FIELD: production of building materials from architectural concrete.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of production of building materials, in particular with facade decorative items made out of architectural concrete and with depth of relief of 10 - 20 cm. The technical result is improvement of quality of front face of items, decrease of labor input and specific consumption of materials to produce the items, improvement of quality of the form removal, reduction of the forms park. The method of production of the decorative front items made out of the architectural concrete includes preparation of concrete mix with water-cement ratio of 0.2 - 0.4 by milling of a binding substance with additives up to specific surface of 3000-5000 cm2/g and its mixings with a filler - sand, function additives and mixing water, forming as "a face downwards" by filling up the forms with the concrete mixture and vibrating, seasoning up to the concrete mixture achieves a form removal strength and a striking. The binding agent is produced by joint milling of Portland cement, a superplasticizer C-3 and the expanding additive at a ratio (in mass %): Portland cement - 80-97; C-3 - 0.5-2.0; the expanding additive - 2.5-18, intermix it with sand of the following fractional composition (in mass %): 2.5-5 mm -25-35; 0-2.5 mm - 50-60; 0-0.315 mm - 10-20, and forming is exercised in the form with a volumetric relief insert by vibration of a concrete mixture till the end of air bubbling. At that the casing is heavier than the lower die with an item. The caving inserts and braces are made from the laminated veneer or gypsum, or metal. The casing may have the form of a box made out of concrete or gypsum, either out of a sawdust concrete, or out of magnesian binder and sawdust.
EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of quality of front face of items, decrease of labor input and specific consumption of materials to produce the items, improvement of quality of the form striking, reduction of the park of the forms.
