(57) Abstract:

The invention is intended for use in prosthetic dentistry. The technical result - the ability prosthetics separately standing roots of the teeth to achieve a tight uniform contact with the surface of each of the roots in the case of different mobility. Pin the tab consists of a cast core part with non-parallel channels and hosted in tubular pins forming the petals of the longitudinal slots in the ends, each of which has an internal rod. The rods are fixed conical thickening at the lower end and movable in the axial direction of the conical thickening at the upper end. The channels on the outer surface of the inlay is made with extensions. Conical thickening at the lower end has a wide portion corresponding to the outer diameter of the pin. 3 Il.

The invention relates to the field of dentistry and can be used for the reconstruction of posterior teeth with scattered standing roots.

Known molded pin tab of metal, consisting of a coronal part with non-parallel channels and wire pins (F. N. C the mi" designs", author's abstract on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of medical Sciences. Moscow, MMSI, 1986, ed. certificate. 900844 And, publ. 31.01.1982).

The disadvantage of this tab is that when the prosthesis is fragmented standing roots in the time of fixation of the core part and promotion posts in root canals is not achieved tight uniform contact with the surface of each of the roots due to the different degree of their mobility and uneven longitudinal load pins in the lumen of the root canal. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the proposed molded pin tab of metal that contains the core part with non-parallel channels having on the outer surface inlay expansion in channels placed tubular pins with longitudinal slots at both ends, forming petals, tubular fonts installed rods having a fixed conical thickening at the lower end and movable in the axial direction of the conical thickening at the upper end, with a conical thickening at the lower end has a wide part, allow resciniti edge of the tubular pin in the lumen of the root canal with thickened ends of the inner rod and collet device, and also provide the output of the channels of surplus fixing material and air. Application of the proposed tab provides the following benefits:

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing dental supraradical part and canal, taking double imprint, molding gypsum model, modeling the pin and insert with wax on the model, substituting the wax pin insert with metal one, fitting and fixing the insert on the tooth. Tooth root bottom is prepared as hemisphere and the pin tip is modeled from wax of the same shape. Stump part of the insert is modeled to give it lateral surface convergence angle from 5 to 10° towards the median tooth axis.

SUBSTANCE: device has perforated plate or metal wire network plate. Pin has reinforcing part manufactured as curve plate and fixing part matching root base cavity in shape and fastening member. The reinforcement pin is fixed in root canal with a fastening member manufactured from twisted metal threads passed through fixing part of the pin. The crown tooth part is formed on the reinforcing pin part from composite material.

SUBSTANCE: method involves using metal or gold-plated square net having side not longer than root canal. The net is shaped as a surface coupled with root base cavity surface and fixed with cement. Wires located in the net square perimeter zone are used for reinforcing the crown part. Wires are not as long as twice the crown part height. The wires are fixed on the internal surface of artificial enamel layer produced in advance in conformance with anatomical tooth shape. Their free ends are bent placed in root part cavity in artificial dentine layer. The artificial enamel layer and chewing tooth surface are produced from macrofilled composite and artificial dentine from microfilled composite.

EFFECT: high strength of restored tooth; enhanced effectiveness of restoration in the cases when pin structures are not indicated; long service life under chewing loading.

SUBSTANCE: device is manufactured from rectangular plate being metal net or perforated plate. To form reinforcing or fixing pin part, plate sides are joined along the length to give curved shape to the plate. One of plate ends is additionally bent to give form matching counterpart surface of cavity produced in root base. U-shaped prefabricated metal threads are conducted through holes in the fixing part. The threads are paired by twisting. The fixing part of the pin and the so produced fastening member are rigidly connected.

EFFECT: simplified production process; high strength of restored tooth crown part.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endodontic treatment of root, forming cylindrical cavity in root canal and shock-absorbing cavity on its base, forming reinforcement pin and ring-shaped crown carcass from gold-coated metal gauze. Root pin part is fixed in root canal after having restored artificial enamel layer from macrofilled composite material in correspondence with single-root premolar anatomical structure and fixing reinforcing carcass on internal surface formed by enamel layer. The tubular root part has longitudinal slit and free gauze wires at the end. The pin part above the root made as free gauze wires in the root part is fixed on the shock-absorbing root cavity surface. The root portion of the pin is formed in conformance with canal cavity shape. Root part length and length of part above the root is selected no to be less than 1/3 of root canal length and not less than less than double-length of the shock-absorbing root base cavity. Crown cavity is layer-by-layer filled with macrofilled composite material. Chewing surface tubercles is restored from macrofilled composite material corresponding to anatomical tooth shape.

EFFECT: retained tooth root as base for making prosthesis ; high strength and stability of the pin and repaired tooth; simplified pin design.

FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has conic shape. Cavity is coaxial with the pin. Through holes are arranged in chess-board order along pin body with one through hole at each of eight levels. Hole diameters are 0.6 mm large, their level pitch is equal to 1.6 mm, pin cavity volume is equal to 2.6 mm3 and wall thickness is equal to 0.3 mm.

EFFECT: high strength, sealed, stable color structure giving improved cosmetic results.

SUBSTANCE: device has non-aggressive tip and grooves on external surface. Conic cavity is coaxial with the pin. The conic cavity has insert stump protruding above pin head part. Cavity wall and insert are threaded. The grooves pass through pin body to 3/4 of its length in plane passing through pin center. The protruding insert portion has retention points.

EFFECT: high strength, sealed, stable cosmetic results; exactly repeated tooth root canal shaped.
