oC for 3 h, repeating this procedure 4 times every 24 hours After the end of the homogenization add methacrylate in the form of microspheres in a quantity sufficient to obtain the desired product. A method of obtaining a composition for injection for medical use containing carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), ringer's lactate, ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid (EDTU), methacrylate microspheres, calcium gluconate, comprising the following stages: (a) in a sterile container placed carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), ringer's lactate and EDTU, (b) after mixing, the mixture is placed in a vibrating metalcore procedure steps (b) and (C) every 24 hours 4 times to achieve homogenization of the mixture; (e) add methacrylate microspheres in gomogenizirovannogo mixture; (f) put the mixture obtained in stage (e), mixer, slowly rotating within 40 min every 12 h for 3 days; (g) add calcium gluconate and subjecting the mixture to vacuum and simultaneously mechanically shaken; (h) put the mixture obtained in stage (q), pre-sterilized flask and the mixture is subjected to mechanical shaking for about 2 hours;

i), sealed flask and subjected to the retort sterilization; j) is cooled sterilized flasks for the deposition of moisture on the walls of the flasks.
