Massage couch ambarawa (options)

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment and prevention of various diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus, for carrying out manual therapy and massage. The technical result - the enhanced functionality with the prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system by providing the location of the patient in a physiologically advantageous position in terms of natural relaxation of the spine. Due to bend in an arc inclined plane supporting bed pulling force is distributed between the spine and shoulder girdle. Couch contains a frame with legs and a support bed of the curved shape, which is the mattress. The supporting bed is made in the form of an inclined plane, curved in the upper part of the arc bulge upward in the first embodiment or in the form of two intersecting inclined planes with the top corner, facing up, in the second embodiment. The supporting bed mounted between two trapezoidal frame elements mounted parallel to each other at a distance corresponding to the width of the couch, and rigidly connected to each other. Each trapezoidal element consists of two vertically mounted racks of different duration.p. f-crystals, 5 Il.

The invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment and prevention of various diseases of musculoskeletal apparatus, for carrying out manual therapy and massage.

Famous couch for massage, containing a supporting frame and a bed, upholstered in leatherette, padded foam or a layer of sea grass with three moving planes (see Century. Vasechkin "1000 tips: all about massage", Moscow, "AST-Press, 1998). However, this couch does not provide the location of the patient in a physiologically advantageous position to conduct manual therapy and massage.

Known massage couch, containing a frame with legs and a support bed of curved shape, made in the form of an inclined plane, curved in the upper part of the arc bulge up (RU 2004229 C1, publ. 15.12.1993). However, this device does not provide the relaxation biceps trapezius and latissimus in the natural process of stretching under the influence of body weight of the patient, set back against the radial surface with fixed wrists at the top. In contrast, when using the device creates muscle tension and discomfort in the shoulder and almost throu the form of two intersecting inclined planes with the vertex of the angle, facing up (RU 2026043 C1, publ. 10.01.1995). The known device does not provide a natural relaxation of the spine during manual therapy.

The aim of the invention is to expand the functional capabilities in the prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system by providing the location of the patient in a physiologically advantageous position in terms of natural relaxation of the spine.

This goal is achieved by the fact that beside the couch, containing a frame with legs and a support bed of curved shape, according to the invention, the supporting bed is made in the form of an inclined plane, curved in an arc in the upper part of the bulge upwards and/or in the form of two intersecting inclined planes, with the vertex of the angle facing up.

In addition, the frame consists of two trapezoidal elements mounted parallel to each other at a distance corresponding to the width of the couch, and rigidly interconnected with each trapezoidal element consists of two vertically mounted racks of different heights, United in the upper part of the circular arcs of the inclined rod, which is a longitudinal side of the couch.

In addition, the frame with legs made of pipes.

Except for e, daybed features a removable nozzle for emphasis feet.

In addition, the frame has a longitudinal rails and cross rails.

In addition, the supporting bed is in the middle of the longitudinal grooves and/or holes.

In addition, the couch is equipped with a mattress in the middle of the longitudinal grooves and/or holes and/or recesses.

In Fig.1 shows a General view of the couch of Fig.2-5 diagram, changing the angle at different positions of the patient.

Massage couch Ambarawa contains a frame 1 with the legs 2, reference 3 bed, made in the form of an inclined plane, with the upper part of the arcuate shape which is convex upward. The frame is made in the form of two trapezoidal elements 4, rigidly connected longitudinal 5 and 6 cross rungs, for example, by welding. Each trapezoidal element 5 consists of two uprights 7 and 8 of different heights, the upper ends of which are connected by arcs 9 and 10 with an inclined rod 11. Trapezoidal elements 4 are mounted parallel to each other at a distance corresponding to the width of the couch, while supporting bed 3 and the rod 11 have the same angle of inclination relative to the horizontal surface. The couch is equipped with a mattress 12 with a lining of foam rubber or sea grass, covered dermis the peppery side of the couch made a longitudinal groove 14, and in the middle of the inclined surface of the supporting bed 3 are longitudinal hole 15 for access of air during the fixation of the patient's head by the chin and the physiological condition of the patient men during the procedures. The mattress 12 is the same as in the base Lodge, longitudinal grooves and/or recesses. Longitudinal 5 and 6 cross beams attached to the chassis 1 in such a way that can serve as rails for fixing the position of the patient. The frame 1 may be made of tubes of circular cross section and is provided with adjustable feet that allow you to change the height of the couch under the patient's height and/or a massage therapist and to change the angle of inclination of the working surface of the couch.

To use the couch as a simulator of the muscles of the back, waist and legs, it features a removable cap (not shown) to lock the legs, which can be fastened to the frame 1 with high transverse side of the couch.

The couch is used for massage, for example, back in the following way. The patient is placed on the surface of the base 3 bed belly down with high transverse side of the couch and begin the massage. At the same time there is a natural extension of the spine due to its own weight is Noah and curved, there is a natural extension of the lumbar spine. The angle that contribute to a more complete examination of the drawing, may be changed by moving the patient along the couch or use a roller for the fixing body can be used longitudinal and/or transverse rails-beams 6, 7 and to lock the head at the chin of the patient using longitudinal holes 16, and/or grooves 15, and/or depressions in the mattress. The couch can be used during massage and/or chiropractic therapy of patients with the disease. For example, in hypertensive patients have a head up, if hypotension - down.

The effectiveness of the couch is in its universality, to improve physiology and conditions for stretching, massage and manual therapy. Due to the arcuate shape of the upper part of the couch pulling force is distributed between the spine and shoulder girdle.

FIELD: medicine, narcology.

SUBSTANCE: one should detect satisfaction insufficiency syndrome due to performing genetic analysis by the presence of, at least, one of the genes coding the exchange of neuromediators being the constituents of human satisfaction system. One should compensate satisfaction insufficiency due to performing, at least, one complex of physical exercises. Moreover, in case of availability of pathological gene allele of dopamine D2 receptor and/or protein gene of reverse dopamine capture in patient one should apply the complex of physical exercises including those to provide sedative effect, and in case of availability of pathological gene allele of dopamine-beta-hydroxylase protein one should apply the complex of physical exercises including those that induce an activating effect. In case of availability of pathological gene allele of dopamine D2 receptor and/or protein gene of reverse dopamine capture one should apply additional food biologically active additives based upon amino acids being the precursors of neuromediators, such as taurine, D-, L-phenylalanine in combination with 5-hydroxytryptophan, hypericin and vitamin B6, and in case of pathological gene allele of dopamine-beta-hydroxylase protein one should additionally apply food biologically active additives based upon amino acids being the precursors of neuromediators, such as: taurine, tyrosine and/or dimethylaminoethanol, lecithin and group B-vitamins. The present innovation enables to take into account pathological disease mechanism.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
