(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to welding, in particular to the welding head for welding and surfacing products in inert gas, and may find application in the manufacture of welded structures in various engineering industries. The elongated tip of the welding head is made in the form of two shoulders of the lever with a spherical bushing between the shoulders. On one end of the tip of the anchor member to rotate inside the channel for supplying a protective gas. At the other end of the tip is the working part of the welding electrode. Ball bearing is formed by a housing or cover. It has a spherical bushing. The tip is mounted in a spherical sleeve with the possibility of longitudinal movement and is spring-loaded latch gap between the working end of the electrode and the welded product. The latch is made in the form of a sleeve, the outer surface which is in contact with the bore in the cover ball bearing and determines the trajectory of movement of the working end of the electrode. This embodiment of the head provides ease of use in hard to reach places and improving the quality of welding due to the stability of the arc ignition. 2 Il.

The known device does not contain means for adjusting the position of the electrode in the ignition and arcing, which negatively affects the quality of the weld.

It is also known a device for short-circuited arc surfacing of cylindrical products.with. The USSR 114270, 23 To 9/04, 23 To 9/30 from 10.12.56, which consists of electrode holder with the electrode and the mechanism for moving the electrode relative to the product.

However, the known device has a complex structure, since the electrode holder fortified inside of the hollow shaft with thread.

The closest technical solution of the present invention, the set of essential characteristics is a welding head for welding and surfacing of cylindrical articles in shielding gas containing an elongated tip, made in the form of two shoulders of the lever with a spherical joint between the shoulders, and on one end of the tip of the anchor member is part of the welding electrode (see description of the invention A. with. Known welding head is uncomfortable in the work, because it is stationary, and the fused product is rotated and moved relative to this head. This disadvantage is particularly evident when surfacing welds in hard to reach areas of permanently installed products that require a high quality of these works.

The present invention is aimed at providing convenience welding torch, improving the quality of welding due to the stability of ignition and combustion of the arc. This problem is solved due to the fact that in the known welding head for welding and surfacing products containing elongated tip, made in the form of two shoulders of the lever with a spherical joint between the shoulders, which at one end of the anchor member to rotate with the channel for supplying a protective gas, while the other end is the working part of the welding electrode, the body of the tip is installed in the spherical bushing hinge with the possibility of longitudinal movement and provided with a spring-loaded latch gap between the working end of the electrode and the welded product, and the latch is made in the form of a sleeve, newelectro.

This embodiment of the welding head allows you to move the tip along the axis, reaching awkward places welding, ensures the ignition of the arc by overcoming the spring force of the lock and bring it into electrical contact of the electrode with the welded product, and then gives you the ability to automatically install due to the elasticity of the spring working gap between the electrode and the welded product and to direct the working end of the electrode in a predetermined path, which ensures consistent quality.

The trajectory of movement of the working end of the electrode may be different: circle, ellipse, and so on; the bore in the bearing cover 9 is made accordingly.

In Fig.1 the latch 11 is shown with two different external diameters and recesses for the springs 12 on both ends. Therefore, the latch 11 can be reinstalled to change the trajectory (diameter) of the weld at the same ratio shoulders two shoulders of the lever. On surfacing head there are mounted: reel with surfacing wire, mechanism for feeding wire to surfacing zone through mouthpiece and mechanism for reciprocation motion of surfacing head in horizontal plane. Machine tool is provided with matching device having actuating organ and providing kinematic connection between mechanism for rotating surfacing head and mechanism for vertical motion of surfacing head. Handle and flywheel kinematically joined with toothed rack of cross piece are secured to carriage. Matching device is in the form of worm reduction gear of rotation mechanism that is kinematically joined through first cone reduction gear with face chuck and through set of gear wheels - with connection coupling. The last through spring of actuating organ in the form of electromagnet and through second and third cone reduction gears is joined with lead nut of vertical motion mechanism.
