The hide, obtained by standard methods from pork raw material is washed at a temperature of 37-38oC for 30-60 min, degreased in an aqueous solution of nonionic surfactant at the rate of 0.5-0.6% by weight of the hide, after draining the fluid again washed and re-clean at a flow rate of surfactant 0.5 to 0.6% by weight of raw materials. Example 1. Example 2. The hide, obtained from porcine raw materials according to standard methodology, process, as in example 1, but pickling is carried out in the presence of greasing emulsion Barron SAF in the amount of 0.5% by weight of pickling and chrome tanning in the presence of Neutrogena MO in the amount of 0.33% by weight of the hide.

Example 3. The hide, obtained from porcine raw materials according to standard methodology, process, as in example 1, but pickling is carried out in the presence of greasing emulsion Tremol-(TU 2484-052-00302267-2000) in the amount of 0.6% by weight of pickling and chrome tanning in the presence of magnesite in the amount of 0.35% by weight of the hide.

Example 4. The hide, obtained from porcine raw materials by standard methods, is treated as in example 2, but pickling is carried out in the presence of greasing emulsion Barron SAF in the amount of 0.3% by weight of pickling and chrome tanning in the presence of Neutrogena MO in the amount of 0.25% by weight of the hide.

Example 5. The hide, obtained from pig the emulsion Tremol-in the amount of 0.7% by weight of the hide, and chrome tanning in the presence of magnesia in an amount of 0.4% by weight of the hide.

Qualitative indicators of finished leather, obtained by the proposed method and the method prototype, presented in the table.

Using the proposed method allows to obtain natural skin pork raw materials with high performance properties.
