(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of textile production and touches of sail cloth formed by weaving polyester woven main and weft threads, and the fabric has a coefficient of compaction 3,3-5,5 when the content of the filaments 5478-7948 on 1 cm2while the total porosity of the fabric is 52-57%. This fabric has a high resistance to tearing. table 1.

The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular the production of sailing tissue medium and heavy type, with a surface density of 300-550 g/m2.

The main requirements for sailing tissues are minimal breathability, strength in longitudinal and transverse directions and the strength of raster.

Famous sailing fabric of polyester twisted yarns weighing 450 g/m2total porosity which was 57.9% when the ratio of the density of 2.9 [1].

A disadvantage of the known tissue is low tearing load (12-13 Dan) and unsatisfactory breaking load (316-250 Dan/5 cm) that does not provide the necessary strength properties sailing tissue, resistance to sunlight and sea water and reduces the service life of the sails.

The technical use of the present invention is the improvement of operational properties sailing tissues by achieving high performance cutoff and rip up the loads.

This technical resulta and has a coefficient of compaction 3,3-5,5 when the content of the filaments 5478-7948 on 1 cm2while the total porosity of the fabric is 52-57%.

When increasing the ratio of the density and the number of filaments above the upper limit values specified in the formula, a reduction in the total porosity of the fabric, which increases the surface density sailing tissue and its stiffness, which causes brittle sails when folded, in addition, increased stiffness sails limits the scope of its application.

Example 1

Sail fabric is formed by interweaving the main polyester twisted yarns with a linear density of 56,6 Tex and weft polyester twisted yarns with a linear density of 82.8 Tex. The fabric used successfully for sewing sails, medium and heavy class specialists 000 NPC "omega" (Ukraine, Nikolaev) and cooperative "Northern Lights" (Russia, St. Petersburg). Sails made of this fabric are being tested on the yacht of the Volga basin.

Example 3

Sail fabric is formed by interweaving the main polyester twisted yarns with a linear density of 113.2 Tex and weft polyester twisted yarns with a linear density of 111 Tex. PRT fabric - 55,6%. The breaking load of the fabric is on the basis of 530 Dan/5 cm weft - 320 Dan/5 cm, tearing load, respectively on the basis of - 45 Dan, duck - 32 Dan.

Sails on the basis described in example fabrics are being tested on the yacht of the Volga and Baltic basins, and round-the-world travel on ships of the black sea basin.

Example 4

Sail fabric is formed by interweaving the main polyester twisted yarns with a linear density of 113.2 Tex and weft polyester twisted yarns with a linear density 166-170 Tex. While the ratio of the density is equal to 5.5, the content of the filaments is 7948 on 1 cm2total porosity fabric is 57%. The breaking load of the fabric is on the basis of 530 Dan/5 cm weft - 460 Dan/5 cm, tearing load, respectively on the basis of 40 Dan, duck - 45 Dan.

Sails on the basis of the above fabrics are being tested for cruising yachts.
