Electric rail vehicle containing the traction motor, which is connected through a reversible hydrostatic transmission and intermediate reduct characterized in that that underneath the carriage of the vehicle is fed from the contact network of the stepping motor, is designed as a battery of kinetic energy that is installed with vertical axis of rotation of the rotor, accumulating kinetic energy, and with the possibility of energy recovery at the braking of the vehicle, and the inside of the motor placed the generator low voltage, and to ensure the optimum operation mode of the actuator used the controller with a microprocessor.
