The device includes a housing with process connection pipes, a vortex tube with a spiral swirl and coaxially mounted hollow cylindrical the displacer on the conical part of which is screw slot, and on the outer surface of the cylindrical part is screw groove, telling the cavity of the vortex tube with a camera collecting the precipitated impurities, and an exhaust chamber for gas in the walls of the vortex tube and the cylindrical part of the displacer is made of the combined holes, informing the cavity of the displacer with the exhaust chamber for gas. The invention relates to equipment for cleaning of compressed gas from liquid and solid melodizing air, the supply air system and used in technological processes as the carrier gas.

The known device for the purification of compressed gases from the fine impurities and moisture vapor, such as SU 1775140 A1, 15.11.1992, comprising a housing with process connection pipes, a vortex tube with a spiral swirl, camera collecting the precipitated impurities and outlet chamber for gas (SU 1572682 A1, 23.06.1990; GB 1209795 Al, 21.10.1970; FR 2093452 And 28.10.1972).

The disadvantage of these devices is the reduction in the efficiency of gas purification due to the destruction of the structure of gas flow in the node separation and capture of purified stream part of the separated impurities.

In the known device the compressed gas is supplied to the one or more vortex tubes. Passing through the channels helical twisting device, it receives a pulse of the rotational motion, under the action of centrifugal forces impurities are moved in the peripheral region of the gas stream and moving along the tube, reaches the displacer. The design of the displacer separates the separated impurities from the main gas stream without disturbing its structure. The disadvantage of this device are small, the service life of the filter element, the impossibility of realization of the process of vapor condensation, narrow operating range according to the degree of contamination of the source gas and its initial temperature.

This design provides a wider range of applications and improve the treatment efficiency of compressed gases and air.

Thus, the proposed device allows you to improve the quality of the cleaning gas and air and to expand the range of its application.

The device allows to separate multiply the solid impurities from the air flow and to trap them increasing the level of the air purification efficiency.
