The method of conditioning air for a vehicle and device for its implementation

 

The invention relates to the field of engineering, specifically to air conditioning systems. The method consists in that the cooling air is available in two modes: air conditioning and conditioning with increased planting of distillate in conditions of high humidity of the outdoor air. The cooling is carried out to a temperature below the dew point. The invention relates to equipment of vehicles, namely, air-conditioned, providing the required microclimate inside the vehicle and receiving water from atmospheric air in quantities sufficient for practical use, primarily in regions with a hot climate and lack of water.

The aim of the invention is to obtain conditioned air, which ensures the required international standards for the microclimate inside the vehicle and the receiving water, including drinking water quality of atmospheric air in quantities sufficient for practical use in hot climates.

Special is during the day temperature (+23oTo +44oC) and relative humidity (from 23% to 70%) atmospheric air (Fig. 1). From the above graph shows that the hottest period of the day with a high temperature (+40 - +44oC) and low relative humidity (23-30%) of air is observed from 12.00 to 18.00 hours. The device includes sequentially connected by hoses to the compressor 1 for compressing a gaseous refrigerant, a condenser 2, a receiver 3, thermally-controlled valve 4, an evaporator-heat exchanger 5 thermostat 6, forming the refrigerant circuit. The performance of the fans depends on the signals received from the temperature sensors 16 and humidity 17 outdoor air. Achieving a given level of distillate in the storage tank 11 is recorded by the sensor 18. The device is provided with a valve 19 plum distillate and a valve 20 for draining the water of potable quality.

Thus the cooling capacity amounted to about 3.9 kW, and the flow rate of the air supplied in the installation - 720 kg/h
