(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of construction and, more specifically, to the final finishing of building structures. The composition comprises polyvinyl dispersion DP-50, dolomite flour, titanium dioxide, methylcellulose, 25% aqueous ammonia solution, antifoam, preservative and soda ash, water. An object of the invention is to provide a composition with improved performance, more technologically advanced and environmentally friendly, and cheaper. table 2.

Known water-dispersion paint (RF patent 2111223, 09 D 127/08, 5/02, publ. 20.05.98, BI 14), comprising a binder is a latex of a copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinylidenechloride and maleic acid, titanium dioxide, a filler (chalk, talc, kaolin), antiseptic (thiuram D), plasticizer (esters of phthalic acid), optionally a glycol and ultramarine in the following ratio, wt.%:

Binder - 20,0-50,0

Titanium dioxide is No more than 18

Chalk - 18,0-33,5

Talc is Not more than 8.5

Kaolin is Not more than 7.0

Dispersant (silicone fluid brand NGL-10) - 0,23-0,48

Esters of phthalic acid - 0,5-0,7

Disadvantages described compositions are low-tech because of foaming during manufacture, a high proportion of volatile substances in the composition.

Known water-dispersion paint for interior works (ed. St. 1835419, 09 D 131/04, publ. 23.08.93, BI 31) containing polyvinyl acetate dispersion, polymer additives (synthetic rubber), pigment, fillers, flotation, surfactant, sodium salt karboksimetilcelljulozy, sodium polyphosphate, ethylene glycol, egg shell, water in the following ratio, wt.%:

The described arrangement has the following disadvantages: it is not protected from fungal attack, vsledstvii the number of volatile substances, in addition, it is not practically feasible due to foaming during manufacture and contains expensive components in its composition.

The task that was set when creating the invention is to create a water-dispersion paints with improved performance characteristics, as well as more technologically advanced and environmentally friendly while it is cheaper.

To solve this problem is proposed in the composition based on polyvinyl dispersion, mineral fillers, titanium dioxide, methylcellulose enter additional 25% aqueous ammonia solution, antifoam, preservative and soda ash. As mineral fillers are encouraged to use dolomite flour. Polyvinyl dispersion are encouraged to take the brand MDP-50, which is a dispersion of polyvinyl acetate in aqueous medium with 50% content of polyvinyl acetate. The components of the composition components are introduced in the following ratio, wt.%:

Dolomite powder - 41-45

Soda ash - 0,001

Antifoam - 0,001

Titanium dioxide - 7-9

Methylcellulose - 0,03

Preservative - 0,001

25% aqueous ammonia solution - 0,007-0,009

In the reduce the proportion of volatile components, increases the strength and durability of the coating. The use of antifoam, for example propylene oxide, improves manufacturability. Aqueous ammonia is used as a fixative. Soda soda softens the water, which improves the dissolution of the components and makes the composition more homogeneous with improved adhesion. As preservative can be used, for example, parmetol DF-35. Added at the end of the preparation of a mixture of 25% aqueous ammonia solution reinforces the entire structure, stabilizing it.

Specific examples of the preparation of water-dispersion paints are presented in table 1. The table also presents a mixture of quantitative compositions of components that fall outside the claimed in the claims.

In polyvinyl dispersion MDP-50 - 15 wt.% add, wt.%: antifoam (propylene oxide) 0,001, preservative (parmetol DF-35) 0,001, dolomite flour 43, titanium dioxide 8, methylcellulose 0,03. Then add water in the amount of 33,9662 wt.% with added soda ash to 0.001 wt. % last added 25% aqueous ammonia solution 0,008 wt.%.

As can be seen from table 2, the performance properties of the compositions are presented in columns 2, 3, 4, more than acceptable as a consumer properties of the composition. Compared with the prototype, the fraction of volatile substances has declined on average by 5%, the durability of the coating increased by 10%, while the proposed paint is cheaper than the prototype is about 5%.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective coating based on a polymer component - purified sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and is meant for protecting metal surfaces of containers used in transportation and storage of aggressive media. The protective coating for metal surfaces contains a solution of purified sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, dispersed spherical aluminium powder with particle size less than 40 mcm and glycerine. The coating further contains dispersed zirconium powder with particle size less than 5 mcm.

EFFECT: obtained protective coating has high strength of adhesion with the protected surface, has thickness of not more than 50 mcm and has good mechanical properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-soluble powdered polymer compositions, which in powdered form can be used for direct addition to aqueous systems to obtain homogeneous, lump-gree solutions. Storage-stable composition of cellulose ether, which is dispersed in water without formation of lumps, includes a) a crosslinked cellulose ether crosslinked with a cross linker having a first reactive moiety and a second reactive moiety, said first reactive moiety being an aldehyde; and b) a partially neutralised polybasic carboxylic acid, effective for endowing said cellulose ether, crosslinked by said cross linker, with dissolution stability at temperature of 60 °C for at least 3 days.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions forming anticorrosive coatings on reinforced concrete, concrete, and bricks and which, in particular, can be employed for anticorrosive protection of concrete floors, large-size metallic containers, pipelines, brick basements, bottoms, cattle-breeding farms, open-type swimming pools, and also air conduits, piping, and other metallic structures in industrial buildings, and near production enterprises producing corrosive emissions into atmosphere. Coating according to invention is composed by copolymer obtained via copolymerization of vinyl ether with methyl methacrylate at weight ratio (3-6):1 in presence of azo-bis-isobutyronitrile followed by dissolution of copolymer in toluene. Vaporization of the latter leaves film protecting surface from destruction.
