The plasma-chemical method of pyrolysis of hydrocarbons

 

The invention relates to processes for gases by plasma-chemical method by pyrolysis of hydrocarbons, such as electroretinogram. The plasma-chemical method of pyrolysis of hydrocarbons involves the heating of a plasma-forming gas, which is used as tail gases after separation of the hydrogen gas, the flow and mixing of raw materials with the gas, cooling the reaction products and the selection of the pyrolysis gas of acetylene. Selected hydrogen is subjected to purification and liquefaction. The method enhances the efficiency of the process. 1 Il.

The invention relates to the field of inorganic chemistry, and specifically to processes for gases by plasma-chemical method by pyrolysis of hydrocarbons, such as electroretinogram.

Known methods of plasma chemical pyrolysis of hydrocarbons by mixing with the coolant heated in the electric arc (C. N. Antonov et al "Production of acetylene", "Chemistry", Moscow, 1970, pp. 131-151).

The known method of plasma chemical pyrolysis of hydrocarbons, mainly to obtain acetylene, comprising heating in an electric arc plasma gas containing hydrocarbons, the flow and mixing of raw materials with this gas the RF 2078117, 29.12.93 year, the IPC With 10 G 15/12 - prototype).

This method is carried out in the device containing the reactor, the adsorber, the withdrawal system of acetylene and return the tail gas in the reactor (see C. N. Antonov et al "Production of acetylene", "Chemistry", Moscow, 1970, pp. 92-98).

The disadvantage of this method is the use of residual pyrolysis products (except acetylene) the so-called tail gas as a plasma gas, which simply burn, although their composition are quite valuable gases, such as hydrogen.

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the whole process due to the release of hydrogen from the tail gas.

This object is achieved due to the fact that in the plasma-chemical method of pyrolysis of hydrocarbons comprising heating containing hydrocarbons plasma gas, which is used as tail gases, the flow and mixing of raw materials with the gas, cooling the reaction products and the selection of the pyrolysis gas of acetylene, according to the invention from the tail gases emit hydrogen gas, which is cleaned from impurities, and then szhizhajut.

The tail gases are used as plasma gas after separation of the hydrogen gas than reached is accomplished in the device according to the scheme, shown in the drawing, where the main elements are: 1. The reactor.

2. The adsorber.

3. The drainage system of acetylene.

4. Return system tail gas.

5. The system of hydrogen.

6. The hydrogen purification device.

7. The device liquefaction of hydrogen.

The reactor 1 is functionally connected with the absorber 2, connected to the drainage systems of acetylene 3 and return the tail gas 4. In the return of the tail gas 4 mounted system hydrogen 5 fine cleaning devices 6 and liquefaction 7.

The method is implemented as follows.

Fed to the reactor 1 hydrocarbons under the action of an electric arc heated, decompose into components, and fed into the adsorber 2, where there are cooling and cleanup perogative.

From the adsorber 2, all of the tail gases (except for the main product of acetylene, which enters the drainage system 3) is fed into the system their allotment 4, and then in the system of hydrogen 5.

Selected hydrogen-cleaned in the cleaning device 6 and szhizhajut device liquefaction 7. The remaining tail gases from the system return 4 serves in the reactor 1, which is used as the plasma gas.

The composition of the pyrogas, the resulting chemical is 0,9; H2- 77,4; C2H2- 11,4; C2H4- 0,32; CO - 5,0; C3H4- 0,01; C3H4- 0,2; C4H2to 0.44; C4H4- 0,01; C4H6- 0,01; C6H8- 0,01.

The pressure in the reactor is from 0.01 to 2.0 kgf/cm2the formation of acetylene is approximately 0.001 sec.

Thus, the proposed method are the two valuable product - acetylene and liquid hydrogen, which improves the efficiency of the process.

Claims

The plasma-chemical method of pyrolysis of hydrocarbons comprising heating a plasma-forming gas containing hydrocarbons, which is used including the tail gases, the flow and mixing of raw materials with the gas, cooling the reaction products and the selection of the pyrolysis gas of acetylene, characterized in that from the tail gas before using them as a plasma-forming gas into hydrogen, which is subjected to purification and liquefaction.
