The invention relates to mobile apparatus for drilling and repair of wells in a remote, swampy areas. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the drilling installation comprising a transport base in the form of a tractor with a semitrailer on a frame which platform is installed, equipped with a mast, power and auxiliary drilling equipment, jacks, pipe racks, made in the form of a traverse, equipped with the supporting poles, and placed along the platform in the transport position, the swivel head plate with a platform made with limited rotation and translation in the vertical plane for loading jacks weight of the transport base and the support rack shelving attached pivotally to load their weight pipe. The invention allows to prevent deformation of the near-well structures by balancing the weight of the vehicle with the drilling equipment on the jacks, and the weight of the pipe support racks. 5 Il.

The invention relates to the drilling engineering, namely to mobile installations for drilling and repair of wells in a remote, swampy areas.

Known drilling inim equipment (see description of the invention to ed. St. 205742, IPC E 21 7/02 from 1966) Shelving in the known device take private transport and install on site, using additional means of mechanization, which increases the time and material costs for installation and operation of the device as a whole.

The closest, taken as a prototype, is a drilling rig, including transport base on the rig with the mast, power and auxiliary equipment and pipe racks in the form of a traverse with jacks, jacks (see the description of the invention to ed. St. 1548397, IPC E 21 In 7/02, 19/14 from 07.03.90).

In the known device hanging entire rig carry on jacks, and the load, including the weight of the vehicle located equipment and the weight of the racks placed on them with pipes, passed on jacks and forth from jacks on well construction, deforming the latter.

Constructive execution and attachment of the beams to the frame of the vehicle does not exclude crushing traverse in their fixation on the frame of the vehicle.

The technical object of the present invention is to prevent derudover on jacks, and from the weight of the pipe support racks.

The technical problem is solved in that in the rig contains a transport base in the form of a tractor with a semitrailer on a frame which platform is installed, equipped with a mast, power and auxiliary drilling equipment, jacks and pipe racks, made in the form of a traverse, equipped with the supporting poles and placed along the platform in the transport position, the swivel head plate with a platform made with limited rotation and translation in the vertical plane for loading jacks weight of the transport base and the support rack shelving attached pivotally to load their weight pipe.

The present invention allows to distribute the load from the weight of the vehicle placed on it by the equipment to the jacks, and the weight of the racks with pipe support racks, thereby reducing deformation of borehole construction from jacks and at the same time reducing their power and weight.

When the strain changes of critical facilities support racks have the opportunity to take a new position regardless of the platform, leaving the distribution of supporting forces is favorable for the rapid operation of Fig.2 - top view of Fig.3 is a rear view of Fig.4 - mount the supports of the rack to the frame in a horizontal position; Fig.5 - the same, with the deformation of borehole construction.

The rig contains the vehicle, made in the form of the tractor 1 and trailer 2. On the frame 3 of the semi-trailer 2 is installed drilling platform 4 on which the mast 5, the arm 6 and the drilling and ancillary equipment. The corners of the platform 4 is fixed hydraulic support jacks 7 for hanging (leveling) 4 platform drilling rig.

Pipe racks 8 are in the form of a traverse 9 on the rack 10 with tareley 11. The rack 10 is hinged to the lower surface of the traverse 9. In the vertical position of the rack 10 is fixed braces 12 and removable pins 13. On the upper surface of the traverse 9 hinged to lock in the vertical position, the lugs 14. Beam 9 is made, for example, with the end in the form of a fork and fixed articulated through the axis 15 on the vertical axis 16 that is installed in the housing 17 with the possibility of limited movement in a vertical plane on the h value. Yoke 9 has a limited rotation in a vertical plane about the axis 15 at an angle

In transport position the base of the hydraulic Jack 7 is placed inside the platform 4.Each of the traverse 9 is fixed on the axis 15 of rotation in the vertical plane of the pin 20 and with folded along it stops 14 and the rack 10 is placed along the side of the platform 4 under her bottom.

The installation of the drilling rig carried out in the following way.

The hydraulic Jack 7 is lowered to the well construction and post (horizontial) platform 4 is placed on the mast 5, power and auxiliary equipment. The rotation of the steering nut 19 that is held in the housing 17 cap screw flange 18, to omit the vertical axis 16 down. Then the yoke 9 is turned in a horizontal plane at an angle of 90orelative to the side of the platform 4. Then turn (translated) rack 10 with tareley 11 in a vertical position and fix their braces 12 and pins 13. The rotation of the steering nut 19 with the flange 18 continue to lower the head plate 9 to the full touch with tareley 11 borehole construction, then take out the locking pin 20. Then the cage nut 19 with the flange 18 to raise the value of h relative to the platform 4, obespechit arm 6 on the traverse 9, pre-set it upright lugs 14.

When possible deformation of borehole facilities yoke 9 has the ability forked end on the axis 15 to rotate within an angle relative to the axis 16 in a vertical plane and at the same time to descend or ascend with the axis 16 relative to the housing 17 within the values h, providing fixation of the pipes 8 lugs 14 on the shelves.

Claims

Drilling installation comprising a transport base in the form of a tractor with a semitrailer on a frame which platform is installed, equipped with a mast, power and auxiliary drilling equipment, jacks, pipe racks, made in the form of a traverse, equipped with the supporting poles, and placed along the platform in the transport position, wherein the swivel head plate with a platform made with limited rotation and translation in the vertical plane for loading jacks weight of the transport base and the support rack shelving attached pivotally to load their weight pipe.

SUBSTANCE: facility has frame, drill derrick and drawworks with drilling and bailing drums assembled on the frame, power-driven reduction gear, drive transmission of drilling and bailing drums connecting them with power-driven reduction gear and provided with leading and driven members.
