The invention relates to woodworking industry and can be used in the manufacture of finished fiberboard, and finished wood-fiber products. The method includes the steps of grinding of raw wood, the sizing of wood-fibrous mass of mineral acid and paraffin tide fibrous mass, dehydration carpet, hot pressing and applying the finishing composition containing paint water-based polyvinyl acetate EVA-27A, diammonium phosphate, glass liquid sodium, kaolin, dye and water. A certain ratio of the components for sizing wood fibrous mass and in the finishing composition provides high physical-mechanical properties, ensuring environmental safety of the finished product and efficiency of the process. 1 C. p. The disadvantages of the known technical solutions are: high flow finishing composition, low physical and mechanical properties of the finished slabs, environmental hazard finished plates for use in the manufacture of synthetic resins, the high cost of the finished product due to the use of synthetic resin and due to the high consumption of the finishing composition.

The technical problem of the invention is to reduce the consumption of finishing composition, the improvement of physico-mechanical characteristics of finished wood-fibre boards and products, ensuring environmental safety of the finished product due to the IPV process by reducing consumption of finishing composition and eliminate the use of synthetic resin.
