The invention relates to household chemicals and can be used for cleaning cookers, sinks, tubs, toilets, tile, plastic. The specified cleaning agent contains wt.%: 5-10 carmassi (waste production of calcium hypochlorite); a mixture of 0.5 to 1.5 of Las sodium and 0.5 to 1.5 nonionic surfactants or 1-3 sulfosalicylate sodium; 5-10 caustic soda and/or 3-5 sodium carbonate; 12-25 zeolites (zeolite-containing waste catalysts); 0,1-1 sodium silicate and the rest water. The technical result - disinfecting and bleaching properties, tools, and disposal of various waste products. 2 C.p. f-crystals.

Known cleaning means for cleaning a solid surface, contain an abrasive material, soda ash, clay and active additive in the abrasive material it contains refractory dust ash 55-60%, and as supplements - fly ash CHP in the following ratio, wt.%:

A disadvantage of the known tool is that it does not have a disinfectant and bleaching effect and low washing ability.

The closest in purpose and essential features is a tool consisting of abrasive material, a thickening agent, a bleach, a surfactant and a perfume in the following ratio, wt.%: 1-10 (preferably 2-5) colloid forming substances (smetana clay, bentonite, laponite, montmorillonite, and mixtures thereof); 0.5 to 10 (preferably 0.5 to 5) polymeric thickener (CPF acrylic acid); 1-60 (preferably 2-15) abrasive material (caso3, pumice, calcite, dolomite, feldspar, talc, Al2O3, SiO2, quartz, perlite, Silikat Zr, Tripoli, melamine or urea resin powder, PE or PA) and 0.5-15 of bleach (hypochlorite alkali or alkaline earth metals, halogenoalkane, -imini-imides, dechlorinated Na or K, trichlorocyanuric acid, dichlorodimethyl or chlorobromomethane, N-chlorosulfonyl, bleach or chlorinated dodecahydrate of trisodium phosphate). Perhaps the composition contains 0 to 10 (preferably 1-3) surfactant, 0-10 (best 1) ). bleach; 0-1 (best 0,5) fragrances. Cosily cleaner with disinfectant and bleaching effect is the complexity of the composition, the scarcity of some of the components of the mixture and their high cost.

The objective of the invention: expansion of the range of cleaning products, recycling zeolite-containing waste catalysts and waste production of calcium hypochlorite.

The technical result in the use of the invention is that:

- means for cleaning a solid surface has a disinfecting and bleaching action;

- reduction of production costs due to the exclusion of known composition costly and hard-to-reach components.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known tool for cleaning hard surfaces, incorporating abrasive, bleach, surfactant and water, the peculiarity lies in the fact that as the abrasive material it contains a zeolite-containing waste production catalysts (zeolites), as a bleach - karmasu - waste production of calcium hypochlorite, as the alkaline agent, caustic soda and/or sodium carbonate, and as a surfactant mixture of Las sodium and nonionic surface-aktivnosti components, wt. %:

In addition, the peculiarity lies in the fact that as neonorange surfactant detergent contains sintana (monoalkyl ethers of polyethylene glycol on the basis of primary fatty alcohols and ethylene oxide WITHnH2n- (C2H4O)mn=10-18, m=7-10, the content of the basic substance 99-100% wt.), oxynol (monoalkyl esters of polyethyleneglycole obtained on the basis of primary fatty alcohols fraction10-18- emulsifier wide use, the base detergent compositions), neonol (is a technical mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of polyoxyethylene monoalkylphenols-based propylene trimer) or sinterol (karboksimetilirovaniya ethoxylates of alkyl phenols) and may include a dye and a perfume in an amount up to 0.5% wt.

Zeolite-containing waste catalysts included in the cleaning products, represent a suspension containing zeolites form NaX, NaA, NaY, particle size less than 40 microns. Pasty, finely dispersed suspension has a developed specific surface, the abrasive properties are achieved due to the high concentration of zeolite (dry matter content not less than 40%).

Zeolites have the effect of inherent phosphates: magchat water and regulate the pH of the medium and therefore, along with properties such as abrasion and inert filler, they contribute to increased detergency by increasing the alkalinity of the composition.

Waste production of calcium hypochlorite - harmess - represent 10-20% aqueous solution of dibasic salt of calcium hypochlorite (CA(l)2CA(OH)2) with a small (not more than 0.5%) content of calcium chloride (l2). Contained in the composition of carmassi active chlorine provides disinfectant and bleaching effect of the detergent.

The presence of sodium silicate is needed to improve the stability of calcium hypochlorite and give the anticorrosion properties of the cleaning means, as by dissolving the silica compound is different silicates.

Sodium carbonate and/or caustic soda in the detergent composition are one of the main components: increasing the alkalinity of the environment, they are able omelet fat pollutants and convert them in a soluble state, and thus enhance the cleaning action of the tool.

These components provide the proposed cleaning tool high cleaning, washing, bleaching and disinfecting properties.

We studied the compatibility of calcium hypochlorite with the above-mentioned nonionic surfactants and zeolites. It is established that the concentration of active chlorine and washing ability within 90 days of the storage medium has not changed.

The cleaning ability of the proposed tools is determined by sectoral methodology (OST 6-15-1662-90).

The method is based on the gravimetric determination of mass remote artificial contamination over time.

The technology of obtaining a pasty detergent with disinfectant and bleaching action includes:

- preparation of raw materials;

- dosing it in the reactor-mixer in a certain order;

- dissolution of components and homogenization;

- The boot order of the components of the detergent affects the viscosity and consistency.

Example 1.

In a reactor equipped with a stirrer, a load components in a specific sequence and at 18-25oWith keep stirring until a homogeneous mass (wt.%): harmess - 7; Las sodium 1,5; sinterol - 1,0; caustic soda - 5; sodium carbonate - 5; zeolites - 20; sodium silicate - 1,0; odorant - 0.5; the rest is water. Analogously to example 1 are mixed components (wt.%): harmess - 5; Las sodium - 1; sinterol - 0,5; caustic soda - 10; zeolites - 12; sodium silicate is 0.8; the dye is 0.5; the rest is water. Cleaning ability is 85-90%.

Example 3.

Analogously to example 1 are mixed (wt.%): harmess - 10; Las sodium - 1.0; sinterol - 1,0; caustic soda - 5; sodium carbonate - 3; zeolite - 20; sodium silicate - 0,4; odorant - 0.5, the dye is 0.5; the rest is water. Cleaning ability is 85-90%.

Example 4.

Analogously to example 1 are mixed (wt.%): harmess - 8; caustic soda - 5; Sulphadoxine - 3; sodium silicate - 0,4; zeolites - 15; odorant - 0.5; the dye is 0.5; the rest is water. Cleaning ability is 90-95%.

Example 5.

Analogously to example 1 are mixed (wt.%) the rest water. The cleaning capacity of 85-89%.

Example 6.

Analogously to example 1 are mixed (wt. %): harmess - 7; Las sodium 1,5; sinterol - 1,0; caustic soda - 5; sodium carbonate - 5; zeolites - 20; sodium silicate to 1.0; the rest is water. The cleaning capacity of 90-92%.

The authors conducted tests and found that the cleaning ability of the proposed cleaning products is not inferior to the nearest equivalent.
