The invention relates to konveyerostroeniya, namely conveyors with hanging ribbon, equipped with the clamping circuit. The invention relates to konveyerostroeniya, namely steeply inclined conveyors with hanging ribbon, equipped with the clamping circuit.

Known steeply inclined belt conveyors with roller bearings and the holding circuit is located above the load-carrying branch tape and consisting of three longitudinal chains, between which is placed freely cross kruglozerny chain with the possibility of their placement on the transported cargo, while clamping circuit is provided with an individual drive or gear device between the conveyor driving drum and the head block of the clamping circuit (Polunin Century. So, Gulenko, N. Conveyors for mining enterprises. -M.: Nedra, 1978, S. 222, Fig. 8.8).

The drawback of such conveyors is the need to perform a special drive for the clamping circuit and system for synchronizing the movement of the conveyor belt and the clamping circuit.

Known conveyor with hanging ribbon including closed on the drive and idler drums tape to the sides of which by means of brackets attached tandem running gear rollers with the possibility of their interaction with tubular guides fixed to the frame. The conveyor can be equipped with a tape. Mining magazine 5-6, 1997, S. 72-75, Fig.1,2,3).

However, the drawback of the conveyor with hanging ribbon when equipping its holding circuit is the need for synchronizing the movement of the suspended tape and clamping circuit with its special drive, considering the fact that should combine two different drive systems - friction and gearing. This complicates the design and reduces the reliability of the pipeline.

The objective of the invention is to drive the clamping circuit is directly suspended from the conveyor belt.

The problem is solved due to the fact that steeply inclined conveyor with hanging ribbon including attached to the sides of the tape brackets with dual suspension rollers and their bearing on the tubular guides on load and idle branches tape, a frame, infinitely closed end blocks clamping circuit, located above the load-carrying branch hanging ribbon and consisting of kruglozernyh circuits, interconnected line segments of the cross chains, interoperable lower branches of the clamping path of the transported cargo, and the upper branches with supporting rollers, a clamping circuit is made of a double circuit and supplied will complement the free ends of the beams with brackets running rollers, the distance between adjacent beams made of the following conditions: nlto<l<(n+1)l; l<L, Lto- step placement of the running rollers along the length of the hanging ribbon; n is an even number; L is the distance between the leaf blocks of the clamping circuit.

The conveyor consists of a closed loop on the driving shaft 1 and stretch 2 reels of tape 3 attached to its sides by brackets 4, which has a dual running rollers 5. They rely on the tubular guides 6, 7 on the load-carrying branches and 8, 9 in idle branch of the tape 3. Tubular guides 6, 7, 8, 9 are fastened to the frame 10. Over load-carrying branch of the tape 3 is placed indefinitely closed end blocks 11 and 12 of the clamping circuit 13 consisting of two kruglozernyh circuits 14 and 15, which are interconnected segments transverse kruglozernyh circuit 16 with the possibility of free SAG. A clamping circuit 13 is provided with an additional cross connections in the form of a rigid beams 17, which are made with the possibility of their interaction with their free ends with brackets 4 running rollers 5. When this distance between adjacent beam tape, n is an even number, L is the distance between the leaf blocks of the clamping circuit.

The chains 14 and 15 of the upper branches of the clamping circuit 13 based on the disk rollers 18 and 19 with the possibility of rotation on the axes 20 and 21, which are fastened to the frame 10.

Steeply inclined conveyor with hanging ribbon works as follows. When the suspension movement of the tape 3 with the load on its load-carrying branch in sync with the tape 3 moves and a clamping circuit 13, the circuit 16 which keep cargo from sliding down. Synchronous movement is ensured by the fact that the brackets 4 hanging ribbon 3 on its load-carrying branches interact with the free ends of the transverse beams 17 of the clamping circuit 13. At the same time, depending on the value of the parameter n with beams 17 interact with at least one pair of brackets 4. Thanks overcome the relatively small value of resistance to movement of the clamping circuit 13. The adopted distance l between adjacent beams 17 guarantee the placement of the beams 17 between the running rollers 5. The chains 14 and 15 on the upper branches of the clamping circuit 13 is moved by the disk rollers are grooved profile 18 and 19, while the transverse kruglozerny circuit 16 free SAG MEO circuit 13 directly from pendant ribbon 3, that eliminates the need for device special drive for the clamping circuit 13 with the system synchronize its speed with the speed of the suspended tape 3. This simplifies the design of the steeply inclined conveyor and increases the reliability of his work.

