(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a protective anti-corrosion compositions representing inhibited oil formulations intended for corrosion protection of surfaces of all kinds of vehicles. The composition contains, wt%: solid petroleum hydrocarbons 30-40, powdered silica of 0.1-10, the corrosion inhibitor 1-6, an organic solvent to 100. Preferably the composition as a solid hydrocarbon contains bitumen or petrolatum, and optionally a plasticizer in the amount of 0.5-1.5 wt.%. The corrosion inhibitor is a mixture comprising vinyltriethoxysilane or phenyltrichlorosilane, cyclohexylamine, rosin soap, additive "MYVOL" on the basis of microbial fat and barium zhelezookisnye pigment, the content of each ingredient is 0.2-1.2 wt.%. Known composition to obtain a corrosion resistant coatings containing, wt.%: 15-30 asphalt bitumen with penetration 25-35, 20-6 petroleum sulfonate, 4-16 organic adhesive and corrosion inhibitor is a liquid polyamide resin, resin oil, or a mixture thereof. Known anticorrosive composition on the basis of paraffin, containing non-oxidized petrolatum with the number of carbon atoms 30-60, oxidized petrolatum with the number of carbon atoms 25-70, salt, alkaline earth metal and oxidized petroleum butter. The composition contains a corrosion inhibitor - sulfonate the safety resistant material NG-216, comprising an organic solvent and solid petroleum products - bitumen, ceresin. Material additionally contains organic acids, salts and corrosion inhibitor ("Chemists car", Ed. by A. J. Malkin, L., Chemistry, 1991, S. 277). However, if a satisfactory protective properties of the composition is not thixotrope, not enough flow on the metal surface and does not protect the entire surface from corrosion.

The objective of the invention is to provide a corrosion-resistant material with the required level of protective properties and high technological performance.

The technical result of the invention, allowing to solve the problem is

the ability to generate not flowing with the vertical surfaces of the protective coating of the desired thickness in a single coat with any method of application (air, airless, combo spray, obliv, brush, etc. in a wide range of operating temperatures (from +5oC to +40oC);

providing the possibility of coating at low temperatures (0oWith the 15oC);

increased structural homogeneity and thixotropy of materials to ensure stability homogenate is solved by what anticorrosive material containing solid petroleum hydrocarbons, corrosion inhibitor and an organic solvent, optionally contains powdered silica of various modifications in the following ratio, wt.%:

Solid petroleum hydrocarbons - 30 - 40

Powdered silicon dioxide, and 0.1 - 10

Corrosion inhibitor - 1 - 6

Organic solvent - Rest

As corrosion inhibitor material may contain a mixture including vinyltriethoxysilane or phenyltrichlorosilane, cyclohexylamine, rosin soap, additive "MYVOL" on the basis of microbial fat (TU 0257-002-00-14-8820-94) and barium iron oxide pigment, the content of each ingredient is 0.2-1.2 wt. %. In addition to the composition as a corrosion inhibitor material may include other inhibiting additives, for example, AFC (GOST 12261-87) or a mixture of copper naphthenate, cobalt oxide and Nickel oxide.

As a solid hydrocarbon material may contain bitumen or petrolatum, and ceresin.

The material can optionally contain a plasticizer at a concentration of 0.5 to 1.5 wt.%, dye, flavoring.

For the preparation of protective antikorrozionnihe hydrocarbons - petrolatum brand PC, PS (OST 38-01117-76), ceresin (TU 38.1011235-89), petroleum bitumen of grade G, (GOST 21822-76).

As the plasticizer may be used esters of phthalic acid.
