The invention relates to medicine and food industry and can be used in the manufacture of diet food. The composition comprises any of the lipophilic vitamins a, D, E, K and beta-carotene, or any combination, and oil-based. As oil refers to the oil pine nuts. The invention allows to reduce the cost of the product. table 1.

The invention relates to food industry, namely for food additives containing natural biologically active substances and vitamins, used to maintain or enhance the physiological functions of the body and intended for the correction of lipid metabolism, prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. The composition may be used in the manufacture of diet food with the available sources of vitamins, particularly the fat-soluble vitamins, and means of correction of metabolic processes that affect normal functioning and health.

Known vitamin preparations containing lipophilic vitamins and oil-based (see , for example, a brochure of the firm "Valitek" diet product "beta-carotene"). Also known comp is. RF patent 2118258, publ. in BI 25, 1998). But in these products oil is used as a solvent and has no significant influence on the processes of lipid metabolism.

It is known that for the correction of lipid metabolism for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis effectively use products containing polyunsaturated fatty acids (hereinafter PUFA). Polyunsaturated fatty acids with a high number of double bonds, belonging to the family of omega-3, have a pronounced therapeutic effect, and polyunsaturated fatty acids with triple bonds relating to the family of omega-6, are largely preventive activity. Recently interest to both groups of fatty acids, due to their independent role of essential food items has increased significantly.

However, if the level of income acids omega-6 fatty acids (including linoleic acid) in the diet of modern man remains relatively stable due to the consumption of such vegetable oils as sunflower, corn, olive, intake of omega-3 is very limited.

The sources of these acids are fats of animal origin, primarily derived from the liver of cod. A significant drawback of this product is its pronounced the vegetable oils - first of all rapeseed and linseed. Diet enriched with these fats, contributes to a significant decrease in blood low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in patients with elevated cholesterol [Nydahl M. At the same time traditionally widely used cedar oil, especially in the regions of Siberia.

The closest to the effect achieved by the claimed composition is oil and fat food product with a lipid-lowering properties and consisting of vegetable oils and vitamins that as oil contains refined and deodorized oil. The disadvantage of this product is that it uses vegetable oil - sunflower, cotton, corn, less olive - contain polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega 6 family, meanwhile, most effectivestart omega 3. Specified product has a preventive effect due to the content of phospholipids, but getting them is difficult and the product is expensive.

The objective of the invention is to provide affordable and accessible to a composition containing a complex of fat-soluble vitamins, with the properties of the corrector lipid metabolism.

It is known that the greatest effect of reducing the total lipids and beta-lipoproteins is achieved by a complex combination of fatty acids and vitamins. (See C. J. Sokolov, I. P-Zamotaev. Handbook of medicinal plants. M, Medicine, 1985, page 160). To create such a complex directed this invention.

The problem is solved in that in compositions for making dosage forms and enrichment of food products that contribute to the correction of disorders of lipid metabolism, prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, containing oil-based and vitamins as vitamins contain any of the lipophilic vitamins A, D, E, K and beta-carotene, or any combination, as oil fundamentals - oil pine nuts, and vitamins are calculated daily needs, and the oil in the amount of 0.6-0.7,

Cedar oil also has other significant advantages over other types of vegetable fats, which in its manufacturing technology that does not require heating to high temperatures, and therefore ensure the safety of the structure of fatty acids. In this composition the oil plays a role not only solvent vitamins, but also participates in it as a very effective active product, increasing biological efficacy of the composition not only by its presence, but also through the synergistic effects in combination with certain vitamins. The complex of vitamins varies according to need to adjust one or the other function of the body simultaneously with the prevention of atherosclerosis and improve lipid metabolism. Used in the song vitamins are lipophilic substances, soluble in vegetable oils, including cedarwood, and do not require additional impacts during preparation of the composition.

The use of vitamins in cost its application for people with problems of lipid metabolism, and also diseases in which contraindicated the intake of fatty acids, in particular in atherosclerosis.

The composition is prepared from the calculation of the daily needs oil, pine nuts, component (0,6-0,7) g and the corresponding daily needs of vitamins included in the composition: A (1000 µg/day), D (25 μg/day), E (10 µg /day) (1000 µg/day) or beta-carotene (6 mg/day) (see tutelian C. The composition: oil of cedar nuts - 0.7 g, vitamin D - 25 mcg, vitamin K - 1000 mcg, beta-carotene - 6 mg.

Clinical study of the effect of composition on the basis of cedar oil on lipid metabolism in patients with atherosclerosis were conducted at the Department of preventive cardiology, Institute of cardiology, Tomsk scientific center (TYPE) RAMS [A. Bryukhanov,, Century I. karpecki. The use of oil Siberian cedar nuts as proof of lipid metabolism in patients with atherosclerosis/Actual problems of pharmacology and search for new drugs. For the study were recruited 30 people, distributed in three groups: 1-on the usual p is the following on the background diet vitamin preparation on the basis of cedar oil daily in a dose of 0.6 g/day (8 people). Patients in all three groups before the beginning and at the end of the study (3 months) determined the content of cholesterol and beta-lipoproteins of low density (LDL) in the blood, arterial pressure. The results are presented in the table.

In the research process cholesterol significantly decreased in patients of the 2nd group of 29% (Pu<0.05 compared with group 1) and 32% in patients of the 3rd group. Level LPN significantly decreased by 21% in patients of the 2nd group and 64% in patients of the 3rd group. The indices of systolic and diastolic blood pressure significantly decreased in patients of the 2nd group of 15 and 13% in patients of the 3rd group - 18% and 17%. Patients of the 3rd group method rheography were studied hemodynamic parameters. This revealed the following significant changes: increase impact and minute amounts of blood (48% and 120%), heart and shock index (116 and 63%), decreased total peripheral resistance (56,3%)T
