The disadvantage of this method is that when placing the edge of the cap in the groove of the sleeve is necessary to provide a high precision bushing driver and attaching the sleeve to the driver or in the absence of such requirements, there will be a gap between the inner wall of the cap and the corresponding surface in the groove of the sleeve, thus soldering becomes simultaneously sealing and bearing element. The objective of the invention is to provide a reliable technological design cylinder high pressure the parts of the container and reduce their number, as well as reducing the number of operations and tooling and equipment in the manufacture of high-pressure cylinders in terms of serial and mass production.

The problem is solved using the proposed design of a high-pressure bladder, comprising a body in the form of glass and bonded with him in the neck while the neck is made in the form of a conical Cup with a threaded hole in the side at the fitting and sealed with lap-welded hull seams, and part of the neck is located inside the housing, and the housing part, in which the neck is made conical.

The final operation of the technological process of manufacture of the container was sealed connection of the body and neck by applying a sealing ring lap weld according to GOST 14771-U2-MP-8.

Implemented a method of manufacturing a high-pressure bladder BVD-2000 is the service 2.6 times in comparison with the prototype [2].

The proposed method of manufacture and design of high-pressure bladder allows to increase reliability, durability and manufacturability, reduce the accuracy requirements of production, to reduce the number of operations and production equipment in the manufacture of high-pressure cylinders in terms of serial and mass production, to reduce the complexity of manufacture and control, to reduce the cost of materials, without compromising the quality of the product.
