The invention relates to the field of rolling equipment, and more particularly to a roller machine for straightening sheet metal. Machine for straightening sheet metal, comprises a frame with upper and lower arms connected by vertical posts, and the mechanism of forced bending of the frame elements in the form of a spacer cylinders. The invention relates to the field of rolling equipment, and more particularly to a roller machine for straightening sheet metal.

The disadvantage of this machine is the lack of efficiency of the device for the forced bending of the bar, because the cylinders affect only the upper yoke and the lower bending beam does not offset.

The problem solved by the invention is to improve the efficiency of compensation of bending stresses due to the spread of forced bending on both upper and lower traverses the bed.

This problem is solved as follows.

In rolemodelling machine containing a frame with upper and lower cross beams on which are mounted two rows of workers and two rows of rollers, and the filling of the cylinders, according to the commercials.

Machine for straightening sheet metal, comprises a frame with a bottom 1 and top 2 cross beams connected to each other by struts 3 and provided with a pressure screw 4. On the traverse 1, 2 wheel independent roller cassette 5 workers 6 and reference 7 rollers.

Upper surfaces of slides and grooves are equidistant relative to bearing surface of punch. Rollers mounted on jaws of plate are arranged in said grooves with possibility of motion. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mandrel, lower die, system for supplying pressure transfer fluid and system for air discharge. Die is made of two die halves mounted on mandrel. Outer die half includes two mutually coupled segments having on their inner cylindrical surface annular grooves in the form of bellows corrugations. Inner die half includes four segments having on outer cylindrical surface annular grooves in the form of bellows corrugations. Depth of annular grooves of outer and inner die halves is equal to half of height of corrugations of bellows. System for supplying pressure transfer fluid and system for discharging air are in the form of ducts for supplying high-pressure gas and for air discharge. Said ducts are arranged inside die halves.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus due to enlarged assortment of high-quality bellows.
