The invention relates to medicine, and is intended for the treatment of children with functional cardiopathy from areas with radionuclide contamination. Transcranial electroanalgesia spend from device "LENAR" fronto-occipital technique in the adaptation period of two days in a row, then a day with iodobromide baths, the frequency of the pulses 1, 9, 10 procedures 400 Hz, with pulse duration of 0.2-0.3 MS and exposure time of 20-30 min, 2, 3, 4, 8 procedures - 500 Hz, with a pulse duration of 0.3-0.4-0.3 MS, 5, 6, 7 procedures - 600 Hz, with a pulse duration of 0.4-0.3 MS and exposure time 25-30 min at a constant current of 0.8-1.0 mA, variable duty cycle 10 for a course of physiotherapy and 8 hydrotherapy. The method allows to increase the efficiency of removal of large defects of the lower eyelid. table 2.

The invention relates to medicine, namely Pediatrics, and can be used in the treatment of children aged 12-14 years with functional cardiopathy, living in the controlled territories as a result of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

The accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant changed the precarious ecological situation in some regions of Russia, caused psychological apribile sensitive to environmental problems and stress.

Multicomponent action of unfavorable factors of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant on the child's body contributed to the formation of a kind of symptom complex characterized by the presence of a variety of shifts on the part of many organs and systems, accompanied by increased levels of free-radical processes, signs of destabilization of cell membranes, activation of metabolism of blood cells, suppression of T-cell immunity against the background of functional cardiopathy.

Undoubted role in their emergence has played a stress factor. However, a number of metabolic disorders, primarily at the level of cell membranes, it is not possible to exclude part of the radiation factor in the emergence and formation of the "Chernobyl syndrome" in children. In this regard, and possible violations of the Central nervous system, autonomic, and cardiovascular systems. This leads to increased incidence among children, limit their social adaptation, impairs physical growth, increases the risk of chronic disease.

Despite the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures rehabilitation of children affected by rasuto resort factors, including mineral water, have a corrective effect on the functional state of the cardiovascular system, the indicators of autonomic, endocrine status, violations of which plays a big role in the medical consequences of the Chernobyl accident.

It is important to search for new methods aimed physiotherapy correction. With the aim of expanding effect on neurogenic mechanisms of formation of a number of diseases in recent years examined the possibility of the use of children of low-frequency transcranial electroanalgesia, which is based on selective excitation pulse currents of low frequency opioid systems of the brain stem, this reduces emotional tension, it turns out anti-stress action, improves health and increases efficiency.

Medication is not always effective, often accompanied by side reactions, intolerance of drugs, which poses the problem of finding non-pharmacological therapies. In this context, it seems reasonable to study iodobromide baths, providing active effects on the nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine system BNY - iodine and bromine. In the literature there are no data on the use iodobromide baths at functional cardiopathy children from controlled areas not explored the possibility of a combined use of iodobromide baths and electroanalgesia. Our studies have shown that electro - analgesia it is an effective method for treating the early stages of essential hypertension, and in these cases pathogenetically justified the application of a combination iodobromide baths and electroanalgesia.

Vegetative dystonia in children and adolescents often acts not only as a transitional state between normal and disease, but also is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease at a young age, so the development of effective methods of prevention and treatment remains a problem of practical Pediatrics.

There is a method of treatment of children by exposure iodobromide baths with the concentration of iodine is 0.04, bromine 0,09 and sleep with arterial hypertension in children.

However, the known method does not give the desired result, the treatment is long-term 35-42 days.

Object of the invention is the reduction of treatment time up to 22-26 days for rocanova course iodobromide baths, increased therapeutic efficacy by increasing the body's resistance to stressful situations, physical health, in reducing symptoms of cardiomyopathy, lengthening remission.

During treatment, the boy was examined by a doctor 12 times, was well tolerated as first procedure "LUNAR"-TERAK before the procedure, so after that. Significant fluctuations are not registered. The adaptation period proceeded without complaint and catarrhal phenomena, without adverse reactions, which allowed to connect to therapeutic complex iodobromide baths. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method of treatment comparative characterization of two groups of patients

Group I - 35 children with functional cardiopathy, living in the controlled territories as a result of the Chernobyl accident at the age of 12-14 years, iodide-bromine baths, 8 baths, through the day.

Group II - 35 children from the same cohort and age received transcranial electroanalgesia from device "LUNAR" in an adaptation period of two days in a row, then every other day for a course of 10 treatments in combination with iodobromide baths, p. table 2 presents the dynamics of indicators of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection in groups.

From the table we can conclude that under the influence of the proposed method of treatment in group II has been a significant reduction of diene conjugates in plasma lipids and malondialdehyde in the stroma of erythrocytes. Thus, when using iodine-bromine baths in combination with transcranial electroanalgesia from device "LUNAR patients decreases the formation of diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde in the stroma of erythrocytes and lipids, thereby reducing lipid oxidation.

Thus, the proposed method for the treatment of children with functional cardiopathy controlled territories as a result of the Chernobyl accident at the age of 12-14 years using transcranial electroanalgesia from device "LUNAR" in combination with iodide-bromine baths has a pronounced therapeutic effect: the number of complaints is significantly reduced, increases physical performance through adaptive adjustment of the organism.

The proposed method of treatment allows to reduce time of treatment of children with 45 to 22-26 days.
