The invention relates to medical equipment, namely, digital x-ray apparatus used for carrying out various diagnostic tests of patients. The inventive x-ray table-tripod swivel for digital radiographic apparatus comprises a base, connected to the carrier frame and the mechanism of its rotation, the support wall connected to the carrier frame, the carriage longitudinal travel with the mechanism of its linear movement, the console, the x-ray emitter and rentgenogramme device. The console is rigidly mounted on the carriage longitudinal travel and it has a U-shaped pendulum lever mechanism of its angular displacement, while the axis of rotation of the pendulum arm is one of his shoulders with the installed x-ray emitter, and on the opposite shoulder of the pendulum lever fixed rentgenogramme device. The invention allows for the possibility of obtaining images at all angles of incidence of x-rays toward the patient's body to minimize the projection distortion of the rendered bodies and increase the rigidity of the structure. 5 Il.

Currently rechentechnik begin to intensely embedded devices digital radiographic (ARGC) scanning type, in which the diagnostic object is irradiated thin fan-shaped x-ray beam and passed through the object, the intensity of the radiation recorded by a multichannel receiver with a line receiving aperture. The full matrix of information signals necessary to build a two-dimensional x-ray image, these devices are due to mechanical scanning of the patient in a fan beam of x-rays. Such devices allow to obtain highly informative x-ray images with minimal radiation dose to the patient. This is achieved mainly due to the fact that they virtually eliminated the harmful effects of scattered x-rays.

In addition, they usually are used receivers with high efficiency and high dynamic range of x-ray registration, as well as digital x-ray image processing.

The combination of these features greatly enhances the diagnostic capabilities ARGC that allows, for example, in contrast to devices with the film is the patient.

Known tripod device for ARGS (see the prospectus of the Institute of nuclear physics "light-dose digital radiographic installation "Siberia"), containing horizontally oriented console, on the opposite ends of which are fixed the x-ray emitter (RI) with a slit collimator and a multichannel receiver of x-ray radiation (MPRI). The console is supported in horizontal position by means of a massive vertical column along which it moves by means of the linear movement mechanism, as in the process of choosing the field of diagnostics, and when scanning the specified area. Known tripod allows for the diagnosis of patients in standing position.

However, for radiographic studies often require devices with a universal tripod devices, enabling them to shoot in vertical, horizontal or intermediate positions of the patient.

In addition, it is often required to quickly change the angle of the fan beam of RI relative to the diagnosed object. In particular, it is especially important in the diagnosis of the spine, where the optimum is, when the direction of the x-ray izlucheniya radiation from the Central position to the value of20about. Pathological changes in the spine deviations from the Central position can be even more.

Known x-ray rotary table-tripod TS-1 for horizontal longitudinal tomography (maintenance and repair of x-ray machines. Ed. by N. And. Blinova, M., engineering, 1985, S. 66-68, containing a base, connected to the carrier frame and the mechanism of its rotation, the support wall connected to the carrier frame, the carriage longitudinal travel with a linear movement mechanism, the console, which is equipped with a pendulum mechanism of its angular displacement, the x-ray emitter and rentgenogramme device.

Well-known table-tripod allows you to set the anchor wall at any desired angle. However, its design containing the carriage longitudinal travel installed on her x-ray emitter and rentgenogramma (acrimonious) the device is not designed to accommodate the x-ray tube having a slit collimator, MPRI, and their joint movements during snapshot generation, and secure alignment of the narrow fan-shaped x-ray beam and MPRI when changing angular polarizadas, which, by acting on the console when scanning and rotation of the supporting wall table-tripod, causes angular displacement of the narrow fan beam of x-rays, and this leads to uncontrolled changes in the amplitude of signals MPRI and accordingly the quality of the x-ray image. To increase the width of the fan-shaped x-ray beam is unacceptable as it will increase the dose of the patient load.

In addition, the known device does not allow you to change the angle of the fan-shaped x-ray beam relative to the diagnosed object.

The present invention is directed to a solution to eliminate these drawbacks.

The technical result of the invention is to minimize the projection distortion of the rendered bodies while increasing the rigidity of the table-tripod by providing the possibility of obtaining images at all angles of radiation incidence.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the x-ray table-tripod swivel for digital radiographic apparatus comprises a base, connected to the carrier frame and the mechanism of its rotation about oncol, the x-ray emitter and rentgenogramme device, and the console is rigidly mounted on the carriage longitudinal travel and is supplied installed on it U-shaped swing lever connected with the mechanism of its angular displacement, while the axis of rotation of the pendulum arm is one of his shoulders with the installed x-ray emitter, and on the opposite shoulder of the pendulum lever fixed rentgenogramme device.

The introduction of the pendulum lever associated with the mechanism of its angular displacement, allows you to quickly change the angle of the fan-shaped x-ray beam and install it in the position in which excluded the projection distortion of inspected objects. The linear movement mechanism of the console allows you to bring the scanning system to the beginning of the selected zone and then scanning it in a fan beam of x-rays. Moreover, the very object scanning may be carried out at the expense of the mechanism for moving the carriage - with a parallel scan of the diagnosed region, and due to the mechanism of rotation of the pendulum arm is in sector scan diagnosed the field.

The claimed design paridae position the console does not affect the mutual spatial position RI with a slit collimator, MPRI, because the pendulum arm that defines a focal length ARGC, is free from major mechanical loads, which provides the safety required alignment of RI with a slit collimator and a multichannel receiver with a linear aperture in the scanning process and by changing the position of the tripod device. The inventive design of the x-ray table-tripod swivel for digital radiographic apparatus of the scanning type, owing to hard mount the console on the carriage longitudinal travel and the introduction of the rolling pendulum lever to ensure the safety of the alignment RI with a slit collimator and a multichannel receiver with a linear aperture in the scanning process and the change in angular position of the supporting wall table-tripod, and set the desired angular position RI and NRI relative to the diagnosed object.

In Fig. 1-5 presents the inventive x-ray table-tripod swivel for digital radiographic apparatus of the scanning type.

The inventive device operates as follows.

The patient is placed on the table-tripod and make the necessary packing, depending on the diagnosed region (see Fig.2, 3, 4). This position RI 10 (see Fig.1) establish so as to ensure minimum projection distortion of the x-ray image. Through the mechanism of angular displacement 9 turn U-shaped oscillating arm 8, and hence a fixed RI 10, MPRI 13 to the desired angle. Then karamaouna selected diagnosis. Thus, the proposed device allows you to get x-rays at any position of the patient and to set the desired initial direction of the narrow fan-shaped x-ray beam to obtain a radiographic image with a minimum projection distortion rendered organs of the patient.

Hybrid system of obtaining images includes magnetic resonance scanner and system of obtaining images of the second method of impact, separated from magnetic resonance scanner with some space. In the first version of implementation, said space is less than four metres. In the second version magnetic resonance scanner and system of obtaining images of the second method of impact are located in a room with radio-frequency insulation. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce total size of hybrid system of image obtaining and increase efficiency of scanning.
