The invention relates to the field of biomedical engineering, more specifically to electro-stimulation devices for the diagnosis and treatment of organs and tissues. The pacemaker is designed as a sealed capsule containing two Cup-shaped electrodes, one of which has a suction hole and provided with a fitting for connection with a tube-catheter. In the capsule posted by hybrid integrated circuit comprising a generator of stimulating pulses connected through a frequency divider with an output device and through a current limiting resistor with the unit of measurement of the impedance, the output of which through an amplifier connected to the input output device and the input of the synchronization unit, the output of which is connected to the control input of the generator of the stimulating pulses. Output device connected to the electrodes, which is also the measuring electrodes of the unit of measurement of the impedance with the electronic key through which the power source is connected to a common power bus. The present invention is the elimination of side effects and increased therapeutic effect by synchronization and modulation of stimulation pulses by the rhythm of your own muscle contractions in different sections of the gastro-intestinal tract, without causing inhibition of the motility of the latter.

This task is achieved by the fact that the generator of the stimulating pulses is connected through a frequency divider with an output device and through a current limiting resistor with the unit of measurement of the impedance, the output of which through an amplifier connected to the input output device and the input of the synchronization unit, the output of which is connected to the control input of the generator of the stimulating pulses, vyhodnoi, and connected with the electronic key through which the power source is connected to a common power bus.

The electrical impedance of the tissues of the gastrointestinal tract is dependent on the degree of contraction of the muscles of the intestine. It is known that the low frequency current (hundreds of Hertz - unit kHz) passes predominantly through the intercellular spaces and the resistance of this current will be determined by the size of meiklejohnian [4]. While reducing the size of meiklejohnian decrease the resistance grows. That is, knowing the nature of the impedance changes of the different sections of the gastro-intestinal tract and receiving an electrical signal proportional to this change, you can synchronize stimulating impulses to muscles of different parts of gastrointestinal tract, modulating their amplitude.

The generator output stimulating pulses 1 through the frequency divider 2 is connected to the output device 3, and through a current limiting resistor R with a unit of measurement of the impedance 4, the output of which is connected to the input of the amplifier 5. The output of the amplifier 5 is connected to the input output device 3 and to the input of the synchronization unit 6, the output of which is connected with the control input of the generator of the stimulating pulses 1. The output of the output device 3 is connected to the pacemaker electrodes 7 connected to the measurement unit impedance 4 and the electronic key 8. The power source 9 is connected through the electronic switch 8 with a common power bus.

SUBSTANCE: device has DC power supply source, unit for controlling and producing starting pulses, demultiplexor unit, two-sectioned, inductance coil of high figure of merit, key amplifiers and electrode unit having coaxial active and passive electrodes.
