SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of vehicles. Proposed device comprises gantry, cylindrical brush (7) arranged to be driven up and down and control unit (10). Portal struts are equipped with photocells (11) at gondola car working side and fixed brushes arranged at the angle to direction of car motion and at the height equal to half the its height. Cylindrical brush can revolve over half the car width. Width of fixed brush bristle is larger than the width gondola car board top edge by 5-20 cm. Cylindrical brush is composed of alternating metallic and polypropylene bristles. Note here that bristle length is larger than distance from the point of their attachment to gondola car top end edges by 5-10 cm.

General-duty support for self-propelled machine transportation includes two pairs of main skids on which following parts are mounted: front stops (3), rear stoppers (5) arranged in V-shape and forming "bed" together with front stoppers, and rear support (6) in the form of triangular prisms. Method for self-propelled machine chassis loading into container is implemented by fixation of self-propelled machine chassis front frame (13) lower sheet in the "bed" of universal support. Movable loading mechanism with double telescopic boom structure comprises head car and tail car. Tail car is connected with head car using main rod. Double telescopic boom and two-stage three-channel branched bin are arranged at head car. Double telescopic boom comprises main and auxiliary cars cargo booms, which are installed in parallel. Main and auxiliary cars cargo booms are booms with telescopic function. Two-stage three-channel branched bin comprises upper and lower branched bins. Upper and lower branched bins have three channels, namely main car loading channel, auxiliary car loading channel and channel for recovery. Main car loading channel is connected with main car cargo boom, and auxiliary car loading channel is connected with auxiliary car cargo boom.

EFFECT: achieving continuous dosing and loading of bulk cargoes into open railway car body and safety of operation under conditions of electrified railway roads with suspended contact systems.
