(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a process of producing compounds of molybdenum - molybdenum disulfide having anti-friction properties, the resulting two-stage acid lapping natural molybdenite and special modes of washing and drying. After conducting a two-stage acid treatment, soda and water washing molybdenum flotation concentrate at the stage of alcohol washing is used a saturated solution of the oil in alcohol at a ratio of S2:solution=1:0,21. Subsequent drying is carried out at a temperature above the boiling point of water - 101oBut below the boiling point of the boiling fractions used mineral oil - 145oC. Method allows to intensify the drying process without oxidation of the basic substance S2. table 1.

The invention relates to chemical technology and can be used at the enterprises engaged in the processing of molybdenum raw materials.

Known methods for producing molybdenum disulfide lubricating compositions, which consists in the synthesis of the elements and their compounds /1/.

The disadvantages of these methods is the low output of molybdenum in celevoe high-quality molybdenum disulfide provides methods of chemical finishing of natural concentrates of molybdenum /1/.

A method of obtaining molybdenum disulfide /2/, which includes a two-stage processing of high-quality flotation concentrate (97-98% of the molybdenite in a first stage within 2-6 hours of concentrated sulfuric acid with the addition of ammonium fluoride at 60-80oSince, in the second stage, a solution of nitric acid with a concentration of 50-300 g/DM3- next water, soda, alcohol washing and drying at room temperature. In its technical essence and the achieved effect of this method is the prototype. The disadvantage of this method is low, the operation of the natural drying at room temperature, attempts intensification which due to thermal effects lead to oxidation of molybdenum disulfide and, as a consequence, the deterioration of its tribological characteristics.

The technical result of the present invention is a heat intensification of the drying process in the conditions excluding the possibility of oxidation of the base material (molybdenum disulfide).

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method of obtaining molybdenum disulfide to prepare anti-friction oil suspensions, including two-stage Kia stage alcohol cleaning use a saturated solution of mineral oil in alcohol with a concentration of 1.8 wt.% when the ratio of MoS2: solution = 1:0,21, and subsequent drying is carried out at a temperature above the boiling point of water - 101oBut below the boiling point of the boiling fractions of mineral oil - 145oC.

Example: After conducting a two-stage acid treatment, water and washing soda in a similar way to prototype conditions, washed from wet reagents (18-21%) molybdenum disulfide washed with a Buechner funnel in different proportions of saturated (1.8 wt.%) a solution of transformer oil (GOST 982-80) in alcohol. Then dried in a muffle at different temperatures to a constant weight. The dry cake was analyzed for content of oxidized molybdenum, moisture and oil.

The obtained data are given in the table. Comparison of the results from the prototype method and the proposed method allows to conclude that the proposed method provides multiple acceleration of the drying process with simultaneous reliable protection from oxidation.
