The invention relates to the field of chemical means of pest control agriculture and can be used to suppress the activity of fungi and microorganisms at the hairline of the skins of animals and tricked out of their skins. The proposed composition having fungicidal, bactericidal and antiseptic properties, contains a mixture of monoethanolamine and formaldehyde (molar ratio 1:2), copper sulphate and water in the following ratio, wt.%: monoethanolamine from 0.1 to 20, formalin - from 0.1 to 20, CuSO45H2About - from 0.06 to 10.0, water - the rest is up to 100. The invention allows to achieve a comprehensive impact in the fight against pests fur and leather raw materials and semi-finished products and also to reduce the cost of the tool by using the initial components in smaller quantities. 3 table.

Closest to the technical essence and the achieved effect to get antiseptic and fungicidal effects on raw hides has the composition [2], which is chosen for the prototype. The invention aims to remedy these disadvantages, namely obtaining funds for integrated action in the fight against pests fur and leather raw materials and semi-finished product; cheaper this tool by using the initial components in smaller quantities.

The problem is solved in that the composition having fungicidal, bactericidal and antiseptic properties containing a mixture of monoethanolamine and formaldehyde (molar ratio 1:2), copper sulphate and water in the following ratio, wt.%:

Monoethanolamine - 0,1-20

Formalin - 0,1-20

CuSO45H2O - 0,06-10,0

Water - the Rest is up to 100

The choice of compositions, based on monoethanolamine and formalin, copper sulphate (CuSO45H2O) in different molar ratios was determined by the initial presence of the fungicidal properties of the raw materials, their availability and relatively low prices for raw materials. The source reagents are produced in the domestic predprey sulphate - at a chemical plant, Gubakha Sverdlovsk region.

Studied the possibility of creating a composition, which would have simultaneously antifungal, antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Best meet these requirements was the song with the working title of SB-5. The composition of the SB-5 had the following composition: formalin 10 ml (33% solution) and monoethanolamine 20 ml. It was prepared as follows. To 20 ml of monoethanolamine at a temperature of 40-47oWith added under continuous mixing 33% formalin in a volume of 10 ml. Example 1. The study of antifungal activity.

In our experiments we used potato-agar medium. In potato broth (200 g of peeled sliced potatoes in 1 liter of water) was added to 20 g of dry thoroughly washed agar - agar and 20 g of glucose or sucrose. This mixture was carefully heated on a water bath to dissolve the sugar and melt the agar-agar. 8 - to a mixture of monoethanolamine and formaldehyde (1:2) in an amount of 7 g was added 2,95 g CuSO45H2O.

The fungicidal activity of drugs in suppressing the growth of the mycelium of fungi are shown in table. 1.

From table. 1 shows that the developed composition at a concentration of 0.5% have high enough (77-100%) fungicidal activity to suppress the growth of fungi Aspergillus niger and Fusarium culmorum, which is much higher than the individual drugs formalin and CuSO45H2O. the Highest (100%) activity by suppressing the growth of all fungi showed the drug 7.

Reduction of concentration of the application should be recommended preparation 7 at a concentration of 0.5%.

Example 2. To study the bactericidal activity on the basis of the initial mixture (SB-5) were created compositions of the above substances with which they conducted the experiments.

Maximum bactericidal effect of all investigated drugs was observed at a concentration of 0.5%. Lowering the content of their subjects in environments leads to an increase in the optical density of the medium, which is characterized by increased content in the environment of bacterial cells. The maximum bactericidal effect at different concentrations have the following composition: at a concentration of 0.5% composition 7 (0,03); at a concentration of 0.05% composition 5 (0,4) and at a concentration of 0.005% composition 2 (1,26).
