The closest in composition and the achieved result is a composition for separation of the piston on the basis of polyacrylamide, alifaticescoe alcohol2-C3, staple DRG(SO4)2mixture of mineral salts, such as NaCl, l2, MgCl2the rest fresh water.

The technical result, which directed the establishment of this invention is to improve the quality of the sealing cavity of the pipeline with D>500 mm in the purification and separation of environments by creating a separation device with improved technological properties.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the composition of the separation device includes the following components, wt.%: polyacrylamide - 0.5 to 10; a hydrocarbon liquid (oil or light oil) - 0.5 to 10; a crosslinking agent (mineral salt of polyvalent metal) - 0,005-0,05; salt of an alkali metal, or salt of the alkaline-earth metal, or a mixture - 2-10; water - the rest.

For the preparation of the separating piston pre-preparing a suspension on the basis of polyacrylamide and petroleum (or oil). Separately prepared aqueous solution of the salt of a mineral acid and a binder, after which the suspension is poured into a solution of salt of mineral acid and a binder, conduct an intensive mixing of the suspension and SOLEV the I their uniform distribution throughout the volume of the prepared composition.

Examples of use of the invention.

Example 1.

oil (diesel fuel) is 0.5;
a crosslinking agent (salt of trivalent chromium) - 0,05;
salt (NaCl) - 10%;

Mixing the above composition was performed to achieve the solution viscosity of the order of 0.25 poise. This time was about 5 minutes.

Gel separating piston is formed in a volume of 0.3 m3. The time of mixing the above components was 5 min, during which the viscosity of the solution increased to a value of about 0.25 poise.

The gelation time of the composition for which the viscosity will grow to 10 poises, rheogram is about 45 minutes.

The prepared composition was injected into the cavity within 5 minutes.

After escaping oil is found that in displacing water oil in the free state was absent, i.e., the mixture of oil and water did not occur. Gel separating piston has completely tearing the living section of the pipeline during the whole process of oil displacement.

It indicates the high efficiency of application of the gel separation of the piston.
