The valve is suitable for pneumatic drive vehicle doors. The valve includes a housing, two valves opening and closing with four locking elements of type "valve-seat and pneumatic control valves, electro-pneumatic control valve and system of working channels and pneumatic lines connecting the valves between them and the Executive mechanism, while in the case of the valve in the supply line command pressure from the electro-pneumatic control valve, integral check valve with the forward direction of transmission and the drive manual duplication of an electrical signal, made in the form of a stepped axially movable plunger with an annular bushing grooves and o-rings on the outer cylindrical surface and covering its retaining sleeve, fixed against axial displacement of the locking semicircle, and a cavity bounded by the bottom of a blind bore of the housing and the plunger, connected to the cavity electro-pneumatic control valve and between the respective surfaces of the low-speed plunger and covering sleeve is formed of a guaranteed ring oblasti pneumatic devices, and is intended for changing the direction and / or start (stop) the flow of compressed air in the pneumatic lines pneumatic actuators, mainly vehicles, depending on the control action.

Known pneumatic different designs that control the pneumatic cylinders opening doors of vehicles (buses, trolley buses, special vehicles, etc): with cylindrical spool, with a flat slide valve, the valve and crane. Due to the simplicity and manufacturability have been used pneumatic cylindrical spool, but due to considerable mechanical wear of elastomeric seals they have low resource and failures at low ambient temperatures, which limits the possibility of widespread use of this design in pneumatic actuators door control vehicles.

The closest in technical essence is pyatilineyny two-position valve valve according to patent DE 2553250 C3, F 15 B 13/042, 19.03.1981, S. 5. The design of the valve according to patent DE provides manual override electrical signal by using the Cam-Cam.

The inclusion of manual duplication is carried out by rotation of the Cam clowning around its Central axis, but shows the valve with actuator manual dublirebuli the driving element. The way of manual duplication by turning the Cam-Cam (instead of push-button control) imposes a limitation on the use of the above design of the valve to the actuator door control vehicles directly from the passenger compartment.

An object of the invention is to increase the reliability of pyatilineyny valve valve and providing emergency pneumatic door opening of the vehicle manually from the passenger compartment with the most developed pneumatic pushing force while being able to keep vehicle doors open at termination (withdrawal) load (pressure) on the drive shaft manual duplication without the use of additional fixing devices.

This problem is solved by the fact that in pyatilineyny, two-position valve valve actuator of the vehicle doors, comprising a housing, two valves opening and closing with four locking elements of type "valve - seat, pneumatic control valves, electro-pneumatic control valve and system of working channels and pneumatic lines, soedineniya from the electro-pneumatic control valve, integral check valve with the forward direction of transmission and the drive manual duplication of an electrical signal, made in the form of a stepped axially movable plunger with an annular bushing grooves and o-rings on the outer cylindrical surface and covering its retaining sleeve fixed against axial displacement of the locking semicircle, while the plunger is capable of simultaneous contact with the inner surfaces of the cylindrical bore of the housing and covering sleeve, and one of the annular grooves communicated with the discharge channel, and the other with command line pressure from the electro-pneumatic valve, and a cavity bounded by the bottom of a blind bore of the housing and the plunger, connected with the cavity of the electro-pneumatic control valve and between the respective surfaces of the low-speed plunger and covering sleeve is formed of a guaranteed annular gap.

The valve (see Fig.1) includes a housing 1 with channels 2 and 3 of the control cylinder 4 with the working cavities 5, 6 and the piston rod 7, with channels 8 and 9 release air to the atmosphere, with the channel of the head 10, line 11 feed command pressure from the electro-pneumatic valve 12 to clipaction line 11 are closed by caps 16.

One annular groove 19 of the plunger 15 is in communication with the discharge channel 10, and the other 20 are connected with the line command pressure 11 electropneumatic valve 12. The cavity 25, bounded by the bottom of the hollow bore 22 of the housing 1 and the plunger 15, are connected by a channel 26 with the control cavity 17 electro-pneumatic valve 12. Between the respective surfaces of the low-speed plunger 15 and the covering sleeve 23 is formed with a guaranteed annular gap 27. At the open end low-speed plunger 15 still perform the function works as follows.

On the electropneumatic valve 12 filed an electrical control signal (see Fig.1).

Under the influence of an electric control signal anchor electropneumatic valve 12 retracts (moves up), opening the passage of compressed air from the pipe 10 into the cavity of the control valve 17 12 from which the command pressure through the check valve 18 is fed in line 11 feed command pressure in the valve closure 13, the opening 14 and the guide groove 20 of the plunger 15 manual duplication at the same time. In parallel, the pressure from the control cavity 17 through the channel 26 is fed into the cavity 25 of the actuator manual duplication of an electrical signal. Under the action of pressure valves 13 and 14 are moved to the leftmost position, thus locking the seal valve 14 moves away from the saddle straddle sleeve, opening the flow of the operating pressure in channel 2 and the cavity 6 of the pneumatic cylinder. The piston-rod 7 moves outward (in the released position), opening the door of the vehicle. Compressed air from the left cavity 5 of the cylinder 4 is pressed into the channel 3 and through the valve 13 and the channel 8 into the atmosphere. In parallel, summed up the command pressure in the cavity 25 moves the plunger 15 in the rightmost (released) floor

Under the influence of the operating pressure supplied from the pressure channel 10, the valve closure 13 and the valve opening 14 is moved to the rightmost position, displacing within the stroke portion of the air from the command line pressure 11 through the check valve 18, the electropneumatic valve 12 into the atmosphere.

The opposite transmission valve 18 is ensured by design and is installed within the accepted norms of the tightness of the valve or the actuator doors in General.

Supplied working pressure through the valve closure 13 enters the channel 3 and the left cavity 5 of the cylinder 4, the piston-rod 7 is moved inward (in retracted position), closing the door of the vehicle. Compressed air from the right cavity 6 of the cylinder 4 is pressed into the channel 2 and through the valve 14 and the channel 9 in the atmosphere.

The electrical control signal is absent. The plunger-actuator manual duplication of an electrical signal 15 is pressed (see Fig.3).

When pressed plunger-actuator 15 manual duplication of an electrical signal (buttons 28) is moved along its axis to a stop in the left extreme position, displacing the air from the closed cavity 25 through the channel 26, the electropneumatic valve 12 in the atmosphere is gerei 15. The check valve 18 closes off the line head 10, the valve opening 14 and the closure 13 is simultaneously moved to the left end position. The working pressure of the feed head 10 enters the channel 2 and the cavity 6 of the pneumatic cylinder, the piston rod 7 moves outward (in the released position), opening the door of the vehicle, while developing maximum pushing force, because the compressed air from the left cavity 5 of the cylinder 4 is pressed into the channel 3 and through the valve 13 and the channel 8 in the atmosphere, i.e., the operation mode of the actuator coincides with the mode in which power to the power control signal to the electropneumatic valve 12 for opening the door (see Fig.1).

In the depressed position of the plunger 15 manual duplication pneumatically unloaded and automatically fixed in position at the expense of static friction created by the interference fit of the three rubber o-rings 21, placed in grooves on the outer diameter of the plunger 15. Pyatilineyny, two-position valve valve allows to increase the reliability of the drive system of the vehicle doors and the safety of its operation due to the installation of the valve plunger actuator manual duplication of an electrical signal, allowing to control both valves simultaneously to develop the maximum power of the actuator when opening doors to hold them open at the termination of the manual force on him.
