(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to medicine, cardiology and can be used for intravenous electrophoresis potassium. A solution of potassium chloride is administered by electrophoresis small DC power of 40 to 80 μa. This positively charged needle electrode is injected in place of intravenous infusion of potassium chloride. Negatively charged plate electrode strengthen on the chest of the patient in the projection of the heart. The method allows to increase the effectiveness of intravenous electrophoresis potassium.

The invention relates to the field of clinical medicine, namely cardiology and administration of medicines by electrophoresis.

There is a method of treatment of purulent wounds by acting on the wound with a solution of potassium permanganate, at the same time on the wound effect diadynamic current, positive polarity power 4-12 mA. Another group of patients out of 25 people were only intravenous infusion of a solution of potassium chloride in the same pattern, in the same doses, but without intravenous electrophoresis. These patients have a clear positive change in an hour on the electrocardiogram were observed.

The proposed method allows to reduce terms of normalizing in patients with arrhythmias, caused by electrolyte disturbances (specifically, low levels of potassium in the blood plasma).

SUBSTANCE: the method is characterized by the fact that 3 wk before surgical dissection of adhesions due to laparoscopy one should prescribe bifiform per 1 capsule and Hilak-Forte per 10-15 drops thrice daily. Moreover, 7 d before surgical interference it is necessary to conduct 7 seances of electrophoresis with irucsol and prescribe smekta sorbent per 1 packet thrice daily. Then comes laparoscopic dissection of adhesions, and after surgical interference one should perform electrophoresis with irucsol for 7 d. After appearance of intestinal peristaltics it is necessary to apply smekta per 1 packet thrice daily for 7 d. Since the 8th after operation one should prescribe bifiform per 1 capsule and Hilak-Forte per 10-15 drops thrice daily for 1 mo. Then 1 mo after laparoscopy one should prescribe electrophoresis with collalysine up to 8-10 procedures at simultaneous abdominal massage and curative-physical culture complex for 8-10 d. The method enables to obtain antiadhesive effect in 92% cases of surgical dissection of adhesions due to complex impact upon pathogenesis of adhesive disease, at decreased number of relapses.

SUBSTANCE: at the background of applying microdosages of iodine and/or levothyroxine one should conduct electrophoresis with 3%-sodium thiosulfate solution. The latter should be introduced with the help of a cathode placed onto thyroid area, an anode - onto interscapular area.
