The actuator door of the vehicle relates to the field of Pneumatics and can be used as an actuating mechanism for opening and closing shutters of doors of buses and trolleybuses. The actuator door consists of a pneumatic cylinder, valve and emergency valve, connected by a flexible pipe. Simferopol: Tauris, is usnote is the actuator of a door of the vehicle, contains General panel of the pneumatic cylinder, the valve and the emergency valve connected by flexible piping (DE 3506138 A1, 28.08.1986).A disadvantage of the known construction is that in case of emergency loss of air pressure in the pneumatic system is lost effort on the wings of the doors, holding them in the closed position, which is especially dangerous when driving a vehicle.The technical result achieved in this invention is the elimination of losses closing effort on the leafs during an emergency loss of pressure in the pneumatic system.This technical result is achieved by the fact that the pneumatic doors of the vehicle containing the General panel of the pneumatic cylinder, the valve and the emergency valve connected a flexible pipe according to the invention in the working cavity of the pneumatic cylinder, which is responsible for the closing of the door leaves, integrated shut-off valve for automatic locking of the pressure in the working cavity of the cylinder in case of emergency loss of pressure in the pneumatic system.Supply air pressure in the working cavity of the cylinder, closing the door leaf, is fed through a check valve, which control who plays the air pressure in the working cavity of the pneumatic cylinder and opens when the pressure is applied in the opposite cavity. In case of emergency loss of pressure in the pneumatic system shutoff valve automatically closes the air pressure in the working cavity of the pneumatic cylinder, the retaining force of the closing door leaf. In this case, to open the door leaf can manually scouring air pressure safety valve.The essence of this invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a General scheme of the pneumatic actuator.The actuator holds the valve 1, the working pneumatic cylinder 2 with the working cavities 3 and 4, and emergency manual valve 5, which are connected by flexible pipes. On the front flange of the working cylinder is installed shut-off valve 6, consisting of a body 7, the locking element 8, bogatogo spring 9, the pusher 10, the working cavity 11 and the control cavity 12.For carrying out the process of closing shutters of doors, the valve 1 gives the pressure in the working cavity 11 shut-off valve 6, the pressure of the air against the force of spring 9, opens the locking element 8 and into the working cavity 3 of the cylinder 2. The cavity 4 of the cylinder 2 through the valve 1 is connected with the atmosphere.After closing the door leaves the pressure in the cavities 3 and DRA 2.In case of emergency loss of pressure in the pneumatic system pressure in the cylinder is maintained, holding the sash in the closed position. Deflating is possible by rotation of the valve emergency valve 5. This pneumonia applying pressure in the actuator, clipped, and the cavity 3 of the pneumatic cylinder is connected with the atmosphere.During normal operation of the drive opening of the valves is as follows: the valve 1 delivers air pressure into the cavity 4 of the cylinder 2 and at the same time in the control cavity 12 shut-off valve 6. Since the area of the pusher 10 larger than the area of the locking element 8, the plunger 10 against the force of the spring 9 and the pressure of the air trapped in the cavity 3, is moved to the right, opens the locking element 8 and connects the cavity 3 and 11 through the valve 1 with the atmosphere.

SUBSTANCE: proposed electropneumatic drive contains five-line two-position electropneumatic spool-type distributor with two electropneumatic control valves and drive for manual duplication of door opening electric signal. Electric signal manual duplication drive is built into housing of pneumatic distributor from side of supply of command pressure to door closing spool control space. Drive is made in form of axially movable rod with cylindrical head and sealing bushing enclosing the rod and stationary secured in housing. Head of rod rests through one end face on end face of inner cylindrical bore of sealing bushing with possibility of interaction through other end face with end face of spool when drive rod is moved. Pneumatic distributor incorporates drive device-chamber for remote pneumatic control of door opening spool by control signal from external source with eccentric bushing installed on outer surface of chamber to let in control pressure, and drive for manual duplication of electric signal providing emergency opening of vehicle door, both manually and remotely.

FIELD: remote control devices, which operate pneumatic cylinders of transit vehicle doors to prevent unauthorized door opening and to provide priority of door closing with the use of electric power.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises four replaceable three-way pulse electropneumatic valves with inlet, outlet and drainage orifices arranged at base of each valve body. After connection of all electropneumatic valves the orifices create vent channel communicated with hole made in connection panel and communicating with atmosphere. The connection panel comprises two panels fastened one to another in air-tight manner and having pneumatic channels in contact surfaces.
EFFECT: increased reliability, reduced power inputs, possibility to retain functional and structural interchangeability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatics and it can be used as control actuating mechanism of door wings to protect passengers from clamping and striking by door wings. Door pneumatic drive contains pneumatic cylinder 2 controlled by pneumatic distributor 1, door final position signaling device and emergency door opening device from saloon by passenger, and antilock system device to prevent clamping. Antilock device includes slot magnetically sensitive device 3 with movable steel rack 4 combining functions of tracing, door travel speed control and control of door position in motion with putting out of signal if obstacle appears. Antilock device is electronic device keeping in memory series of speeds on discrete sections of travel of movable steel rack 4 and comparing them with preceding data, sending of order to prevent clamping of passenger by door wings and putting out information on position of rack. Movable steel rack 4 has holes 5 to determine speed of its travel and both OPEN and CLOSED final positions.
EFFECT: improved reliability and functional capabilities of system determining final position of door wings and antilock system.

SUBSTANCE: proposed pneumatic drive comprises pneumatic cylinder controlled by air control valve, micro switches or end position pickups that locate door end positions and anti-seizure system with electronic unit. The latter operates as a timer self-tuning to door flap complete stroke between two extreme positions and allows for possible changes in open-close time intervals by measuring and memorising them to generate appropriate signal with comprehensive tolerance for nest operating cycle. Tolerance exceeded, pneumatic drive switches over to opposite direction. Besides, electronic unit performs double locking of open-close automatic function by de-energising electronic unit output power key with door in extreme position. Electronic key can be used in system protecting travel pickup with a rack, which can switch over to self-tuning timer operation without rack but with end position pickup independent of said rack.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of security equipment and serves for automatic closing-opening and locking-unlocking of swinging, double-wing, preferably garage, gates. Locking device comprises two automatic drives communicated with wings via brackets, one of drives is connected to covering wind through bracket installed with the possibility of rotation and traction rod hingedly fixed with one end to bracket, and with the other end - to lever connected to vertical rotary axis with handle installed at the edge of wing. Axis is equipped with lower locking eccentric unit, having possibility to interact with response part in the opening of gates, and upper locking hook with eccentric surface, having the possibility to interact with roller installed in opening of gates. On hook there is a tail provided as bound through spring fixator with wing for thrust against roller. Axis is installed with the possibility of rotation in bushings along edge of wing, has collapsible handle. Instead of lower locking hook there may be a locking eccentric unit used with a different design. On brackets on the side of wing hinges there are vertical slots arranged, where detachable journals are fixed for installation of drives. Device lock operates jointly with two hinged automatic drives, which open and close wings, at the same time unlocking and locking of wings are carried out as a result of using some of working travel in one of drives.
EFFECT: device provides for automation of opening-closing and locking-unlocking of gates with relative simplification of design and increased reliability.

SUBSTANCE: air distributor comprises housing, two valves for opening and closing provided with four closure members, air-operated device for control of the valves, electropneumatic control valve, actuator for manual doubling of electric control signal, and system of working valves and air lines that connect the valves and the valves with the actuator. The drive of manual doubling of the electric control signals built in the line for supplying control pressure between the electropneumatic control valve (source of the control pressure) and valves for closing and opening and is made of a plunger.
