The invention relates to a process for the dehydration of bulk materials, namely the preparation of carbon materials to processing and transportation, and can be used to reduce humidity and freezing petroleum coke. Processing of petroleum coke is the structure consisting of surface-active substances (surfactants) OP-10 and soluble demulsifier, in the amount per coke, wt.%: OP-10 0,02-0,05; demulsifier 0,01-0,02. The processing composition is carried out in silos or tanks and sedimentation tanks for 6 min with subsequent drainage of water within 1-7 hours Technical result is to increase the degree of dehydration of petroleum coke and, as a consequence, reduced freezing during transportation. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

It is known that the problem of transportation and unloading of petroleum coke in the winter associated with an increased content of water and certainally during transportation in the Bo the Cesky suitable dehydrating coke before loading in n/a cars.

Currently, effective way to remove water from the coke is drying in the apparatus of various types (Century, vyshnyov, A. P. Vinogradov, N. F. Policew, E. A. Kolodin. Refining and petrochemicals, 1983, 9, S. 16, 17). The disadvantage of this technical solution are significant costs for the construction and operation of the drying units and systems of transportation.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is a method of dehydration of petroleum coke with the use of surface-active substances (surfactants) OP-10, OP-7, which is ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS (N. T. Pohodenko, B. I. Brondz. Receipt and processing of petroleum coke. M.: Chemistry, 1986, S. 291-293). The disadvantage of the prototype is relatively low dewatering activity data surfactants.

An object of the invention is to increase the degree of dehydration of petroleum coke. The task is solved by:

The introduction of a new component intensifies the process of dehydration of coke. This solution allows to reduce the humidity, smartheat coke and reduce the cost of its transportation and unloading of the consumer.

Example 1

The effectiveness of the proposed compositions tested in the laboratory on a small fraction of petroleum coke 1,6-7 mm. This fraction is chosen on the assumption that it is the small coke has the highest water content and badly dehydrated by the method of sedimentation. Experiments were performed as follows.

In a metal tank from the bottom (closed) valve on a special metal mesh (mesh size 1.5 mm) were loaded dried coke (water content less than 0.1 wt.%) in quantities of 1 kg.

The layer of coke filled with excess water or CSA were draining separated water by measuring its quantity for 7 hours He then calculated the residual water content in the coke within a assertion.

Upon completion of the experience (after 7 h drainage) conducted sampling of coke with different levels (upper, lower and middle layers). The coke samples were analyzed for water content.

The results of the experiments are presented in table. 1.

As seen from the above table. 1 data, the use of a composition OP-10/demulsifier allows to intensify the process of removing water from coke as compared to the baseline experience, and compared with the prototype (experiments 1, 2). Overall the residual water content in the coke compared to the prototype decreased from 4.3 to 2.3 to 3.5 wt.% and layers: the top is from 2.4 to 1.7-2.0 wt. % average from 3.5 to 2.5 and 2.9 wt.% and the bottom - from 4.4 to 2.7 to 3.8 wt.%. The greatest removal of water from the coke occurs at a lower overall consumption of reagents, 300 g/t, compared to 500 g/t (experiments 2, 3). The maximum removal of water from the coke during processing with an aqueous solution of the composition of OP-10/demulsifier (examples 3-5) occurs within 3 h, with further defending coke 5, 7 h additional allocation of water is not observed.

Example 2

To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed composition in flooded coke tests conducted is of water of less than 0.1 wt.%) in quantities of 1 kg and poured the water of 1200 cm3for saturation.

After saturation of coke with water for 60 min was performed drainage water and the determination of the total residue content of her coke. In addition, a sample was taken of the upper layer of coke for the analysis of water content.

Water-rich coke poured water surfactant solution with a volume of 1200 cm3and spent saturation for 60 min with subsequent drainage.

At the end of the experiment (after drainage water for 6 h) were sampled coke from the upper and lower layers and analyzed it on the water content.

The results of the experiments presented in the table. 2, note that the introduction of the demulsifier composition of surfactants can reduce the water content in the coke.

Thus the use of a composition OP-10/water soluble demulsifier (Devon, Dissolve) allows to reduce the water content in the coke and, as a consequence, the cost of its processing, transportation, and unloading of the consumer (especially in winter). Industrial plant 21-10/3M dehydration coke using composition OP-10/water soluble demulsifier can be carried out in tanks and sedimentation tanks or silos.
