Protective means for combating harmful to the fabric of the insects, the method of protecting tissue

The invention relates to a remedy as the stabilizer fabric, which has an excellent effect for preventing the removal of eggs is harmful to the tissues of insects. The stabilizer fabric includes a sheet of paper or piece of similar paper material containing a mixture of 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl-1R-TRANS-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate - transfluthrin 1-ethinyl-2-methyl-2-pentenyl 1R-CIS, transperitoneal - empenthrin in an amount of 0.1-100 mg/cm3. 2 S. and 4 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.

This invention relates to a protective composition for fabrics.

The suitability of 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl 1R-TRANS-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate (transfluthrin-Transfluthrin) as the active ingredient stabilizer fabric is known from Japan patent JP-A-6-9318. Commercially available as a stabilizer fabric containing 1-ethinyl-2-methyl-2-pentenyl 1R-CIS, TRANS-Hrizantema (empenthrin-Empentrin).

The difference of this invention from that disclosed in JP-A-6-9318, which shows the possible use of transfluthrin to protect fabrics in the use of synergy, not previously known for its combination with empenthrin that significantly (two) to reduce the number of the safety effect.

Patent RU 2102059 discloses a composition and method aimed at combating ceratopogonid, mainly ticks and a louse, whereas the orientation proposed by the applicant of the composition is different. The proposed composition is not only destroys insects, damaging the fabric, but prevents the removal of their eggs, i.e., reproduction, providing protection material. In addition, EN 2102059 refers to the use of cyanide PYRETHROID, while transfluthrin and empenthrin are not.

Thus, the proposal is novel and non-obvious.

However, to combat harmful to tissue insects it is important to take into account not only insecticidal, repellent action and protect clothing from insects, eating tissues (such as the larvae of clothes moths and carpet moths), which is traditionally understood, but also to prevent removal of the testicles harmful to tissue insects. The subject of this invention is the provision of compositions, perfectly destroy harmful to tissue insects and has also the effect of preventing vilaplana these insects from eggs.

This invention provides a stabilizer tissues, including leaf, which caused transfluthrin, empenthrin, service) using remedies (stabilizer) tissue. This protective tissue of the present invention not only possesses insecticidal and repellent effect and an excellent ability to protect clothes from eating harmful to tissue insects, but also shows excellent inhibitory effect on the hatching of eggs is harmful to the fabric of the insects.

In this invention the sheet containing transfluthrin and empenthrin, preferably has a thickness of 0.1 to 4.0 mm and bulk density (weight.) 0.2 to 0.7 g/cm3and the weight ratio transfluthrin and empenthrin sheet is preferably in the range of 5:95 to 95:5. Bulk density is an indicator related to the strength and opacity, and corresponds to the weight per unit volume of the paper, namely the relative density in g/cm3. His calculation is performed according to the following formula: Bulk density (g/cm3)=[basic weight (g/cm2)/thickness (mm)]1000.

As the sheet in this invention can be used not only paper from cellulose, such as cardboard and filter paper, but also material, like paper, made from other than the pulp of fibrous materials ome 10 cm to about 1 m in length and width. Can be used a sheet size from a few centimeters to several meters.

Protective tissue of the present invention can be obtained, for example, by dissolving transfluthrin and empenthrin in a solvent, e.g. a ketone, such as acetone, in alcohol, such as methanol and ethanol, halogenated hydrocarbon such as dichloroethane, simple ether, such as tetrahydrofuran and dioxane, complex ether, such as ethyl acetate, or a hydrocarbon, such as hexane, kerosene and petroleum gasoline, and with such a solution, coating the sheet with coating, impregnation (impregnation) or in other ways. The total number transfluthrin and empenthrin contained in the sheet is usually 0.1 to 100.0 mg/cm3. By dissolving these compounds in a solvent to obtain a solution, intended to be applied on the sheet or in the sheet, can be added as an emulsifier, dispersant, spreader (distributing agent, stabilizer and other adjuvants. You can also add other insecticides, synergists, anti-molting, etc.,

Protective agent for fabric in accordance with this invention is effective in combating harmful to tissue insects such as the representative of the EP, mol carpeted), representatives of the genus Attagenus (for example, Coheed carpeted) and representatives of the genus Anthrenus (Coheed collection). The stabilizer fabric of this invention can be used in various ways; it is usually placed near the tissue at room temperature and, for example, it can be put directly into the drawer of the Cabinet or placed in a suitable container and hang in the wardrobe. Used an effective amount of stabilizer fabric of the present invention is usually about 1-10 g (of the total number transfluthrin and empenthrin) 1 m3volume.

Mixed insecticidal composition comprising transfluthrin and empenthrin, can be used in the form of various preparative forms, such as a spiral from mosquitoes, electric coating for repelling mosquitoes, aerosol, oil solution and emulsifiable concentrate, with additional insecticidal action, but when applied as a protective agent for fabric in accordance with this invention, the insecticidal effect is synergistic in suppressing vilaplana eggs are harmful to the fabric of the insects.

The following are examples of protective means for the fabric of the present invention and an example of their tests.
