The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to the creation of the pharmaceutical agents of plant origin with a wide range of curative properties.

You know the pumpkin seed oil containing biologically active substances (see the description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation 2000798, IPC And 61 K 35/78, publication 15.10.93 year).

The disadvantage of oil is that it violates the stability of biologically active substances during storage.

The way polotebnova processing, re-heat in a Dutch oven, preheated to 80oWith, for 40-50 minutes, which accelerates oxidation and coagulation of proteins, loss of therapeutic properties during storage of the oil and reduction in terms of its suitability for medical purposes.

You know the pumpkin seed oil with hepatoprotective action (see the description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation 2001620, IPC And 61 K 35/78, publication 30.10.93 year).

The disadvantage of oil is that it has a narrow therapeutic purpose and is used only in acute toxic liver injury.

You know the pumpkin seed oil, possessing regenerative effect in inflammatory and atrophic processes in the gastrointestinal tract (see the description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation 2001623, IPC And 61 K 35/78, publication 30.10.93 year).

The disadvantage of oil is that it is narrowly targeted therapeutic purpose, has insufficient therapeutic effect, and can only be used when chemical lesion of the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines.

Know means "tykveol", which is an oily liquid greenish-brown color obtained from the seeds semesterticket and reducing proliferation of cells of the prostate, this has the following physicochemical properties: easily soluble in chloroform, hexane and diethyl ether; a density of from 0.88 to 0.94, an acid number of not more than 1.25 and an iodine number of from 100 to 140, the index of the oxidation of carotenoids not less than 6 mg % and-Tocopherols not less than 4 mg % (see the description of the invention 2104028, IPC a 61 K 35/78, publication 10.02.98 year).

A disadvantage of the known tools "tykveol" is that it has insufficient therapeutic effect when it is used as anti-inflammatory agents and it is very important, because the majority of human diseases accompanied by inflammation.

The way to obtain this well-known means includes sorting pumpkin seed, grinding to the size of 3-7 mm, heat the Dutch oven, heated to 80-90oWith hydrated to a moisture content of 20-25%, heated to 65-70oWith constant stirring for 10-12 minutes. When reaching a moisture content of 6-7% is pressed at a temperature of 50-55oC.

Double and long heating of the crushed pulp of pumpkin seeds, touching her with the hot surface of the brazier leads to the loss of a significant part of Tocopherols (remain only-Tocopherols) and to reduce the number of essential components is gaining, is to develop a method of obtaining pumpkin seed oil, improve oil quality and therapeutic effect when used as anti-inflammatory, antiulcer and hepatoprotective tools.

The invention consists in the following.

The pumpkin seed oil, which has anti-inflammatory, antiulcer and hepatoprotective effect, characterized by a dark red color with a greenish tint in a thin layer, easily soluble in chloroform, the density of 0,86-0,90, an acid number of not more than 4.0, iodine number 70-80, the index of the oxidation of no more than 7, peroxide value not more than 10 mass fraction of moisture and volatile matter not more than 0.3 mass fraction lean impurities and sludge is not more than 0.2, the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids not less than 55%, the content of vitamin E (total Tocopherols) not less than 40 mg %, the content of carotenoids at least 8 mg %, produced by mechanical extraction of whole food seeds pumpkin in conditions of moderate temperature regime with oil temperature at the exit is not more than 60oC.

The way to get pumpkin seed oil, which has anti-inflammatory, antiulcer and hepatoprotective action, including the integers (uncrushed) pumpkin seeds sterilized with hot air at a temperature of 100-120oWith over 2.5-3.5 minutes and incubated for 20-40 minutes with decreasing temperature of the seed to the ambient temperature, the mechanical extraction of pumpkin seeds do with the oil temperature at the exit is not more than 60oC.

This allows to improve the quality of pumpkin seed oil and therapeutic effect when used as anti-inflammatory, antiulcer and hepatoprotective tools.

The inventive pumpkin seed oil has a stabilizing and cytoprotective effect, slows the development of damage, accelerates regeneration of cell membranes, stimulates reparative processes in mucosal damage and accelerates functional recovery, secretory and evacuation activity of the gastrointestinal tract.

In acute and chronic inflammation of the kidney, prostate and liver pumpkin seed oil protects against damage to the parenchymal tissue of the liver, stimulates anti-inflammatory function of the liver and increases the reactivity of the organism, thus restores liver function, followed by a symptom complex giperfermentemii, cholestasis and metabolic dyshomeostasis (see table o-laboratory values.

The reduction in the activity of transaminases (ALT, ACT) serum and concentration-globulin indicates the anti-inflammatory effect of pumpkin seed oil in patients with chronic active hepatitis. In this regard, the decrease in sediment samples, the concentrations of albumin, bilirubin in the blood indicate the restoration of disturbed liver function.

Based on the results of clinical and laboratory findings and contemporary literature data, a positive anti-inflammatory therapeutic effect of pumpkin seed oil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b in the active phase of inflammation of the liver due to the presence of high concentration of total Tocopherols - vitamin E related to specific medical means of treating diseases involving inflammatory processes in the body.

As antiulcer agent pumpkin seed oil is used in erosive gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer. Clinical studies have shown that pumpkin seed oil is an effective anti-ulcer agent (see tab. 2 and Fig.1, 2).

In patients with gastric ulcer oils is ri erosive gastroduodenitis - in 90% of cases, and also contributes to a more rapid elimination of clinical symptoms.

Hepatoprotective effect of pumpkin seed oil is manifested in the treatment of patients with acute and chronic hepatitis. Already at a three-day duration of treatment tends to the beginning of the recovery processes in the liver. After two weeks of treatment is significantly restoring the structure of the liver and normalization of vital functional activity of the body.

The basis of therapeutic action of pumpkin seed oil, compensatory functional liver failure, is the recovery of protein synthesis and release of hydrolytic enzymes from the cell organelles in the cytoplasm and then into the blood (see tab. 1 and Fig.3).

Summarizing the above data, all identified positive changes are seen as adaptive-compensatory processes associated with the hepatoprotective effect of pumpkin seed oil.

The pumpkin seed oil is obtained as follows.

Example. As raw materials use food seeds pumpkin that sort, sterilized with hot air at a temperature of 100-120oWith over 2.5-3.5 minutes and incubated in tacticsareana pumpkin seeds with oil yield with temperature 55o(No more than 60oC).

This method allows you to get the pumpkin seed oil that retains its quality during storage (see table 3). The oil obtained in comparison with the oil on the prototype is a priority on quality and medicinal properties such variables as the sum of Tocopherols and carotenoids, and fatty acids.

The claimed invention allows to improve the quality of pumpkin seed oil and therapeutic effect when used as anti-inflammatory, antiulcer and hepatoprotective funds.
