The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to shut-off bodies designed for use in pneumatic systems. The valve includes a hollow body with sealed lids, inlet and outlet nozzles. Adjustable sealing unit divides the housing on the input and output sealed cavity. The screw mechanism of the axial movement of the sealing unit is designed in the form prescribed in the housing rotatable spindle with a handle. Turning the screw spindle mechanism axial movement contains two threaded section with opposing threads: one on the right, the other on the left. Sealing unit is made of two-stage in the form of two identical devices gate-saddle", the valves are set to meet each other and coupled with the screw parts of the spindle with the possibility of reciprocating axial movement. Between the threaded portions on the spindle is made limiter convergence paddles. Each cover is made stops the return movement of the shutter. Each saddle is fixed in movable relative to the housing sleeve and facing the corresponding shutter. Sleeve podrugi the axial sliding of the collet, for example, a spring ring. The invention relates to the field of engineering, to shut-off bodies in oil-hydraulic systems, specifically to the gates.

Known valve (see kN. : Gurevich, D. F., Volovik, A. C. "pipes Fittings, iron and steel industries. " Handbook. - M.: metallurgy, 1984, S. 15, Fig.2.1), comprising a housing, the internal input and output cavities which are separated by a sealing device of the type "shutter-saddle", the shutter is fixed on the stem, and saddle mounted on the bulkhead between the cavities of the valve.

The specified valve is widely used in the technique, however, during operation in case of leaks require additional preload bolt to the seat that the repetition of this operation causes damage to the seat and shutter, the reliability and durability of the valve is reduced.

Also known valve (see patent 4714237, USA, Appl. 14.05.86,, 863598, publ. 22.12.87, F 16 TO 1/42, NCI 251/330), which body is made of input and output cavities, separated by a sealing device with a valve and seat, and the angle of the saddle is installed strip of plastic with a Central hole, coinciding with the opening of the saddle. The bolt enters the hole strip all the way to the edge of the seat, ensuring the tightness in the closed position.

The disadvantage of this design is to reduce the reliability and durability due to wear of the strip and its radial deformation during repeated pressing of the conical bolt to the seat during operation.

The technical challenge which seeks the proposed device is to develop a design that eliminates provided above disadvantages, to increase the degree of confinement of the single cavity valve from the other, to increase the reliability and operability of the valve.

The technical result from the use of the proposed device is that provides the same contact force between each gate and seat, continuing during operation, increase the degree of sealing, reliability and durability of the sealing unit.

In the housing 1 has a cylindrical internal cavity 2 and has two covers 3 and 4, in which is installed with the possibility of rotation of the spindle 5, one end of which (with handwheel 6) put the 8 and 9 with running the same thread profile and pitch: one thread left direction, and the other right between them - executed plot 10 with a thickening (large diameter).

Both covers are made of internal channels 11 and 12, having in cross section the shape of a polyhedron, and the spindle is installed towards each other two of the same shutter 13 and 14 in contact with the channels 11 and 12 and associated with the respective threaded sections 8 and 9. The saddle 15 and 16 mounted in bushings 17 and 18, which are biased between a spring 19 compression set between, for example, several disk springs can be moved in the axial direction in the housing 1. Movement of the sleeves 17 and 18 seats 15 and 16 towards the gates is limited, for example, installed in the housing 1 by a spring ring 20.

The input and output cavities 21 and 22 within the cavity 2 is limited by the surfaces of the housing 1, the spindle 5 and the cover 3, the shutter 13, the sleeve 17 with the saddle 15 and respectively cover 4, the shutter 14, the sleeve 18 with the saddle 16. Due to the symmetrical arrangement of these parts of the input and output cavities 21 and 22 are interchangeable, which extends the application of the device.

Cover 3 to the spindle 5, respectively seals 25, and bushings 17 and 18 relative to the housing 1 by a seal 26. When assembling the valve axial dimensions can be adjusted by the ring 27.

Thus the bolt 13 with the saddle 15 and the shutter 14 with the seat 16 to form a two-stage seal Assembly of the valve, separating the cavities 21 and 22.

The device operates as follows.

When turning the spindle 5 by means of the handwheel 6 both shutter 13 and 14 are simultaneously moved toward each other, contacting with the screw sections 8 and 9, while they slide without rotation along the guide channels 11 and 12 in the housing 1 and is pressed against the valve seats 15 and 16. Limiter transfer gates 13 and 14 are thickened section 10 of the spindle 5. Bushings 17 and 18 seats 15 and 16 converge among themselves, compressing the compression spring 19. Contact force between gates 13 and 14 and seat 15 and 16 in the same way and with the maximum convergence of the valves 13 and 14 will be essentially constant during operation (with a suitable choice of the strength properties of the materials of the valves 13 and 14 and seat 15 and 16).

As a consequence, increases the reliability of the seal due to the presence of two stages sealing unit, increases the reliability and durability of the contacting parts.

Manufacturing device not submitted which may find application in pneumatic and hydraulic devices, to meet increased requirements to ensure sealing and long maintenance-free operating life, for example, in systems management processes in the chemical, nuclear industry etc.,

SUBSTANCE: bellows valve comprises housing, valving member, and rod sealed with a bellows. The bellows is connected with the housing through the bellows bushing. The bushing is provided with elongated openings of the same lengths. The openings are lengthened along the axis of the rod. The pin is mounted in the rod perpendicular to its axis. The ends of the pin are set into the openings. The elongated openings are made of grooves and arranged from the side of the bottom face of the bellows bushing.
