Water-soluble composition for electric insulation coating contains, by weight. %: polyvinyl alcohol 3,8-9,0, phosphoric acid 12-20, polyoxyethylene ether 0,2-2,0, magnesium oxide 0.5 to 2.0, aluminum hydroxide, 0.5 to 2.0, boric acid of 0.01-0.4, chromium oxide (VI) 0.1 to 1.0 water to 100. When using this composition is improved stampability electrical steel, improves the uniformity of the coating that provides good options for electric motors. table 1.

The invention relates to the production of insulating coatings on electrical steel used in the magnetic circuits of electrical machines, apparatus and instruments.

Known composition for electric insulation coating electrical steel (1) containing, wt.%: Polyvinyl alcohol - 8-12 Phosphoric acid - 1-5 Alcohol limit number - 8-12 Polyoxyethylene ether (ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS) - 0,01-0,1 Water - the Rest of the Disadvantages of this structure are reduced physico-mechanical properties of the coating.

Closest to the claimed invention is a composition (2) containing, wt.%: Phosphoric acid - 50-65 magnesium Oxide is 3.5-7.5 aluminum Hydroxide - 1,4-3,2
Boric acid is 0.3 to 3.9
Water - Octalin The>/p>The objective of the invention is to increase the stability of the composition while maintaining the magnetic and mechanical properties of steel.

This object is achieved in that the sheet isotropic electrical steel put a water-soluble composition containing, by weight%:
Polyvinyl alcohol - 3,8-9,0
Phosphoric acid - 12-20
Polyoxyethylene ether - 0,2-2,0
Magnesium oxide is 0.5 to 2.0
Aluminum hydroxide is 0.5 to 2.0
Boric acid is from 0.01 to 0.40
Oxide chromium (VI) - 0,1-1,0
Water Up to 100
The composition is prepared as follows. In the water download polyvinyl alcohol, magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, boric acid, phosphoric acid, dissolution is carried out at 90-100oC. After cooling the resulting solution is injected polyoxyethylene ether. The viscosity of the OT - 4 at 20oWith 16-30 sec.

In all examples, the samples of isotropic electrical steel was processed for 5 seconds at a temperature of 205oWith, the excess solution was removed by squeezing rubber rollers. The coating was subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 480-580oC for 60 sec.

The stability of the composition was determined from the change in viscosity above the specified limits.

The magnetic anisotropy of the Indus is mi: corrosion resistance, thermoelasticity.

To determine thermoelasticity prototypes electrical steel subjected Teplova aging at a temperature of 180oC for 96 hours. Next, we determined the resistance to bending around a 5 mm diameter rod, GOST 21437.2-83.

The table shows the characteristics of the solution, magnetic and mechanical properties of coatings obtained in the proposed solutions and the prototype.

The analysis of the obtained experimental data shows that when the content of polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxyethylene ether, phosphoric acid, magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, boric acid and oxide of chromium above and below the stated concentration (see examples 4, 8, 9, 13, 14, 18, 19, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 34, 35, 39) the composition has poor stability, low magnetic and mechanical properties.

Example 40 characterizes the properties of the solution of the prototype and of the coatings obtained in this solution.

As can be seen from tables introduction of chromium oxide leads to increased stability of the composition while maintaining good magnetic and mechanical properties of coatings (examples 1, 2, 3).

Thus, this object is achieved by the combination of all the characteristics claimed in the solution.

the ava, that increases the shelf and use.

2. Improved stanoevska electrical steel.
