The invention relates to medicine, cardiology and physical therapy and can be used for the treatment of hypertension. Determine the acrophase blood pressure. Patients with morning acrophase blood pressure additionally for 1.5-2 h before acrophase realize the impact of decimeter waves with a power of 20 W, 10 min on the cervical-collar zone. The method allows to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with essential hypertension. table 1.

There is a method of treatment of patients with hypertensive disease (HD) using hydrogen sulfide baths (N.In. Lviv, E. I. Sorokina, A. S. Bobkov. However, according to these authors, hydrogen sulfide baths such concentrations often (40,9 of 45.4% of cases) cause baldereschi. In hypertensive patients on treatment may develop hypertensive crises, often increased blood pressure, can increase the arrythmia. Often (in 10.0% of patients) have to cancel Spa therapy because of adverse reactions.

The objective of the proposed method of treatment is the elimination of the negative impact of hydrogen sulfide baths on the cardiovascular system; reduce the frequency and decrease the severity of balneology.

This task is solved in that in patients with GB pre-determine acrophase HELL; hydrogen sulfide baths for all patients is carried out after 14.00 h, and sick with morning acrophase HELL additionally, in the days of bathing, for 1.5-2 h before acrophase AD spend impact decimeter waves with a power of 20 W for 10 min at cervical-collar zone.

Was studied circadian rhythm of blood pressure in 100 hypertensive patients, of which there were 28 hypertensive patients in stage I and 72 hypertensive patients stage II. Revealed that the majority of hypertensive patients stage I, acrophase (time of maximum values of HELL) was observed in the afternoon, mostly on the period from 16 to 20 h, which coincides with the normal circadian rhythm of the hypertensive patients in stage I.

In patients with GB II stage acrophase HELL had for that afternoon in 66.7% of cases, and in 33.3% of the patients in the morning.

Observations showed that patients GB as with the morning acrophase HELL and evening acrophase HELL better tolerate balneotherapy in the afternoon (after 14.00 h). Poor tolerance of balneotherapy was observed in patients with morning acrophase HELL when conducting balneological treatment in the morning; so from 27 hypertensive patients with morning acrophase HELL when conducting balneological treatment in the morning of 24 patients (88,9%) developed adverse reactions in the form of weakness, headaches, palpitations, rise in blood pressure in the treatment process, and 7 patients (25.9 per cent) increase in blood pressure was high (30 mm RT.article and above).

When conducting balneotherapy in patients with morning acrophase HELL in the second half of the day the AD was only 11.1% of patients.

In patients with evening acrophase HELL (73 people) tolerability of treatment in most cases was good. However, during balneotherapy in the morning (21 people) in 2 patients (9,5%) there was an increase of HELL and in 1 patient (4.8 per cent) - heartbeat during procedures.

Constantly taking antihypertensive therapy.

The proposed method of treatment helps to eliminate the negative impact of hydrogen sulfide baths on the cardiovascular system and significantly reduce the incidence of balneology.
