It should indicate that the functionality of the above valve does not provide a completely safe operation of the vehicle in emergency situations due to the fact that design is not provided remote (EXT is to improve the reliability of pyatilineyny two-position valve valve by providing emergency door opening of the vehicle with the most developed pneumatic power manually from the passenger compartment, and remotely using the pressure signal generated either by pressing the appropriate buttons in the cab, or by pressing one of the control buttons embedded on the outside of the body of the vehicle, with automatic holding the door open after removal of the pressure signal (stop pressing the control button).

This task is solved in that in pyatilineyny two-position valve valve actuator of the vehicle doors, comprising a housing, two valves opening and closing with four locking elements of type "valve seat", electro-pneumatic control valve, actuator manual duplication of an electrical signal mounted in the cylindrical bore of the housing in the form of condensed on the outer surface of the stepped axially movable plunger and cover its retaining sleeve, and the system of working channels and pneumatic lines connecting the valves between them and the Executive mechanism according to the invention, the actuator manual duplication of an electrical signal supplied with control chamber, formed by the guide walls of the cylindrical bore of the housing and the respective ends of a sealing plunger and katysheva signal, and covering the plunger sleeve is sealed to the outer and inner surfaces, and the guide cylindrical bores of the housing and the sleeve, the plunger on the outer surfaces installed with guaranteed annular gaps.

The valve (see Fig.1) includes a housing 1 with channels 2 and 3 control the pneumatic cylinder actuator door 4 with the working cavities 5 and 6 and the Executive piston rod 7, with channels 8 and 9 release air to the atmosphere, with the channel of the head 10, lines 11 feed command pressure from the electro-pneumatic valve 12 through the control cavity 13, the check valve 14 to the valve closure 15 and the opening 16 in the guide groove 17 of the actuator (plunger) 18 simultaneously. The plunger 18 to the outer surface of the wider compacted three sealing rings 19 and its annular groove 20 is communicated with the discharge channel 10. The cavity 21, bounded by the bottom of the hollow cylindrical bore 22 of the housing 1 and the plunger 18, connected by a channel 23 with the control cavity 13 electro-pneumatic valve 12.

The actuator 18 is supplied with the control chamber 24 formed by the wall of the cylindrical bore 22 of the housing 1 and the working ends 25 and 26 of the plunger 18 and covering the plunger sleeve 27, is fixed against axial movement in the housing 1 locking semi-ring 28. Covering the plunger sleeve to the outer and inner surfaces sealed with a rubber o-rings 29 and 30, respectively.

The control chamber 24 is communicated to the shape of the bores 22 of the housing 1 and 33 of the covering sleeve 27, the plunger 18 to the outer surfaces installed with guaranteed annular gap 34 and 35. At the open end low-speed plunger 18 fixedly mounted button 36.

The valve in the system actuator control vehicle door works as follows.

On the electropneumatic valve 12 filed an electrical control signal. A vehicle door is open (see Fig.1).

Under the influence of an electric control signal anchor electropneumatic valve 12 retracts (moves up), opening the passage of compressed air from the pipe 10 into the cavity of the control 13 of the valve 12 from which the command pressure through the check valve 14 enters the line 11 of filing the command pressure, the valve closure 15, the valve opening 16 and the guide groove 17 of the plunger 18 of the drive at the same time. In parallel, the pressure from the control cavity 13 through the channel 23 is fed into the cavity 21 of the actuator manual duplication of an electrical signal. Under the action of pressure valves 15 and 16 are moved to the leftmost position, thus locking the seal valve 16 moves away from the saddle straddle sleeve, opening the flow of the operating pressure in channel 2 and the cavity 6 of the pneumatic cylinder. The piston-rod 7 moves outward (in the released position), opening the door transportnogo the tmosferu. In parallel, summed up the command pressure in the cavity 21 moves the plunger 18 in the rightmost (released) position until it stops in the end covering sleeve 27.

The electrical control signal is absent. The vehicle door is closed (see Fig.2).

Under the influence of the operating pressure supplied from the pressure channel 10, the valve closure 15 and the valve opening 16 is moved to the rightmost position, displacing within the stroke portion of the air from the command line pressure 11 through the check valve 14 (set by the rate of leakage), the control cavity 13, the electropneumatic valve 12 into the atmosphere. Supplied working pressure through the valve closure 15 enters the channel 3 and the left cavity 5 of the cylinder 4, the piston-rod 7 is moved inward (in retracted position), closing the door of the vehicle. Compressed air from the right cavity 6 of the cylinder 4 is pressed into the channel 2 and through the valve 16 and channel 9 into the atmosphere.

The electrical control signal is absent. In the control chamber 24 of the actuator manual duplication filed a signal from an external source 32. A vehicle door is open (see Fig.3).

Under the influence of the operating pressure supplied from the exterior of the position until it stops in the hollow end of the cylindrical bore 22, displacing the air from the closed cavity 21 through the channel 23, the electropneumatic valve 12 into the atmosphere. When this channel head 10 is connected with the line command pressure 11 through the communicating grooves 17 on the plunger 18. The check valve 14 closes off the line head 10, preventing the fall of the command pressure line 11. The valve opening 16 and the closure 15 is simultaneously moved to the left end position. The working pressure of the feed head 10 enters the channel 2 and the cavity 6 of the cylinder 4, the piston-rod 7 moves outward (in the released position), opening the door of the vehicle, while developing maximum pushing force, because the compressed air from the left cavity 5 of the cylinder 4 is pressed into the channel 3 and through the valve 15 and the channel 8 into the atmosphere, i.e., the mode of operation of the valve coincides with a mode in which the electric signal voltage applied to the electro-pneumatic valve 12 for opening the door (see Fig.1).

When removing the external pressure control chamber 24 is de-energized and is connected with the atmosphere. The drive plunger 18 is automatically fixed in the previous (left end position) due to the static friction created by the interference fit of the three rubber uplotnitelniy remain open. The return of the plunger 18(buttons 36) in the original position manually by pressing button 36 or by applying an electrical control signal to the electropneumatic valve 12, the command pressure generated in the control cavity 13, is transmitted through the channel 23 into the cavity 21 of the bore 22 of the housing 1 and, acting on the end face of the plunger 18 moves it to the far right of the original position until it stops in the end face 26 of the covering sleeve 27.

The electrical control signal is absent. The drive plunger 18 button (36) manual duplication of an electrical signal clicked (pressed). A signal from an external source 32 is missing. A vehicle door is open (see Fig.4).

When pressed plunger 18 (buttons 36) to lock both valves 15 and 16 are moved to the leftmost open position, the sash doors of the vehicle opened similarly to the process described for the case of control valves from an external source. At the termination of manual force to the button 36 of the sash doors remain open.

Pyatilineyny two-position valve valve allows to simplify the design and increase the reliability in the drive system of the vehicle doors and secure the El supplied with control camera from an external source of pressure, that provides emergency opening of doors of a vehicle with maximum developed power manually from the passenger compartment, and remotely using the pressure signal generated by one of the control buttons located in the cab and on the outside of the body of the vehicle with automatic hold doors open when removing the pressure signal.
