The invention relates to the food industry and can be used as biologically active food supplements for prevention of food. The proposed dietary Supplement containing the biologically active component chlorophyllin sodium conifers. This Supplement also contains ascorbic acid or its derivative and water. The components of the additive are presented in a certain ratio. The invention allows to expand the range of dietary supplements, in particular, used for the prevention of obesity. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.

The invention relates to the food industry and can be used as a dietary Supplement for the prevention and correction of the chemical composition of the food of people who are prone to obesity and overweight.

Known biologically active food Supplement is a natural multivitamin complex "Elton", containing pollen, Siberian ginseng, ascorbic acid, -tocopherol acetate, propolis, calcium stearate, talc, lactose (EN 2062585, AND 23 L 1/302, 20.10.1996).

Well-known dietary Supplement that as a macro and the substances, where chlorophyll derivatives are 3300 mg%, related compounds: carotenoids - up to 1,500 mg%, vitamin E - to 360 mg%, fatty acid up to 30%, and can optionally contain vegetable and animal raw materials (EN 2147203, A 23 L 1/30, 29.09.1998,).

The closest analogue is a biologically active food Supplement, containing as micro - and macroelements, adaptogene and/or detoxifier concentrate needles, where chlorophyll derivatives are 230-2000 mg%, carotenoids 10-180 mg%, vitamin E 20-80 mg%, phytosterol 0.5 to 4.0 mg%, sodium salts of fatty and resin acids 30-90% (EN 2143212, AND 23 L 1/30, 27.12.1999).

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to expand the range of food additives for the prevention and correction of the chemical composition of the food of people who are prone to obesity and overweight.

The problem is solved as follows. Biologically active food Supplement contains biologically active component and is characterized by the fact that, as a biologically active ingredient it contains chlorophyllin sodium conifers in the following ratios, wt.%: chlorophyllin sodium coniferous - 1-10, ascorbic acid or derivatives of ascorbic acid - 3-60, water is Oh acid, or sodium salt of ascorbic acid, or palmitate ascorbic acid in terms of ascorbic acid.

The food additive is an aqueous solution of chlorophyllin sodium and ascorbic acid or its derivatives: potassium or sodium salt of ascorbic acid or palmitate ascorbic acid.

Chlorophyllin sodium coniferous produced by OST 56-33-85. Select from the needles of spruce. It contains chlorophyll and its derivatives.

Dietary Supplement prepared in the following way.

Ascorbic acid is dissolved in water to a certain concentration (from 3 to 60 mg/ml), then neutralized with an aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) or soda (PA2CO3) to pH 7. In the prepared solution is added a portion of chlorophyllin sodium and receive a solution containing derivatives of chlorophyll (from 1 to 10 mg/ml).

If instead of ascorbic acid used its derivatives potassium or sodium salt of ascorbic acid or palmitate ascorbic acid, dietary Supplement prepared in the following way. Prepare an aqueous solution of chlorophyllin sodium with a certain concentration (from 1 to 10 mg/ml) of chlorophyll derivatives. C the palmitate ascorbic acid and get the solution contains 3-60 mg/ml in terms of ascorbic acid.

Ascorbic acid and its derivatives "brake" system activity Fenton generation of reactive oxygen species (reduction of peak chemiluminescence - 4,9 against 6,4) when increasing the life of the introduced reactive oxygen species (last value of 4.6 vs. 3,6). Based on the results of clinical observations established the beneficial effect of food additives on the human body.
