SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to construction engineering and can be used for binding of reinforcement cages of concrete products. Reinforcement hook contains shaft on one end of which handle is installed which can be rotated, and the second end of the shaft is tapered and bended as hook. Lever is hinged on the handle. The lever is capable to change position relative to handle. Two more levers are installed on shaft of reinforcement hook which levers can travel along hook and relative to each other and they are interconnected by elastic element. As a result due to simple fastening elements using, binding with wire pieces without loop is provided and production is cheapened.

Holding of a tail of the fastening element at tightening of a loop by turns of the reinforcement cage is performed by means of a clip of the mentioned device which sizes allow to carry out joining in close places.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and may be used in tying of reinforcement frames of reinforced concrete products. A tool for tying of reinforcement bars is rotated by a rotation mechanism and comprises a drive connected to a driving shaft of the rotation mechanism, and a hook to grip tying wire. The hook is made as double with a side that grips a wire loop and a side that holds its tails. The drive has a near end designed for connection with the driving shaft of the rotation mechanism and a far end hingedly connected with the hook. The drive and the hook are located with the condition of pressing of the clamping side of the double hook to the driving shaft of the rotation mechanism under load at the gripping side of the double hook, and shifting of the clamping side of the double hook from the driving shaft of the rotation mechanism with reduced load at the gripping side of the double hook by means of the elastic element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for automatic twisting of metal wires. Device includes wire feed mechanism, in particular, continuous, guide arc, which has a selectively openable and closable hole and directs the supplied wire in closed position in lengthwise direction from its first side to opposite relatively to the hole second side. Pulling carriage captures supplied wire on the first side of the guide arc and pulls it to the second side. Twisting unit captures supplied wire on both sides of the guide arc and twists it by the rotary motion. Method for automatic wire twisting using this device is disclosed which can be used for making reinforcing frame for a tower of a wind-driven power plant.

The device contains driver for spring winding, mechanism for driver rotation, spooler having radially positioned on it reels with driving gears and spring-loaded reel with wire stock, and mechanism for spooler moving along driver. It holds hub for wire twisting into cable. The hub is mounted with possibility to move along driver. Fixed central gear is located on one axis with the spooler. Driving gears of reels are performed with possibility to rotate when being rolled around fixed central gear, and the spool is made rotatable by means of drive shaft with keyslot, gear set and actuator. The device is executed with inductor for heating wire passing through it. This inductor is located on spooler moving mechanism next to mentioned hub for wire twisting into cable.
EFFECT: technological capabilities are expanded and spring quality is improved.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for twisting bars into rope at lathes. Proposed method consists in drawing bars through decelerating assembly and guiding assembly, jointing them together, securing in fastening assembly and twisting. Note here that decelerating assembly and guiding assembly are mounted on lathe slide. Securing assembly is arranged in lathe chuck. Bars are twisted on revolving the chuck and slide feed equal to rope bar screw line pitch per one revolution of chuck. Device comprises bar decelerating assembly, guiding unit with bar drawing channels, joint assembly, bar securing and twisting assemblies. Said decelerating assembly, and guiding unit are equipped with means to mount them on lathe slide while bar securing unit allows its mounting in lathe chuck to make twisting assembly.
EFFECT: production of twisted rope at lathe with no modification of lathe.

SUBSTANCE: device contains wire accumulators, wire winding unit, spring winding mandrel, rotation mechanisms for the mandrel and the wire winding unit. The corresponding wire supply units with individual drives are located between the wire accumulators and the wire winding unit. The wire accumulators, the wire supply unit and the wire winding unit are arranged in series. The wire accumulators and one end of the wire supply unit are rigidly connected to the first support ring, and the second end of the wire supply unit and the connecting flange of the wire winding unit are rigidly connected to the second support ring. The support rings are rotatably mounted in support posts and at least one of them is provided with rotation mechanism. The wire accumulators are made with the possibility for eliminating unintentional unwinding of the wire. The wire supply unit is configured for tensioning the wire before it is fed to the wire winding unit and for controlling the amount of this tension.
EFFECT: increase serviceability of the produced multicore springs and stability of their operating parameters, control tension level of wires and thereof adjustment possibility.

SUBSTANCE: wire winding unit comprises a bushing that is rotatable about a symmetry axis provided with guides for passing wires from its accumulators and installed before a mandrel for spring winding. The guides are in the form of rods, which one end of each is rotatably disposed in an opening of a corresponding shoe, and the free ends of the rods are conjugated with a head provided with a first annular groove made in a plane perpendicular to the rod rotation axis. Each shoe is rigidly fixed on the inner surface of the bushing so that the rod rotation axis is oriented at a sharp angle to the end plane of the bushing and projected beyond it to the mandrel. There are additional guides installed in the bushing cavity and formed as additional rods. One end of each rod is rotatably mounted in the opening of the corresponding additional shoe, and its free end is provided with a head formed with a second annular groove perpendicular to the rod rotation axis.
