The invention relates to the production of means of individual protection from the influence of aggressive media, in particular the production of protective coatings mittens for work in the oil fields.

Know the use of polymer compositions for the manufacture of artificial leather with intermittent coating for protection of hands containing emulsion polyvinyl chloride, dioctylphthalate, dioctylsebacate, spun butter, chalk, calcium stearate, with the aim of increasing strength, tear resistance, processability and reduce the abrasion while simultaneously ifol, chloroparaffin, magnesium oxide and chromosomally stearate in the following ratio, wt.% [see author's certificate SU 1650665 from 30.12.88,, CL C 08 L 27/06]: Emulsion polyvinyl chloride - 41,7-60,8 the dioctylphthalate - 30,4-31,3 Dioctylsebacate - 3,1-8.3 Chloroparaffin - 3,0-4,2 Spun oil - 0,3-4,2 Chalk - 0,6-5,0 magnesium Oxide - 0,6-2,5 Rosin - 0,1-0,4 calcium Stearate - 0,6-1,2
Alumina - 0,2-0,3
Chronologicly stearate - 0,3-0,9
The advantages of the invention include a low friction coating and manufacturability of the process.

The disadvantage of the applied composition is that the composition is difficult to prepare, is expensive due to its complexity. The composition is economically disadvantageous due to its instability - viability composition composition is only 84 hours. The coating product is fragile due to the low strength characteristics.

Closest to the proposed composition of the technical essence and the achieved result is a composition for applying a protective coating for mittens, including polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer and a disperse dye (see GB patent 1176957 A, C And 41 D 19/00, 1970, 1 sheet).

The composition differs from the known fact that she is hydrated polyvinyl chloride, and as a plasticizer is a mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dioctylphthalate, when the ratio of components, wt.%:
Emulsion polyvinyl chloride - 44,25-47,4
The dioctylphthalate with 4.65-11,1
Dibutyl - 44,25-47,4
Titanium dioxide - Rest
The advantages of the known compositions are the surface without the effect of slip and acceptable duration of use.

The lack of application of the composition is complexity due to the content of the five components in the composition, low-tech due to the high process temperatures (180-210oC) sophistication of the technology coating gloves.

An object of the invention is to simplify the technology of applying a protective coating for mittens by reducing the number of technical operations, improving processability of the coating process by reducing the processing temperature of mittens to 140oWith, as well as the reduction of material costs by reducing ingredients component composition.

This object is achieved is described a composition for applying a protective coating for mittens, including polyvinyl chloride and a plasticizer.

What is new is that the composition further comprises n is ficalora - a mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dioctylphthalate, in the following ratio, wt.%:
Emulsion polyvinyl chloride - 44,25-47,4
The dioctylphthalate with 4.65-11,1
Dibutyl - 44,25-47,4
Titanium dioxide - Rest
We have developed technology makes it possible to reduce the process temperature due to the content in the composition of emulsion polyvinyl chloride, because the melting temperature of emulsion polyvinyl chloride 140-150oTo simplify the technology of coating mittens by reducing the number of technical operations (single dunking mittens in the prepared solution), to reduce material costs by reducing component composition.

Coated gloves offer composition makes it possible to increase the strength of the coating, its resistance to aggressive media (oil, hydrocarbon solvents, alkalis, acids). Moreover, the coating has high mechanical strength, long life and remains flexible at temperatures from +30oC to -20oC.

The proposed composition is a paste density of 1.13 to 1.20 g/cm3and viscosity MPa 1000-6000 mm.C. For the preparation of isolatory weight 300-400 thousand, the glass transition temperature of 75-80oAt a temperature above 140oWith PVC appreciably decomposes with evolution of hydrochloric acid model HC1, resistant to moisture. Emulsion polyvinyl chloride receive emulsion polymerization of vinyl chloride. PVC is made from molokopodobnye emulsion through the use of spray dryers.

2. Dibutyl phthalate and dioctylphthalate (plasticizer) (GOST 8728-58). Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) - oily yellowish liquid, melting point -35oC, boiling point 340oC, flash point 175oWith a density of 1,045-1,050 g/cm3viscosity 19-23 MPaC solubility in water of 0.04%, the MPC 0.5 g/m3. The dioctylphthalate (DOP) - transparent liquid, melting point -50oC, boiling point 231oWith flash points 219oWith a density of 0,982 g/cm3in water not soluble, MPC 0.5 g/m3.

3. The filler is titanium dioxide, a white crystalline powder, melting point 1841oC; boiling point 3000oC; density 4,18-of 4.25 g/cm3; insoluble in water; chemically inactive; resistant to dilute acids and alkalis.

