The inventive closure device of the container contains fixed on its output orifice fitting and the nipple is installed between peelable membrane. The nipple is installed inside the fitting. Peelable membrane made as part of the spherical shell, which merges into a cylindrical shell, or part of the spherical shell, which merges into a conical shell. Between the peelable membrane and fitting is a strip of elastic material, made as a part of the spherical shell, which merges into a cylindrical shell, or part of the spherical shell, which merges into a conical shell. The invention relates to the valves used in balloon systems with liquefied gas.

The design of the known device allows for the possibility of leakage of the container with a slight deviations in the accuracy of manufacturing threaded salt.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the locking device is a cylinder containing fixed on its output orifice fitting and the nipple is installed between peelable membrane according to the invention, the nipple is installed inside the nozzle, peelable membrane made as part of the spherical shell, which merges into a cylindrical shell or part of the spherical shell, which merges into a conical shell, and between the peelable membrane and fitting is a strip of elastic material, made as a part of the spherical shell, which merges into a cylindrical shell, or part of the spherical shell, which merges into a conical shell.

Shut-off devices containing peelable membrane, are, as a rule, to cylinders having a small size. A locking device is used as follows.

In addition, the possible error of making a threaded connection between the socket 3 and the nipple 4 adjust to any misalignment is compensated by a peelable membrane 5 gasket 6 in the fitting hole 3 due to the spherical shape of their surfaces, turning into a cylindrical or conical shell. Such a node set using the screw connections on the cylinder 1 to the tight contact between the strip 7 with the fitting 3 and the end surface of cylinder 1. After use of the container 1 puncture holes in peelable membrane 5 produce disassembly of the locking device in the reverse sequence.

SUBSTANCE: in a device for cylinder charging and sealing under pressure, a sealing of a process opening for cylinder gas charging is provided by welding a conical plug along the end face of a charging union under the pressure of the working medium. The device provides an installation of the conical plug at working medium pressure, welding of the plug in the pressed state and a sealing test both after installation of the plug and after the welding.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the object as a whole, and reduced device production cost.
