The invention relates to mobile apparatus for drilling and repair of wells in a remote, swampy areas. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the drilling installation comprising a transport base in the form of a tractor with a semitrailer on a frame which platform is installed, equipped with a mast, power and auxiliary drilling equipment, jacks, pipe racks, made in the form of a traverse, equipped with the supporting poles, and placed along the platform in the transport position, the swivel head plate with a platform made with limited rotation and translation in the vertical plane for loading jacks weight of the transport base and the support rack shelving attached pivotally to load their weight pipe. The invention allows to prevent deformation of the near-well structures by balancing the weight of the vehicle with the drilling equipment on the jacks, and the weight of the pipe support racks. 5 Il. St. 205742, IPC E 21 7/02 from 1966) Shelving in the known device take private transport and install on site, using additional means of mechanization, which increases the time and material costs for installation and operation of the device as a whole.The closest, taken as a prototype, is a drilling rig, including transport base on the rig with the mast, power and auxiliary equipment and pipe racks in the form of a traverse with jacks, jacks (see the description of the invention to ed.