4. Mittens - lobstermania mittens - TU 17-67-10747-86, zoom:
1) mixing PVC and mixtures of plasticizers at a certain ratio;
4) homogenization of a filler and a mixture of plasticizers at a certain ratio on kraskoterke;
5) obtaining a composition by mixing the obtained mixtures p. 1 and p. 2;
4) the aging of pasta;
5) vacuum structure.

Emulsion polyvinyl chloride was injected in 0.5 estimated weight of the mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dioctylphthalate and mixed in the mixer blade type until a homogeneous mass at a temperature not exceeding 35o(Because at temperatures above 35oIs the thickening of the composition).

The filler was mixed with the remaining 0,5 estimated weight amount of the mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dioctylphthalate on krasotulka at a temperature not exceeding 25-30oWith (in order to prevent thickening of the composition).

Then stirred the mixture in the mixer blade type until smooth for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of 25-30oWith (in order to prevent thickening of the composition).

Then poured the composition in closed containers (bins) on maturation (24 hours). The mechanism of maturation is as follows: particles of emulsion polyvinyl chloride slowly swell, taking in the plasticizer. Free the angular end.

Then the composition was evacuated to remove air bubbles in order to improve the quality of the coating gloves.

This mass can be stored for up to 5 days, and then its viscosity increases, which complicates the coating process on the mittens. The viscosity of the composition was adjusted by addition of a mixture of dioctylphthalate and dibutyl phthalate.

To determine the optimal composition for coating gloves the following criteria were used: the viscosity of the composition, density, permeability, resistance to oil and petroleum products, cold-resistance, tensile strength at break and the bond strength of the coating on the fabric substrate.

Laboratory results are shown in table.1.

The viscosity of the compositions were determined at the "Polymer RPE-1M". The content of emulsion polyvinyl chloride and a mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dioctylphthalate in part governed by the viscosity of the composition, which must be not less than 1500 MPawith and not higher than 6000 MPaC. the viscosity Increase of the composition of more than 6000 MPawith ethnologica and leads to the formation of thick with stains and loose coatings. Also, when the high viscosity of the composition becomes stagnant, which complicates the process is yeseniya coating is impregnated into the inside of the product, on the technical conditions from the point of view of safety is unacceptable.

The density of the compositions was determined based method.

The introduction of the plasticizer is dioctylphthalate and dibutyl phthalate, makes it possible to reduce the brittleness of the coating at temperatures below zero and use the product at ambient temperature to -20oC.

The introduction of the filler in the composition for coating gloves increases the frost resistance of the product, gives the roughness of the product, increases the bond strength covered with cloth.

Laboratory studies have shown (see tab.1) that the optimal content of the following components, wt.% (see tab.1 PP 14-16):
Emulsion polyvinyl chloride - 44,25-47,4
The dioctylphthalate with 4.65-11,1
Dibutyl - 44,25-47,4
Titanium dioxide - Rest
The coating on the gloves was carried out as follows: cotton gloves (TU 17-67-10747-86, article 1890 bike severe; THE 17-60-5890-84, article S, cloth, cotton cloth severe) put on tape (metal frame in the shape of mittens) in expanded form. Then mittens was immersed in the prepared composition to a height of not reaching 2-3 cm its edges, in order to prevent the composition inside the rite for 1-3 hours at room temperature (15-25oC).

The coating thickness should not exceed 1.0 mm and be at least 0.7 mm, Then the gloves were placed in a heat chamber and subjected to heat treatment for 10 to 20 minutes at a temperature of 140-150o(Above is not recommended, because at temperatures above 150oTo begin the decomposition of emulsion polyvinyl chloride). To ensure the high quality of the coating it is necessary that the plasticizer uniformly distributed in the emulsion polyvinyl chloride. At elevated temperatures of heat treatment is a fusion of the swollen surface of the primary particles of emulsion polyvinyl chloride. The finished mittens were removed from the heating Cabinet, allowed to cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Then removed the gloves with cassettes and visual otbrakovyval.

Ready coated with the composition of the gloves tested for durability, resistance to water, oil and other solvents, the influence of freezing temperatures. The results of the study are given in table.2.

The results showed that when using the developed composition when applied to the gloves are provided with high strength and adhesion to tissue, the strength of the protective layer with a large temperature range (from +30oC to -20oC), stoikos heat treatment gloves (up to 140oC) because the used emulsion polyvinyl chloride, thereby improving the manufacturability of the process of applying a protective coating for mittens; reduction of technical operations, thus we simplify the process of coating mittens; reduction ingredients component composition, thereby we reduce material costs.