Claims

Steeply inclined conveyor with hanging ribbon including attached to the sides of the tape brackets with dual suspension rollers and their bearing on the tubular guides on load and idle branches tape, a frame, characterized in that it has indefinitely closed end blocks clamping circuit, located above the load-carrying branch hanging ribbon and consisting of kruglozernyh circuits, interconnected line segments of the cross chains, interoperable lower branches of the clamping path of the transported cargo, and the upper branches with supporting rollers, thus clamping the circuit, there is a double circuit and provided with an additional cross connections in the form of a rigid beam, attached to these circuits with the possibility of interaction between the free ends of the beams with brackets running rollers, the distance between adjacent beams is received from the conditions nlto& /> L is the distance between the leaf blocks of the clamping circuit.

FIELD: transportation or storage devices, particularly conveyers for mining or other industries.

SUBSTANCE: conveyer comprises closed continuous belt turning round drive, tension and reverse drums. Belt forms loop part. Outer and inner running rollers are connected to side edges of conveyer belt so that running rollers may surround tubular guides. Tension drum with load-applying means is arranged on vertical band loop part having ascending and descending flights in area of band leaving additional drive drum and in area of band coming onto rotary drum. Vertical flat guides are installed at ends of tubular guides along both belt sides. Vertical flat guides may cooperate with outer running rollers. Length of vertical flat guides is chosen in dependence of calculated tension drum speed. All flat guides have edges bent towards outer rollers. Flat guides arranged on ascending belt flight have edges bent from belt formed on opposite sides thereof. Tubular guides located at ascending flight have conical nozzles facing downwards.

EFFECT: increased tension drum speed of rotation, extended capabilities of conveyer usage.

SUBSTANCE: proposed overhead belt conveyor has support frame with closed guides secured at both sides and determining path of conveyor in space, endless conveyor belt with uniformly spaced hangers installed for movement along guides and endless traction chain connected with belt by means of intermediate members. Stops installed on traction chain to transmit traction force to chain can be adjusted in length of chain. Stop consists of base, cover and two inserts enclosing traction chain to form inner space following external outline of chain and provided with projections by means of which inserts are fixed in base and cover.

EFFECT: improved reliability of conveyor, reduced cost of conveyor owing to high serviceability of drive using chain of reduced accuracy of making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with overhead belt for transportation of lump and loose materials. Proposed overhead belt conveyor has frame, endless belt closed on drive and tension drums to form carrying run and return run, two carrying flexible members, each made in form of belt T-shaped in cross section and arranged for resting of its flange both on carrying and return runs on two disk rollers with rounded off rims installed square to each other and located on conveyor frame symmetrically relative to belt. Edge surfaces of conveyor belt are connected with said belts by clamps fastened on conveyor belt edge surfaces and belts and inter connected by pins to turn clamps relative to each other. Flanges of belts are provided with wedge-like slot cutouts at sides orientated square to longitudinal axis of belt and made over entire width of projecting parts of flange with widening of slot cutout towards outer edge of flange. Slot cutouts are equally spaced over belt length and are displaced relative to each other on opposite sides of flange through half of pitch. Pitch of slot cutouts and pitch of spacing of disk rollers over length of conveyor are found from inequality nl<lr<(n+l)l where lr is disk roller spacing pitch; n is whole number; 1 is slot cutout pitch.

EFFECT: reduced cross rigidity of belts, increased their service, life, reduced diameters of drive, tension and guide drums.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with overhead belt for transportation of lump and loose materials. Proposed conveyor with overhead belt contains frame, endless belt closed on drive, tension and guide drums to form carrying and return runs, two carrying flexible members of T-shaped cross section relative to belt plane arranged for thrusting by flanges both on carrying and return runs of belt against two disk rollers with rounded off rims installed square to each other on conveyor frame symmetrically relative to carrying members. Each flange of carrying member is provided with wedge-like slot cutouts from two sides orientated square to longitudinal axis of belt and made over entire width of projecting parts of flange with widening of slot cutout towards outer edges of flange. Slot cutouts are equally spaced over length of belt and are displaced at opposite sides of flange relative to each other through half of pitch, and pitch of slot cutouts and pitch of spacing of disk rollers over length of conveyor are found from inequality nl<lr<(n+l)l where lr is disk roller spacing pitch; b is whole number; 1 is slot cutout pitch.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced cross rigidity of carrying members and increased their service life, reduced diameters of drive, tension and guide drums.

SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor with overhead belt contains endless belt closed on drive and tension drums, brackets with running rolls secured on free ends of brackets, guides for running rolls secured on frame, tension drum trolley with guides for running rolls secured on trolley. Running rolls are provided with semiround rim in cross section, and guides for running rolls are made with cross profile concave to side of running rolls, and radius of curvature of inner surface of guides is taken greater than radius of rounding off of running roll rims. Support member is secured on side of bracket opposite relative to each running roll for interaction through additional guides of angular profile in cross section which are cantilever secured on guides of tension drum trolley for resting on guides of conveyor frame and sliding along said guides. Length of additional guides corresponds to maximum gap between guides of frame and trolley of tension drum formed at stretching of belt. Invention improves performance characteristics of overhead belt conveyor of considerable length owing to possibility of implementing and simplifying design of tension devices with increased travel of tension drum, reduced metal usage, reduced number of running rolls by half, reduced labor input at maintenance and repair of conveyor with overhead belt.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyors with tubular section belts designed for transportation of dusty, aggressive and fire-hazard material. Proposed conveyor has belt with carrying and return runs passing over head and tail drums, pressure and turnover rollers installed along ring parallel to and with tilting to plane perpendicular to axis of belt and designed for folding the belt by edges arranged respectively, upwards and along screw and guide and support rollers of return run of belt. Guide rollers of return of belt are arranged between edges of folded return run of belt in vertical position before and after support rollers with possibility of changing edges of belt from screw to upper parallel arrangement at head drum and from upper into screw arrangement at tail drum. Support rollers are installed for folding return run of belt with clearance between edges pointed upwards. To support belt is said folded state, additional guide rollers are installed between support and guide rollers.

EFFECT: reduced power and material consumption and loss of transported materials, enlarged operating capabilities of conveyor.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for conveying rock from mine, particularly, to overhead continuous conveyors. Proposed continuous conveyor is provided with rock carrying belt. Each opposite longitudinal edge of belt is reinforced and provided with suspension member with hook-shaped profile whose concave surface is arranged continuously over length of corresponding longitudinal edge of belt, and great number of separate support rollers from which belt is independently suspended by each longitudinal edge by means of suspension members to arranged concave surfaces of suspension members directly on rollers and to form for them rolling surfaces for transportation of rock on belt. Belt for continuous conveyor is provided with reinforced longitudinal opposite edges, each being furnished with hook-like profile suspension member whose concave surface is arranged continuously over length of corresponding longitudinal edge of belt. SUBSTANCE: proposed air cushion belt conveyor has endless belt closed on drive and tension drums, support arc-shaped chute with longitudinal members installed on inner surface, and chamber for delivering compressed air between support arc-shaped chute and belt. Support arc-shaped chute is made to enclosed belt over arc of circumference with central angle of (1.12-1.2)π radians. Longitudinal members are made detachable, in form of strips of low-friction material and are arranged as follows: two on upper edges of support arc-shaped chute, and two in its lower part, out of the limits of chamber for delivering compressed air. Free edges of belt are arranged out of the limits of upper edges of support arc-shaped chute.

FIELD: construction of conveyors, in particular, inclined belt conveyors furnished with catching device, which may be used on Bremsberg's conveyors for transportation of load downward in mines and pits.

SUBSTANCE: conveyor has belt defining load-bearing and idle runs, said belt being closed in endless manner on upper and lower end drums mounted on frames, on drive and two tension drums arranged on idle run of belt in upper part of conveyor and catching device. Tension drums are mounted on carts for displacement on guides and are kinematically connected with one another through equalizing mechanism, which is connected with carts through flexible members. SUBSTANCE: inclined belt conveyor has belt closed in endless manner on drive and tension drums, loading cart of tension device positioned for displacement on guiding frame, and catching device. Load-bearing run of belt rests upon trough roller supports fixed on frame. Catching device includes two steel wire cables fixed on conveyor frame, said cables being freely arranged in clearances between central and side rollers of trough roller supports. Each of said cables is secured with its one end on frame of drive drum and is connected with its other end to catching device actuation mechanism made in the form of rotary column pivotally mounted on conveyor base in front of guiding frame of tension device, said rotary column being capable of cooperation with conveyor frame stop arranged at side adjoining drive drum and rotation toward tension device. Both cables are fixed at the side adjoining drive drum on rotary column. Opposite side of rotary column is connected through kinematic connection with cart of tension device.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation of catching device.
